Идеальное местоположение, в самом центре. Новый и очень стильный ремонт во всем здании и в номерах. Хозяин объекта Лоренцо встретил нас очень радушно и дружелюбно, очень приятно пообщались, готов помочь в любом вопросе. В номерах есть полностью укомплектованная кухня, новейшая посуда, штопор, бокалы, посудомоечная машина… в санузле есть все необходимое, а кровать и постель настолько прекрасны, что не хотелось просыпаться. В следующий раз обязательно вернемся сюда же!

This hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the train station and also about 20 minutes walk into the main town areas. I had to check in late and the lady who let me in was very friendly and helpful even though we struggled to understand each other. The room was very nice. I loved the fact that the windows were completely black out if you wanted them to be.

Foi simplesmente incrivel a estadia que eu recebi ai, fiquei impressionado positivamente e voltaria mil vezes denovo, tudo muito bonito, organizado e muito bem localizado, fica bem no centro da cidade o que faz ser mais agradável a estadia, tudo voce faz la perto, tem todo o comércio e principalmente ao lado da arena coisa mais lindo, o hotel em si muito bem construído e sempre tinha alguem ali para atender a gente, o quarto é a coisa mais fofa e super arrumado, o cafe da manhã é muito gostoso e tem várias opcao, eu amei tudo do hotel estao de parabens e as pessoas que trabalha la extremamente simpáticos!!! 💕

1. Cleanliness - We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t clean the room for us once. Referring to some laws, but other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip all of them offer the daily cleaning service. 2. Location - City center, easily accessible to all attractions - We were able to store our shopping bags in between the shopping spree during the day 3. Service - They just did things as scripted, 2 girls chorus, nothing special. - We asked for bus information. She didn’t know. Most hotel staff should be able to provide this basic city info. 4. Amenities - No fitness. The only good is our room #50 has balcony, extra price for that ofc.

We stayed at Novo Rossi Verona and were absolutely delighted! The hotel is conveniently located — just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and not far from the city center. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff — they were always ready to assist and give great local tips. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh pastries, fruit, and excellent coffee. There’s parking nearby, which is very convenient if you’re traveling by car. Overall, it’s a perfect combination of price, comfort, and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Verona!

I was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.

Inicialmente, hesitei em reservar este hotel devido ao número limitado de avaliações. Estava indeciso entre este e outro hotel de 4 estrelas, mas acabei optando por este devido à proximidade com a estação de trem (1 km) e aos melhores preços. Para minha surpresa, tudo foi ótimo: o quarto era espaçoso e muito limpo. Há também um elevador para acesso aos quartos, o que facilita o transporte da bagagem pelas escadas. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e recomendam pontos turísticos em Verona. A desvantagem, no entanto, é que o isolamento acústico do quarto não é muito bom. Eu conseguia ouvir pessoas correndo ou andando no corredor. Além disso, a chave do quarto é uma chave tradicional com um chaveiro pesado, em vez de um cartão magnético. Mas isso não foi um grande problema para mim, já que é possível deixar a chave na recepção. O café da manhã era razoável para o preço.

Recentemente ficámos aqui por 5 noites para se levar nas vistas de Verona e das cidades circundantes, e embora não possa queixar-me do preço, e por isso, foi negociado, houve várias questões que resultaram em uma notação inferior à perfeita. Localização: Enquanto se aguarda perto da estação principal, é a caminhada de 25 minutos. No entanto, OS autocarros 23/24/73 correm regularmente e pick-up / drop-off muito perto do hotel Lidl: A porta próxima do hotel é um Lidl - era um adorável e valeu a pena visitar (se apenas para o queijo fresco focaccia). O hotel em si era muito limpo, mas: As Salas têm pisos de madeira e as paredes não são super espessas, então quando alguém entra no quarto perto, você Pode ouvir tudo.À meia-noite, não é bom quando eles andam EM patas pelo chão. - Não há sockets de acoplamento - havia um acoplamento útil no quarto que é compartilhado com a caldeira, e um no banheiro! - Ar condicionado (ou falta grave) - as quartos têm con, no entanto, não foi desligado e fui informado por recepção que nesta época do ano (outubro) não o têm desligado. O tempo do quarto estava no Alto século que NOS levou a não dormir debaixo do cobertor.Passamos 5 noites dormindo no TOPO Da cama, porque a sala estava Muito quente.Não conseguimos dormir com a janela aberta, porque eles estavam Muito ruído do exterior. - O flush de banho estava a escorregar ”água quente” - mas este foi reparado / substituído por um flush de banho diferente Eles ajudaram quando a manutenção de Casas evacuou um DOS ouvidos Da minha esposa, MAS não ofereceram nenhuma ajuda no que diz respeito ao aquecimento Na sala.

O quarto é grande e com decoração sofisticada, mas algumas áreas ainda estavam empoeiradas. Havia uma pequena geladeira e apenas um elevador estava funcionando quando chegamos. Fica a 1,5 km da estação de trem, o que não é muito conveniente para ir a pé, pois o asfalto não é muito bom e pode danificar a bagagem.

No words to say really and the fact that the guy who was resptionist told me this is not my responsibility and I am not a waiter to bring blankets for you was anoteher level. I really like to discuss this with their manager because I've been to that hotel before and I aimed to go again but I don't think so anymore. Not me and my family! The receptionist was not professional and they expected me to go to their other building to collect the blankets that they did not provide! They were rude that they wanted to get to my room with out prior permission from me to check if the room actually has blankets or not!!!! They did not trust my words as a guest!!! this was so not respectful and of course I did not let them in to the room at 11 pm while my parents are sleeping and told them to check the room while I am checking out in the morning!! OMG I was waiting for blanket since 12 pm!!!! And they said you should come and collect it because we don't have staff!!!! a 4 star hotel! And once I went there they actually had 2 staff!
