When checking in, I encountered mainland tourists who jumped in line to check in. The front desk staff was able to put our check-in aside and let the mainland tourists who jumped in line check in first. We are obviously already checking in. Jumping in line seems reasonable. My child took the cup noodles to the front desk to ask for hot water, but the front desk staff did not help at all, and the child even burned his hand. This hotel does not have children's toothbrushes and slippers. Even if I asked the front desk, they didn't provide them. The front desk said that they were a new hotel and hadn't prepared these sanitary products yet. Next, around 8pm, the wash basin leaked and water was all over the floor. I called the front desk to complain, and the front desk sent a staff member to look at the large puddle of water on the ground and said that the sewer was blocked, which was why the water leaked, and then left. We thought we were going to get cleaning supplies, but after waiting for 20 minutes, there was no sign of anyone. It turned out that they were not planning to mop the floor. Were they just waiting for us to handle it ourselves? After that, we called the front desk again, and a staff member came to deal with it 5 minutes later. The efficiency is really poor. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, the water was very small, and the hot water was hot and cold. Regarding air conditioning, it was quite cold on the day we checked in, and it snowed the day before. We turned on the heating, and it was still super hot no matter how much we adjusted it. We asked the staff at the water beach to help us make it cooler, and he did so. But we were too hot to sleep all night. We called the front desk the next day and found out that the heating was central and could not be adjusted in the room. So what happened to the staff who mopped the floor last night? Can't you tell us? Really bad.

The room is beautiful but a little noisy due to the neighbours doors opening and closing as well as the cleaning staff room was next to the room I stayed in. Yes the view outside the window was ugly with the stalled construction but generally I kept the curtains closed anyways. The tea and coffee set are really good, and the heated floors are the best for a cold morning! The included breakfast was also worth it! I chose the hotel because it has the hot springs but because they close at 9pm I did not have time to enjoy them after my hike in the park and after having dinner because I spent more time outdoors. Keeping them open until 10 or 11pm would be best for people like me!

Pretty good, great location and HOT SPRINGS!! I’m an American living in China, so I don’t try and compare with Western hotels in China. Hotel is pretty nice, pretty clean. Overall a good choice except 1 thing (I’ll get to it later). The breakfast was Chinese only buffet and with that in mind, very good. No coffee (I didn’t see any coffee in town either) :( Location is good, 800m from JiuZhaiGuo a 12 way taxi ride from restaurants (Tibetan and Chinese). The hot springs were very nice after a long day walking. Since earthquake and pandemic only 2 of 5 themed pools were open, but the 2 were very nice, very clean with steam room, sauna available. The biggie: you may have read about hot water in the room problem in other reviews. This is true and kind of a bummer. I think you need to go early if you want a warm (not hot) showers. Otherwise it’s gonna be COLD (based on my experience)

Let’s talk about the advantages first: the service is really good, there is no smiling service, but it is very practical. The restaurant's food is extremely delicious and the portions are large. Five adults couldn't finish the set meal for four purchased on Ctrip, and it's flexible enough to change dishes. After two days of eating, everything was delicious. We arrived a few minutes late for breakfast, and the waiter left the hot porridge pot and brought out some boiled eggs. It was unimaginable to go to Jiuzhaigou without breakfast in such a cold weather. The room has air conditioning and an electric blanket. The shower room has a lot of hot water. It comes with a large bottle of Longrich. The domestic product is really good. Disadvantages: All public areas basically have no air conditioning and are extremely cold, which is hard to accept. There is only one room card, and the air conditioner must be restarted every time you return, so it is difficult to bring the room temperature up. Also, breakfast ends at nine o'clock, which is really too early and misses the fact that there is no convenient place to eat around. The conclusion is that if you just want a warm bed, delicious meals, and a comfortable hot bath at night, this hotel is a good choice. If you still need a comfortable environment and friendly service, you need to make other plans. ”State Guesthouse” is a bit of an exaggeration.

The B&B is very clean and the environment is good. There are many places to eat, drink and play nearby. Although the prices in the supermarket are a bit expensive, the only drawback is that the air conditioner cannot be turned on.
