I have been here at the hostel for a week. The service is very nice and they help where they can. I had a room change without problems and these are clean and relatively quietly located to a side street. The bakery faces one in the morning with the smell of fresh bread ;) However, no loud supply. Breakfast is nice, marmelade, honey, some vegetables and tea, water or coffee. It is worth mentioning that the staff members clean every day. Only in the bathroom is a hook to hang up and protect his stuff and cultural bags from wet :D

The hotel is not far from a 3-star or 2-star hotel. We were 4 people in family room. The only acceptable thing, near Sultanahmet and Santa Sofia. The rest, bad. - extremely small room. There was no room for mesels. - The bed without a dressing bed, only a single bed even in double bed. - The window that gave the ”garden” (in fact a interior patio with machines and generators) could not open without watch, because the cats were in, very funny but it was not plan to stick ... - The bathroom: the toilet cap is loose and broken. I asked you to fix it, to screw it and when you used it again, she was released again. - Moho and dirt on the edges of the bathroom. - Water from the toilet was out and wet the floor. The open dive. - Refugeous smell of wastewater in the bathroom every hour. - Dangerous three-angle bathroom to go out, half a meter high, without anything to hold out except the closure methacrylate. - Breakfast: Acid cheese, we suspect in bad condition. Fluorescent thread. Broad does not enter the toaster. Little light. Imbebible coffee. Transparent tangent juices. Total absence of fruit. NOT RECOMMEND FOR NOT!!

As a solo traveeler location is everything tp explore a night or two in old city. Just 3-4 mins walking to Topkapi & Hagia sophia/Blue mosque Lovely hidden entrace to cut off the hectic street (which is very nice for having privacy in touristy area) Nice room, clean, friendly & helpful staff Well decorated in ottoman style, I love it.

The hotel is small, but the level of service was fantastic. The the staff all spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. The room where clean, We had a balcony room with a lovely view of the street. The breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast. We enjoyed it. Specially the melon, feta and the cheese borek. It’s a few minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the Arasta bazaar and the Sultan Ahmet Park. I would book this hotel again.

The hotel location and accessibility to the old town are enormous. But the noise from the hallway is not soundproof at all. And the hotel staff didn't solve the request to call a taxi, so I waited for an hour and solved the transportation by myself.

Great hotel, polite and smiling staff. Convenient location a stone's throw from the Sultanahmet tram stop. The breakfast is delicious and varied with hints of Turkish flavor in the form of green walnuts jam, dried figs, baked eggplant and dolma. Dining room on the 6th floor on a covered heated terrace overlooking the Bosphorus, Adalar Islands, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The Bosphorus is so close that we even saw a large landing fleet of the Black Sea Fleet going to the Black Sea with a tail number. In the dining room, a very pleasant elderly blue-eyed Turk makes sure that there is enough food and everything is replenished in a timely manner. Sometimes he feeds the seagulls with leftovers and it’s very interesting to watch. They are guarding outside the windows and staging whole performances. Towels were cleaned and changed every day. Two bottles of water were put into the minibar every day, free of charge on the first day. We drank water from the minibar every day, but did not take money from us, although we said we were prepared to pay. Special thanks to the administrator for printing boarding passes for Victory, without which we would have to pay 50 euros for registration at the airport for two. Our administrator immediately understood the request, did everything and even refused money for this service. Well, and what is especially nice, booking a Trip com room in this hotel for three nights cost us $ 50 cheaper than Booking offered on the same dates! And yet, gratuities are welcome everywhere, even in the dining room. But this is normal if there is service and attentive staff. Recommended this hotel!

Perfect location in the old town of Sultanahmet. To the main attractions Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace you walk in 10/15 minute. Down to the seaside with a park and a walkway along the shore in 7 minutes. This small hotel is in a narrow sidestreet with little traffic. Rooms are a bit small buit nicely furnished and they are clean. Some with balcony facing the sea or terrace. Double glas windows to prevent the noise of the main steet below the hotel which is on the hillside. Good breakfast with a great variety and excellent view on the roof top. Keep in mind that this is the main tourist area of Istanbul where everything is expensive. There are many Restaurants in this place but you hardly find a breakfast for less than 10 Dollars. So all in all the Seatanbul is very good value for money. Mr. Kayhan at the reception speaks perfct english and is a very friendly and helpfull man. I highly can recommend this place.

