Mas é triste que não haja praia para aproveitar lá. *Quarto - é pequeno, mas eles têm tudo o que precisamos e as comodidades são muito boas e eles nos trazem chá e café suficientes durante a nossa estadia. Eles mantêm um quarto bastante limpo, então foi muito confortável ficar aqui. Podemos ver que é novo e com bom design também! *Café da manhã - variedade de comida que você pode aproveitar totalmente! Eles até tinham uma bebida Mimosa e você nunca ficará entediado com a comida linda e saborosa que eles preparam! *Instalações - é muito grande, então para chegar à piscina infinita leva tempo para chegar lá a pé e não havia sacolas suficientes, então tivemos que caminhar todo o caminho até lá. E embora este hotel em si seja grande, a piscina infinita é bem pequena e cada assento é muito próximo um do outro, então eu senti que estava um pouco congestionado e não me senti tão relaxado estando lá. Mas os arredores são lindos, podemos ver montanhas e oceanos. A vista da lagoa azul do nosso quarto também era linda! *Coisas - desculpe comparar com outros hotéis, mas algumas das coisas não são tão amigáveis ​​quanto outras coisas que conhecemos em outros hotéis. Algumas são adoráveis, mas senti que estavam tão cansados ​​de nos ajudar. Mas o motorista que nos ajudou a nos dar um loft para o aeroporto, ele foi muito amigável e legal, podemos ver que ele está disposto a nos ajudar e nos deixou confortáveis ​​até o final da nossa viagem! Resort location was good kept very neatly. What we came across was some staffs were very anti towards non White tourists. We pay same amount of money as other tourists we are not local. Some very grumpy workers worked pass with out no Bula  even when we said it ourself but as they see white people they say it to them. Would I return back no because of those some staff attitudes. We have travelled over 50 resorts in Fiji and never came across with this attitude.

Decent resort but dated rooms and amenities. Most of the staff was great but the reception and drop off staff could certainly do better. We felt a lack of welcoming warmth from the start which only got redeemed by the room and service staff later.

OMG what a AMAZING LOCATION, could not fault anything about The Hilton, especially the staff, they are just beautiful happy people who provide exceptional service😊 the food was DELICIOUS & the cocktails AMAZING. We will definitely be recommending The Hilton to all our family & friends & will be booking another trip very soon & on behalf of my Husband & I , we would like to say a BIG BIG VINAKA to all the Management & Staff 😊❤️🙌🏻

A estadia foi ótima, maravilhosa. Lugar limpo. Ótimo atendimento, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. O único problema que tivemos foi que as ligações para a recepção não foram atendidas. Não sei porquê, mas o telefone tocava, tocava e tocava, e ninguém atendia. Como estávamos um pouco longe da recepção, isso poderia ser um problema em caso de emergência. Felizmente, não houve nenhuma, mas acho que eles precisam verificar isso. Tirando isso, tivemos uma ótima estadia. Eu também recomendo a massagem... Foi a melhor decisão que poderíamos ter tomado. As massagistas foram ótimas.

A very VERY strange experience here I must say.. I arrived at the 28 bed dorm room (even though trip.com said it was 10 bed) and there was no sign of any other life in the dorm at all. Most of the beds looked like they had been made months ago and nobody had slept in them since because they were covered in a layer of dust and dirt.. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and they said I’m the only one booked in so I just accepted it as it was. However, later on when I was sitting the bar a member of staff approached me and told me I had been upgraded (because supposedly the dorms weren’t clean due to a big group having checked out yesterday) so I ended up spending two nights in a luxurious Bure, the first night shared with someone else who was booked in for the dorms. The Bure was beautiful and spotless and I am very grateful for the upgrade. The outside shower was also very nice! The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from! Eggs, sausages, beans, bread, cakes, yogurts, fruit, multiple cereals, tea, coffee and juice, one morning there were pancakes. The only downsides to this resort is they don’t have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I did snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt rushed in my opinion and the trip wasn’t worth the money. We got barely any time in the water and there was no time to stop and observe anything, seemed like the guys on the boat just wanted to get it all over and done with as fast as possible.

Fiquei num quarto, e no dia em que estava muito cansado de atividades e não conseguia subir para o bunk, pedi ajuda ao pessoal, e, felizmente, estava disponível um bunk, então eles me deixaram complicar. Graças a isso, tive UMA Noite confortável. Mesmo que o MEU voo tenha sido atrasado, o serviço de navegação do aeroporto ainda me esperava com um sinal claro, o que me tornou fácil de encontrar. Eles também oferecem acomodações de bagagem, o que era muito conveniente antes e depois do check-in. Obrigado pelo excelente serviço!

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay with them. I had noticed a bedsheet was not completely clean, but I was able to find cleaning staff easily and they were able to resolve the problem quickly. The Epic Transfers and Tours staff were especially helpful when I had an incident with a taxi driver that was unpleasant to me. The rooftop pool and bar was nice in appearance and the bar was nicely used, but the pool water was cold and nobody was using it. Additionally, although being a non-smoking hotel, there appeared to be old bins at the lifts / elevators with the cigarette ashtray-like tops on them; to be a non-smoking location, it needs to be clearly demonstrated as being just that, particularly where some countries still allow smoking in their hotels. The biggest concern outside the hotel rooms, though, was the buffet breakfasts, which sometimes had soiled tongs used by other guests that were not being replaced quickly enough with clean tongs; food safety needs to be a serious concern for any establishment serving food. The room itself looked rather clean, had a patio looking at the wooded area out back; however, the patio door was not easy to lock and this was a bit of a concern with insects being readily present. There was also a sofa that could convert into a sofa bed, but it looked like it had a dent in the left arm. The bathroom was often stocked with new toiletries, perhaps too often as I was receiving a new bar of soap every day, but there was also mould trying to seep through the grouting behind the sink; I did inspect this and it seemed to be contained completely within the grouting, but it is a concern to be resolved soon. Additionally, though, the bathroom would sometimes smell horrible, as if you could smell sewage from the ventilation; there was a floor drain that could be the cause of this, but the ceiling ventilation looked like it needed cleaning and it was not sealed properly to the ceiling, either. There was a toilet paper holder, but it was poorly placed and it was evident it replaced another toilet roll holder that was in the correct location. Inside the shower, there was what appeared to be a stain running vertically down the wall where the shower head was located. The towels were kept clean and most had proper hotel labels on them, but some had the name of the hotel written on them, seemingly with a permanent marker, which was quite strange, especially for a hotel with a 4* rating. The hotel has a 4* rating on Trip.com and has the amenities to be that, but the quality of those amenities needs to support their existence; otherwise, they cannot be considered. The staff were friendly and trying to make the stay as nice for me as they possibly could manage, so the issues mainly appear to be from a failure of the management and ownership not regularly checking the rooms and updating the quality and ambience of its hotel. Simply having 4* amenities does not automatically make a hotel 4* and although Trip.com has it listed as 4*, I would rank this as being a 3* hotel at the moment as they need to make further improvements to the hotel so that the quality of the amenities will make for a valid 4* rating in the future.  When looking at the hotel via any booking site, check out the other sites, too, and look up the hotel website, too, as that should exist. The images I saw on Trip.com were quite enticing, but they also include a picture of Jack’s of Fiji, which was not available on site, and random pictures of the outdoors that were nowhere near the hotel as it is located more inland and not by the ocean. The hotel is the biggest and most expensive element of any holiday/ vacation, so it is important to spend more time investigating each eligible hotel prior to seeking a room, and do not feel rushed by websites telling you there are only so many rooms left; there are many hotels in each location, so there are always options available.
