"Заселялись поздно вечером, на ресепшен был хабалистый мужчина, который с порога начал хамить, бубнить. Спросили его про парковку, на что ответил «вон на дороге паркуйтесь, там тоже бесплатно». В этот момент к нему подошел другой гость, спросить про вайфай, а мужчина ему ответил «вон на листе написан пароль, надоели уже». Настроение сразу было испорчено. Номер был на первом этаже, а шторы до конца не закрывались (по середине большой промежуток). Вайфай бОльшую часть времени не работал! (Бесконечное подключение). Говорили, что из-за глушилок, но я в это не верю, потому что у наших друзей в другой гостинице поблизости всё хорошо работало. + было такое, что у меня всё еще бесконечное подключение, а у молодого человека через минут 20 само подключилось и работало. Слышали через стены, как соседи ругались насчет вайфая, говорили персоналу, что нужно перезагрузить роутер. К телевизору было подключено еще кабельное ТВ, но тоже не работало. В общем в Туле совсем без интернета, и в первую же ночь оочень громкие близкие взрывы от ПВО (тут вопрос не к гостинице, а просто информация для тех, кто едет в Тулу).
Днем на ресепшене уже другая девушка, приятная, предложила заехать на парковку, сказала мол мест вчера не было (но нам этого при заселении не объяснили, просто не стали открывать шлагбаум). Вкусный завтрак, вайфай даже пару часиков поработал. При выезде подарили тульский пряник."

"Неплохой отель для одно - 2-х дневной эконом остановки. Без излишеств, чисто ночью поспать. Беда с парковкой, мало места. На дороге не оставить авто, так как вдоль бордюра бегает троллейбус, а во двор все не вмещаются. Выход - запозднившиеся паркуются у забора на газонах. Завтрак предусмотрен, не обожрешься но хватает -яйцо, чай и кофе, йогурт, бутерброд с сыром, блинчик и конечно небольшой тульский пряник. Вода питьевая в кулере есть круглосуточно, у админа есть так же пиво и кола, минералка и т.д. Душ, умывальник и унитаз есть и все работает. Шампунь и мыло предоставляется в номере. Так же в номере есть стаканы. От центра расположен в 3-4 минутах езды, но очень тихо. Спать комфортно никто не блондит и транспорт вообще не слышно. Оставляют желать лучшего очень мягкие и дешевые матрасы - упал и провалился. Насекомых и грызунов не встретил, видимо их в отеле нет. Завтрак самообслужка, поел и убери и помой посуду за собой. Но это не напрягает. Админ заранее уточняет время в которое Вы встанете на завтрак и к Вашему приходу все приготовит. Для эконома просто супер. Чисто, аккуратно и тихо. Я рекомендую."
