A super good stay experience, it goes well with my beloved Shaxi. After arriving at the hotel, you will get a free upgrade to the suite, a fruit plate, hot milk at night, afternoon tea, breakfast and personalized services. Everything from hardware to software is great! The ladies at the B&B are also great, considerate, gentle and beautiful! It made me identify the Jixiashan brand, and I will choose it if I have the chance🤩🤩🤩I hope Shaxi will always be like this, quiet and beautiful! It is the most beautiful countryside and ancient town. We also thoughtfully prepared lipstick, eyeliner, disposable face towels, etc. What warms my heart the most is that a beautiful little bag containing sunscreen spray, masks, paper towels, wet wipes, sunglasses and folding parasols is also prepared for guests to use. The details are simply the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Service: Let’s talk about service. They helped us with our luggage and sent it to the car for us. We also had free afternoon tea and the cakes were delicious. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge during your stay. I really like the hotel I chose for this wayward trip. It is simple and clean. The road section is good at Nanzhai Gate. It is the door where Liu Yifei walked through the suitcase. It made my journey to find the wind very interesting. Everything is unintentional, everything is God's will, everything is just right, really good! The little girl in charge of picking up people is very serious and very caring. The boss’s own restaurant, the food is a must, I have never eaten it in other homes, everything is so logical, and I am satisfied. I had a fantastic stay at Yingju Inn. The hotel is located in the most central place of Shaxi village. But more importantly, the manager was very helpful and professional. She speaks perfectly English and was able to help me for many things. She indicated me all the sights to visit in the area, and she booked my bus for me. It worth to be noticed, because after almost one month in China, it was the first time that I had a hotel with an English-speaking staff.

The Inn is conveniently located near the old town of Shaxi. A taxi can bring you to the front door. All rooms have views on the amazing garden with a small pond. On the first floor there is a roof terrace and a room with a pool table. The rooms are small but convenient and full of character because of the wooden construction of the building (can be a bit noisy from the neighbours though). The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a glass sliding door: so no wet floor in the rest of the bathroom. The staff is really friendly and offered us a plate of fresh fruit. They don’t speak English but we managed with our basic Chinese and translation app. Checking in and out was a bit confusing because only the owner can do it and he was not around at the time. Every day they serve a nice and diverse breakfast (mix of western and Chinese). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this inn.

Staying at this family run hotel turned out to be the highlight of our visit to Shaxi ancient town. The hotel has beautiful courtyards and impressive building architecture. It’s situated just steps away from the ancient town with many restaurants and shops nearby yet remains a quiet oasis once we step into the hotel. The hotel room is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Bed is clean and comfortable with heated blanket. The host is very friendly and helped provide tips on attractions around town and transportation to Shaxi town. Breakfast was delicious and to our delight western breakfast option was provided. Good value for money and highly recommended.

The location of the inn is very good. You can get there just a few steps after getting off the car. The boss is very nice and will help you with your luggage when picking up and dropping off. The room is very tastefully decorated and exactly the same as the picture. The details are also in place. There is a disposable toilet seat and it is hygienic. It's very good. B&Bs are rarely so clean. I especially like the small alleys leading out of the inn. They are beautiful wherever you take pictures.

I read the reviews on Ctrip and booked Yiduoyun B&B in Shaxi Ancient Town. It is really a very good B&B. There are everything in the room, water, coffee and drinks are all very good brands, and the bathroom body milk and facial cleanser Mask, cleansing oil, disposable face towels, sanitary wipes, etc. There are everything, and the boss is very tasteful. The kitchen is very clean and well-equipped. The whole homestay is very warm, just like being at home. Calm and relaxed, this is the feeling Pingshe gives me, my heart seems to be soothed. The boss is a very life-loving and warm-hearted person. He took my children and I to and from the ancient town, helped with luggage, and recommended reliable travel plans for our reference, which made our itinerary planning more complete. He also gave us a small gift before leaving. Thank you😊. My children and I usually like to go out for a walk starting from lunch, eating and watching on the street, so happy! There is a very good bookstore near the ancient town. You need to walk along the country road after crossing the bridge to get there. The scenery along the way is so beautiful! Absolutely fantastic! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I come back to Shaxi. The management of this boutique hotel was highly attentive to all our needs. We could count on them throughout our entire stay. The facility is greatly designed, perfectly located. The room needs a bit of maintenance as there are big area on the ceiling that apparently leaked and the cleaning must be done with better care (behind the furniture and tv). Apart of those tiny details everything else was amazing and I love to stay there again.

This little gem is 5 min walk away from the old city, along the river. You can reach the famous bridge following the river, a nice stroll away from the crowd. The rooms are truly beautiful and the overall atmosphere is peaceful, even with kids around. It’s well decorated and very high quality furniture and bedding. We arrived earlier than the check-in time but they welcomed us with tea, fruits and snacks. They provide also a « shuttle » to go to the old town and pick you up anywhere in the old town maximum 20min after sending a message. The Chinese breakfast was different everyday and delicious. One day we left early and they gave us some part of the breakfast to go. We wanted to ride bicycles and they sent us a contact and location to get them. Same for a driver to go to the mountain. They are all the kindest people. We really recommend this place.

I am very fortunate to have chosen this B&B, Huasheli, run by a famous publisher, consciously. What initially attracted us were the great books that covered the walls of Baidao Library! Using 40% of the best space as public space, sharing more than 10,000 volumes of various good books, spacious and bright environment and family-like atmosphere, this is the biggest gift to us in the flower house. In Shaxi's one-week plan, we chose to stay in the hotel for half of the time. There are not many rooms in the hotel, there are 4 rooms in the front yard, and you can see the view from the window. Gothic is a family duplex suite. There is enough space for us and our children to read, write and enjoy privately. This is probably the case for rooms with a view. Every day starts with sunshine and the scenery outside the window. The sofa by the window is the best choice for reading in a daze in the room, watching the sunlight wandering in the room and feeling the light and shadow. The most charming place in the flower house is the garden designed and managed by the eighty-year-old aunt. There are flowers everywhere. There is also the Baidao Library where we choose to spend more time. The feeling of being embraced by good books is very reassuring. The highest reward of travel is meeting like-minded people. In the flower house, chatting with the gentle-hearted boss couple, the store manager Cheng Zi, and a group of like-minded guests who also love books is the biggest gain of our trip. Orange will prepare a different delicate breakfast every morning, served in delicate dishes. A good day starts with a glass of fresh milk. Oranges are attentive, quick, friendly, caring, intellectual, and sweet. girl next door. Thank you for taking care of our family this week. Breakfast is delicious. My favorite is fried dough sticks. I have booked two room types. I prefer the castle room. The slide room is slightly colder. The castle room is a bit small. We have three suitcases, one big and one small. It is not easy to spread out. The hotel's hygiene is very good. The bedding is clean and comfortable. There are many plugs in the room. The courtyard is very beautiful. The view from the coffee shop on the top floor is amazing. Shaxi is very beautiful. This trip to Yunnan went to the ancient city of Lijiang, Baisha Ancient Town, Shuhe Ancient Town, Yuhu Village, Shaxi Ancient Town, Dali Ancient City, Xizhou Ancient Town. It was the best place to go around. What I love about Shaxi Ancient Town is the simple folk customs and the beauty of the scenery. You must come here to feel it.
