Its a new building so everything is sparkling clean. Check in is quick and easy. They have problems with their system at first because it gave the receptionist a not made room. He gave us another room. Its spacious, new beddings, has a fridge, tv and a microwave. No hairdryer, but i dont mind it. I highly recommend this place. I love that the he printed a sketch to where your room is located and parking is just in front the room door. It's pretty secure, i dont see any ***** hanging outside the property. There's a lot of cctv on the premises, i saw it in front of reception and i think i saw a security guard (I'm not sure but that person looks like it, I maybe wrong because I didnt ask) No loud music that i heared. With the price, you cant beat the value. The only feedback i could give to management is to change the bed frames, its not solid. It moves and creates noise. No breakfast but has a coffee maker in the receiving area. You need to pay for Kcup vending machine.

Way better than expected. Stayed 1 night with husband and 2 dogs on our way to south Fl. I wish we could have a room like this every time we need a hotel. Plenty of convenient parking. The rooms are clean and spacious. Closet is huge plus there is a lot of drawer & shelf storage for clothes. Bathrooms are well lit and have plenty of storage space which is a big plus in my book. Nice recliner chair too. AC was nice and cold and the windows with screens open if you’d prefer fresh air. Check in was super easy. I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. Laundry machines are free - they were out of detergent but convenient nonetheless. My only complaint, and this is with most hotels so it’s not really a knock on this particular hotel, the water pressure in the shower is bad. The next time I need a hotel I will certainly pick a Sonesta Suites.

Great room and Jose the bartender was amazing!

I have been a guest of this hotel in February, March, June and July, 2022. The hotel is modern, clean and welcoming! The check in is always first class! Ivonne is amazing, so efficient, professional and kind! Alli has helped me too! The rooms are very clean, organized and very quiet. I have stayed on the 2nd, 5th and 6th floors. Housekeeping is very efficient. The $1 breakfast is fantastic! Mila and Nina and the cook ladies are wonderful! The food is very good and a good selection too! I have been in touch with Mr. Lowe, the General Manager on several occasions to touch base prior to my many stays. He is the ultimate professional and it shows in his staff and leadership. I am SO very grateful to Mr. Lowe, the amazing Ivonne, Alli, Mila, Nina, Housekeeping and others as well! I will return soon to my home away from home, Holiday Inn, Orange Park, Florida! Thank you! Everything was good just had no hot water, did not address it while I was there because I was in and out of doctor’s appointments all day and was too tired to worry about it. Staff was extremely friendly especially the night time front attendant.
