check in是一個uncle，跟我説my house is your house，詳細介紹了house的空間和使用。兩個girls小姐姐很cute服務，做早餐，早餐有雞蛋烤腸等，住在三層，每一層都有足夠的浴室間，洗澡很方便。房間裏還有馬桶洗手間，足夠用了。很不錯的體驗～

酒店在downtown，本來是無敵的環境，但是樓下居然有一個bar！大晚上從11:00pm到夜裡2:30，黑人就開始扎堆放很吵的音樂！請大家選酒店這點要慎重啊！我要求換房間，酒店説100%booked了，所以衹能忍受黑人的吵鬧一直到凌晨2:30！另外就是酒店床單不太乾淨，相比後面住的Boston的威斯汀，這裏的衞生差了很多。

Heat in our room wasn't working at 1:30 am. Keith was responsive and although he couldn't get the heat to work, he supplied us with a couple heating towers. We were also given a discount on our final bill due to our inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Also, we waited quite awhile to order our breakfast (Starbucks). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

I would not suggest Hilton garden inn for cleanliness. This hotel has great food and the nicest people I met for a long time. But they never came to clean the room for 9 days!

O antigo edifício do hotel, com centenas de anos de história, a sala é ampla, o check-in e check-out são Muito convenientes e rápidos. No Centro Da cidade, MAS a própria vida noturna de buffalo não é muito. As lojas de restaurantes estão basicamente fechadas após as 5h no inverno
