I wanna give some information about the garden villa and ocean villa, garden villa is way better than ocean villa , it has private yard, it’s a little far from the lobby for more privacy and peace, but ocean villa is near the restaurant and it’s not private, the residence of gardens villa should pass by ocean villas to get to their room and it’s not even beach front, it doesn’t have private yard so the guests couldn’t open the curtains and use the view 🫣it should be half price of garden villa but it’s more expensive 😑 the toilet and bathroom doesn’t have door but has view to garden. The stuff are great. 👍🏼 The food is the best in the island but totally is average. Snorkeling with firus was amazing.😝 Everything is perfect, I highly recommend this villa.🫶🏻

Our stay at Marriott Perhentian exceeded every expectation once again. This was our third visit in less than 12 months, and each time the experience has been even better than the last. , with crystal-clear water, pristine beaches, multiple swimming pools and incredible views in every direction. The resort itself is beautifully designed, perfectly blending luxury with the natural beauty of the island. What truly makes this place exceptional is its people. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help at every opportunity made all the difference. Special thanks to Faizal and zafirah our host. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The food was consistently excellent, offering great variety and outstanding quality. With 3 restaurant to chose from, Sekoci for fine dining and day time pizzas and quick bites, Dapur for breakfast and dinner with wide selection of delicious local and international food. A special thank you to the entire Marriott Perhentian team for creating such memorable experiences. It is rare to find a place where every aspect of hospitality is delivered with such passion, consistency, and genuine care. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Marriott Perhentian to anyone looking for an exceptional island getaway. Returning three times in less than a year speaks for itself, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing location right on the sea view. Place clean Wonderful infinity pool We enjoyed the place almost at the end of the season and some services were not available, this was quite annoying as we book the place to experience all the services described. The staff has been friendly but they could do better. Restaurant was good even if we can only had a la carta menu as the buffet was not available. Attached to the jetty pier. Spa was ok, staff very kind even I would recommend this place for relaxing couple trip

Although the food selection was limited, the taste was good. The hotel's location was relatively secluded, making it suitable for travelers who prefer quiet. When we first entered the room, we were struck by the strong smell of paint. The staff said it was from freshly painted rooms, but the smell made us feel dizzy and nauseous. We asked to change rooms, but the other rooms also had a strong smell. The pillows looked clean, but they were full of mold. There were many ants in the room, everywhere. I slept in one night and got several bites.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel Villamas. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin, toujours disponible et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est plutôt bon : c’est calme, pas trop fréquenté, ce qui est parfait pour se détendre. Il n’y a que deux hôtels dans le coin, donc on évite la foule. On y trouve quelques restaurants à proximité, dont un local qui propose aussi un service de taxi et des activités — très pratique ! À noter : comme on est sur une île, il faut s’attendre à croiser quelques petites bêtes, mais rien de surprenant ou gênant dans ce contexte naturel. En résumé, un séjour reposant, avec un accueil chaleureux et un cadre tranquille. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

A maior vantagem do hotel é a sua localização e a equipe extremamente simpática. Fica a 30 metros do cais e a 10 minutos a pé da Praia Long. O restaurante do hotel é razoável, mas significativamente mais caro do que os restaurantes da região, embora a qualidade seja semelhante. Você pode assistir a um filme no cinema todas as noites. O café da manhã é bem ruim — seleção limitada, às vezes sem carne, pouca fruta, suco artificial — em resumo, eles economizam bastante no café da manhã. Os passeios oferecidos também são mais caros do que os que você encontra em outros lugares. Mas, repito, a equipe é maravilhosa e muito simpática.

Abbiamo alloggiato 5 notti nel resort e abbiamo dei pensieri molto contrastanti: -la struttura si presenta esteticamente molto bene - la piscina è molto grande così come la zona colazione - le camere sono spaziose (eravamo in 3 in una camera quadrupla) - la spiaggia dove è ubicata la struttura è molto bella e tranquilla. Da qui partono diversi tour organizzati alla scoperta delle spiagge più belle e ci sono diversi punti da cui prendere i taxi boat ricercando il più economico. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante dell’hotel ma sulla spiaggia ci sono diverse alternative più economiche e molto buone - è un ottimo luogo all’insegna del relax - la reception ci ha aiutato con un problema di acqua del telefono dandoci del riso - fuori da ogni camera ai piani superiori c’è il filo per stendere - la pulizia generale lascia molto a desiderare. Ogni mattina dovevamo richiedere la pulizia della camera alla reception, nonostante ciò venivano solo rifatti i letti ma non pulito il bagno o il pavimento. Bisognava richiedere alla reception anche la sostituzione delle salviette e la carta igienica - un giorno non c’era acqua in camera, la sera è tornata ma era piena di sabbia quindi inutilizzabile. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare la doccia in piscina - una mattina è saltata la corrente - non è presente il phono nemmeno su richiesta e nemmeno il servizio lavanderia (ci hanno detto di andare in un altro hotel sulla spiaggia) - la colazione era ricca ma di bassa qualità - la piscina era molto grande e bella ma non curata - in generale era tutto molto bello ma molto poco curato - in bagno c’era sempre cattivo odore e l’acqua della doccia non era sempre calda Per qualche notte e con un po’ di adattamento è un bel posto ma non ci si può aspettare uno standard europeo nonostante la grande potenzialità della struttura.

The family visited Perhentian Island and stayed at the Sharilela Hotel for 4 days. In the end, they didn't want to leave. The room after the change was relatively clean. The hotel hardware facilities were complete, the environment was particularly good, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and it was very pleasant to enjoy it in the blue sea and blue sky. The service was good, praise 👍🏻

Nice place to pit stop on your way to Perhentian Islands. Easy access to good food at the mamak restaurant 2 doors away. And nice Chinese food adjacent to the hotel. All are reasonably priced. Hotel is clean by most standards. Basic amenities provided like hangers, free wifi, towels, blankets. We took a big family room for 4 pax and slept comfortably.
