We had an amazing stay! A special shout-out to the incredible food: we opted for the half-board meals, and every dish was delicious, expertly prepared, and offered with a fantastic variety. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the flavors and presentation exceeded our expectations. The service was absolutely brilliant—every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our experience unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive care during meals, the personnel truly went above and beyond. The spa treatments were the cherry on top of our stay. The facilities were immaculate, the atmosphere serene, and the therapists highly skilled. It was the perfect way to unwind and feel completely pampered. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an exceptional getaway!

Weligama is a hidden treasure and the Marriott is its most valuable gem. Wonderful place with the best waves for surfers (beginners/ intermediate level), clean waters and beach. In the hotel, the swimming pool area is outstanding. They offer morning meditation and yoga sessions that you can join. Plenary if options for the breakfast, awesome spa and a good enough gym. The view from your room balcony is top!

Очень дружелюбные хозяева, постарались сделать всё для комфортного пребывания. Нам нужно было переночевать , поэтому скромные условия нас устроили, так как цена очень понравилась. В номере было чисто, также к ванной (общая на два номера). Я бы положил несколько кусочков мыла , но , возможно, было рассчитано только на нас. Отсюда была наша точка , чтобы утром поехать смотреть касаток

I stayed here for a total of 5 nights. The hotel is walking distance to the main road and only short tuk tuk drive to all the beach restaurants and bars. The owner was very friendly. The room itself was very basic and has everything one could need. This was decent place to stay for asking price!

Прекрасное место. Отель располагается прямо на берегу океана, все номера с балконами и видом на океан. Персонал очень гостеприимный, помогали доносить сумки, убирали номер по просьбе и всегда улыбались. Особенно хочется отметить управляющую отелем, Дарью. встретила в отеле при заселении, рассказала про отель, про окрестности, где и что можно посмотреть, всегда была на связи. Ресторан при отеле, просто замечательный. Всё блюда ( в основном итальянские) были очень вкусные. В последний день, по нашей просьбе, повар приготовил сет из национальных блюд Шри-ланки, было великолепно. Всега дополнительно подавали хлебную корзину, сливочное масло. Бассейн чистый, тёплый. Номера с хорошим ремонтом и нормальной мебелью. Кондиционер работал тихо. Сантехника в исправном состоянии

I stayed at this guesthouse from February 25 through March 11, 22026. The guesthouse is located away from the main road, up on a hill, which means it is still within walking distance from the main Mirissa's attractions, but away from the noise of the main road, bars and crowds. The view from my balcony on the ocean and the lighthouse was the highlight of every morning, and you can see the fishers' harbor from the breakfast patio. The guesthouse is owned and managed by a married couple - family-oriented, welcoming, warm and very supportive. Jan has many contacts and recommendations for activities in Mirissa and can arrange tours at or below the market price. Smily is truly a wonderful keeper of the place - in terms of cleanliness and the spirit. They have said in one of the conversations that they want the place to feel like a family home, and this is truly so, they are doing a great job at it. As a solo traveller, I appreciated the sense of safety and security at their place. The guesthouse has been recently renovated - in a very good condition, definitely no mold (which is a big problem for the island), very clean and neat rooms and general area. Hot water is solar-heated, but there is a reserve electric heater also. There is a full-size fridge on the second floor for the guests to use, and Jan is bringing ample water bottle supply from the city for the guests to use. Laundry services, taxi, dinner reservations, etc. - all are available through them as well, if required. I used the opportunity to order my transfer back to the airport in Colombo through Jan, which was more affordable than the official booking price through airport-affiliated services. Due to the flight issues in March (my connection was through Dubai), I could not leave the island in time as planned, and Jan and Smily managed to extend my accomodation for a few extra days, as well as helped resolve all issues as I was working on plan B for my return home. I really appreciated their support in my time of distress. In short - comfortable place, wonderful family, good location, excellent service. Highly recommend.

O hotel TEM quartos de sol privados que estão sempre vazios e disponíveis. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo, a pizza é barata e absolutamente incrível.Nós tentamos surfar com UMA excelente escola de surf à porta, que é ótimo. As quartos são básicas, mas confortáveis e limpas - completamente bonitas. Hiriketiya está apenas 5 minutos a pé Da Estrada EM Tuk Tuk e para ser honesto, esta praia é muito mais bonita do que Hiriketiya que achamos ocupado, turístico e sujo - mas há alguns Grandes cafés, Lojas e restaurantes para passar à noite ou à manhã. O Pessoal Da Casa Smeralda era útil e atento, sempre seguiu e seguiu para ser útil e gentil. Em geral, recomendo a esta estadia a qualquer pessoa que deseje um hotel de praia tranquilo e pacífico para relaxar! Nota de lado: as aplicações de entrega não funcionaram para esta localização, mas há muitos restaurantes locais para andar.

O Outpost é UMA boa escolha para a viagem de Weligama Durante a temporada.Ao Lado Da Praia, o café é saboroso (mas não barato), o quarto é confortável e o pessoal é muito útil, o Wi-Fi é forte. Mas para a temporada, não há café, Nada Na praia, não há necessidade de andar para qualquer loja ou atividade. Vários pontos para tornar a sua estadia mais confortável: 1. Serviço de quartos a pedido 2. Nas salas de frente Da praia, as camas não estão fixadas para as mesas atrás delas (como você Pode ver Na foto). 3. Pergunte sobre a localização Da Ducha de pé Na Frente do hotel. É um pouco oculto.

My wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay. The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel. At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through Trip.com, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival. Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own. Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound. Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.

Excellent location. Quite nearby to mirissa harbour and weligama. Liked the property. They arranged a candle lit dinner setting nearby beach as it was my honeymoon on request for no additional charges. Liked the beach, the swimming facilities and the buffet for dinner as well as breakfast. Arranged breakfast box as i had to go on whale watching and would have missed my breakfast. Very nice staff. Only thing they can improve is a bit quick on service as we had to call multiple times for getting our room cleaned.
