Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money. We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives. The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance. What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place. Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!

Excelente hotel. Fica a cerca de 11 quilômetros (7 milhas) do parque nacional de Jiuzhaigo, mas sempre havia táxis ou didi por perto e eles cobravam entre 40 e 45 yuans. Acho que o que mais gostei foi a decoração e a escolha da paleta de cores. Dourado, marrom claro, prata e um toque de vermelho. Tudo muito *******. A equipe foi super simpática. Eles não eram fluentes em inglês, mas estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Um aplicativo de tradução é aconselhável se você tiver uma solicitação fora do padrão. Recomendo o café da manhã e o jantar buffet - ampla seleção - bem como o restaurante à la carte (Simmer). Os preços da comida eram muito bons em relação ao dinheiro.

Our group of five, four adults and a 1-year-9-month-old child, booked three rooms – one twin and two king rooms – for a two-night stay. Having stayed at an exclusive luxury hotel the night before, where we experienced top-tier domestic service, moving to this guesthouse naturally brought a drop in our expectations. However, I wasn't judging this place by luxury hotel standards. Upon arrival, the guesthouse's main gate was locked, preventing our vehicle from entering. We waited for a long time before someone came to help with our luggage. The staff member who helped was a local, and his enthusiasm and welcoming demeanor were somewhat lacking. We still had to carry a fair amount of our luggage ourselves, which was a stark contrast to our previous check-in experience. Overall, I'd say the value for money isn't particularly high. The guesthouse is located at the foot of a mountain, and the window view is limited to just that – a mountain. The hardware is just okay; the actual place doesn't offer the expansive feel that the photos suggest. As for dining, the breakfast was ordinary and a bit greasy. The fried rice we ordered when we were hungry in the evening tasted exactly like the fried rice from the breakfast buffet, which was a bit disappointing. During our stay, we encountered a facility issue: the hot water pressure in the twin room was extremely low. The guesthouse explained this was due to high alkalinity in the mountain spring water causing pipe blockages. The manager handled it well, arranging for us to use the adjacent room to bathe the baby, so this issue was resolved satisfactorily. Additionally, with the windows open, the sounds of other guests walking and talking outside at night were quite noticeable. If privacy and quiet sleep are important to you, I'd advise giving this careful consideration. When checking out, we asked for a coffee to go, which the staff readily agreed to. However, we later discovered that a 25 RMB coffee fee was directly deducted from our deposit, without any prior notification that the coffee was chargeable. We had stayed in three rooms for two nights and hadn't even had breakfast, so to be charged extra for one cup of coffee felt quite disappointing. On a positive note, the young female staff member at the guesthouse was polite and provided excellent service. There aren't many high-quality guesthouse options in Jiuzhaigou, and I've seen quite a few guests choose to check out early. I hope the guesthouse can offer more warm and attentive service to its guests in the future. The hardware is only acceptable. I hope the guesthouse can further refine and improve its service details, dining quality, transparency in charging, and soundproofing.

The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly towards children. We even got Häagen-Dazs and snacks upon check-in. Although our booking didn't include breakfast, they kindly offered it to us (and the breakfast was fantastic – highly recommended!). I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to praise them this time for the excellent emotional value they provided. The resort area is very quiet, and there are fun places nearby; we even visited a museum and saw some meerkats! We stayed for two consecutive nights and had a great experience. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that it's a bit far from the scenic area. A taxi cost 40 RMB in the morning and 30 RMB to get back at night. Also, the laundry room could get a bit crowded.

We recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency. 🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay. 💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay. We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

Nossa família de quatro pessoas (com duas crianças mais velhas) foi para Jiuzhaigou. Comparamos os hotéis Conrad e Indigo e descobrimos que as suítes do Indigo ofereciam um ótimo custo-benefício. Todas as suítes têm sofás grandes em formato de L, acomodando facilmente duas crianças de 1,5 metro de altura. Meu filho mais velho tem 1,75 metro de altura e uma cama extra não era cara — 300 RMB por noite, incluindo café da manhã, para uma cama de 1,2 metro. O Indigo oferece três categorias de suítes: 65 m², 90 m² e 120 m². Reservei a de 90 m², que custou cerca de 2100 RMB, incluindo café da manhã para duas pessoas. O mordomo entrou em contato conosco com antecedência e nos ofereceu um upgrade gratuito para a suíte maior, além de isentar o café da manhã das crianças. Incluindo a cama extra, o valor ficou em torno de 2400 RMB por noite, o que considerei um excelente custo-benefício! Os quartos básicos do Conrad têm preços semelhantes. O ponto principal é que este quarto tinha vista para as montanhas nevadas, e abrir as cortinas no dia seguinte foi uma surpresa verdadeiramente encantadora! O Conrad fica mesmo ao lado, e também exploramos a área comum (para tirar fotos). A folhagem de outono estava realmente linda, e a vista da janela era deslumbrante. No entanto, considerando os quartos em si, o Indigo é tão bom quanto, e, no geral, eu recomendaria o Indigo por oferecer um melhor custo-benefício. Localizado em uma área bonita, o setor comercial não é muito desenvolvido. Vi um KFC e uma casa de chá. O restaurante de fondue de carne de iaque ”Xiangmanyuan”, ali perto, é muito bom. À noite, rola uma festa com fogueira onde você pode dançar a dança Guozhuang. A Área Cênica de Jiuzhaigou fica a 15 minutos de carro. O hotel oferece um ônibus gratuito para a área às 8h20; os táxis geralmente têm uma tarifa fixa de 30 yuans. Além de Jiuzhaigou, você também pode fazer passeios a cavalo em Zhongchagou (a 10 minutos de carro), e ouvi dizer que a paisagem é linda em um dia ensolarado. O famoso Ritz-Carlton fica escondido nas montanhas; eu não tinha dinheiro para me hospedar lá, mas fui tomar um chá da tarde. [Cute R]

The ecological environment around the homestay is also very good. It happened that the little housekeeper took us to pick wild apples when he was free. They seemed to be called Huahong, and they were a blockbuster in autumn. A pot placed on the stone wall is inserted with green plants. This inadvertent beauty is really comfortable. The butler service is very intimate, that is, the kind of distance that not only maintains the right distance, but also appears in time when needed, praise and praise!

環境：對比九寨溝附近其他酒店和民宿，這家民宿的環境真的太讚了！整體氛圍特別舒服，靜謐得讓人完全放鬆下來。玩了一天九寨溝，累得渾身痠痛，回到這裏瞬間卸下所有疲憊，安安靜靜地歇着，簡直是治癒級別的體驗。房間裏也沒什麼雜音，第二天滿血復活再出發，太適合作為九寨溝行程的“充電站”了，喜歡大自然推薦來這家民宿。 服務：工作人員也很到位，服務都很好👍 衞生：進房間後讓我非常滿意，比在手機上看着要乾淨很多 設施：房間內佈置很有特色，也有特別舒服的椅子，窗外也有露營椅，可以坐在外面欣賞風景，聊天等。 早上早點還可以在房間看日出，總體來説這個民宿是個很不錯的選擇！