Absolutely perfect. I recommend this hotel to you. Ideally located in the sultanahmet district, everything is accessible within 15 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean, quiet yet close to restaurants and a grocery store. You will find everything you need. The staff are professional, available, attentive and incredibly kind. Based on the rent of this accommodation, compared with the facilities here, the value for money is excellent, and the breakfast is also very rich. The attitude of the service staff is very good. We only planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying for 3 nights in a row. I will stay here again. The location is good. It is very convenient to visit Guji District nearby, or to have dinner and go shopping at night.

I wholeheartedly believe that you would solely regret you decision to visit this hotel which you hopefully do not chose as did I. Initially, I was greeted with no Wi-Fi which was a reoccurring issue throughout my stay and a situation which has been very strange to me in all my years of traveling across the globe (mostly Pakistan) and one which I have never thought I would ever see to be so prominent in this extremely technology advanced day and age. Soon after I decided to freshen up, however much to my dismay the overhead shower was not operable and I was forced to use an extremely miniature shower head which looked much better as a bidet/lota. In addition to these problems me a regular human trying to enjoy my holiday realised that as described the hotel had neither ironing facilities nor the fitness suite they claimed to provide which was apparently closed due to covid 19 which seems to have disappeared in the UK (and around the world) since the very peculiar work events (parties) of Boris Johnson who has also disappeared. But this is not the case in this particular hotel. Lastly, the washing facilities were terrible and my laundry came back with a very bizarre smell which leaves me bewildered as I never apprehended this to be possible in the case of a laundry that had just been ‘washed’. To conclude I as you ancestor in this situation and trip advisor am advising you to not ever stay at this hotel even as the last resort in the entire of Istanbul. You’d much rather buy at tent and follow in Ottoman tradition.

And the hotel is very clean, and the owner is warm and friendly, every day he asks if we need help. Every employee inside is very kind Seagulls can be seen flying over from the breakfast balcony; stay, children love it The boss gave us welcome drinks and small desserts. Next time if I come to Istanbul again, I will still choose here recommend

I feel very happy about this hotel. The location is perfect to access tourist attractions. In five minutes by walk , you can see Blue mosque and Ayasofya. Many hotels and restaurants nearly, no fear to walk down night streets. Room condition also good. Clean & Water pressure strong, hot water Ok. Most impressive thing is the attitude of staff. Considerate,sensitive!... No words to express!! Make me wanna come here again. thanks again. Reasonable price also makes me happy If you wanna be looking for 5stars hotel, it isn’t good choice, but if you feel comfortable about cozy space, no more suitable places likes this.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The staff was all very welcoming, and everything was very clean and inviting. Utkan, at the front desk, was especially helpful in making activity and food suggestions, and reservations if I wanted. He even upgraded my room for free, and I had a beautiful terrace with the view of the city. I had a 2 day layover here before reaching my final destination, and I really felt at home and so comfortable here. It was a nice quiet refuge to come back to after exploring the busy city. It is close to everything, so it was easy to drop iff any shopping, use the bathroom, or just rest my feet before venturing out again.

Hi, we stay in hotel for 2 nights. The location is absolutely spotless. Close to all attractions, beautiful restaurants and transportation. Breakfasts are basic, but to be honest everyone could find something to eat! I am vegetarian and have no problem to fill in my stomach :)The waitress are so nice and they clean the plates and tables straight away after customers! We have been there for 2 nights, but housekeeping team do not went in our room and also do not change the towels… In my opinion thats the biggest downside of customer service! We are also little bit disappointed with additional charge after we used 3 small water bottles, two sprites and i think one Fanta. €6!We do not have problem to pay for our facilities, but there was no info in the room regarding charges at all! And when i was asking the receptionist where is the list price, he showed me some labels with prices which was hidden behind him in the corner!I thought this is a little bit strange, especially after we refused to book the taxi from hotel. Generally we are happy, but we will not return there.
