My trip to Snow Valley was amazing, made even better by a wonderful host. My friends and I stayed at Kuolanting Inn, and the service was excellent—even before the trip began. From the moment we arrived, the host’s hospitality made us feel truly at home. All the activities were well arranged by the host and were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend staying here, as the host genuinely provides outstanding care and attention. Do stay here—you won’t regret it, and you’ll bring home unforgettable memories.

The village was truly wonderful—peaceful, serene, and full of natural beauty. It provided the perfect setting for a relaxing escape. What made the stay even more special was the owner, who was incredibly kind-hearted. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, from helping us book transportation and activities to offering warm hospitality. It was clear she genuinely cared about her guests, which made our experience even more memorable. The combination of a charming village and such a thoughtful owner made this trip unforgettable.

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

Less crowd in Wuchang Snow Valley compare to Xuexiang Snow Town. Booked our chartered car through the innkeeper for RMB2400 for 3 days Harbin- Wuchang Snow Valley - Xuexiang Snow Town - Volga Manor. The inn did not provide bath towel so i suggest you bring your own bath towel. They can only provide small face towel. The place is run by the family.. they are so nice.. We took pictures near the inn at the evening or the father play the roundfire for us to take picture at night. In the morning the next day we book trip to Wu Song Ling for RMB400/pax guided by the innkeeper son which we call him titi (younger brother).. It was the most fun & memorable activities of our entire Harbin trip of 8 days.. Walking at the snow jungle was the most we loved. Titi also taught us to ski but I don't speak chinese so i can't understand the instruction given. I gave up learning to sli on my third fall hahaha... Overall, we highly recomended Snow Valley for you to visit for natural snow experiances.

去雪谷體驗了好多第一次，定了一個特別特別好的民宿，老闆人超級好，住裏面的人也熱情善良，大家像朋友一樣聊天免費的凍梨和凍柿子。 🌟一起參加篝火晚會，體驗東北二人轉 🌟老闆超級好組織我們一起做糖葫蘆。 🌟首次體驗了擀皮包餃子。 霧凇嶺項目很多風景也好看🌟滑雪很刺激 🌟雪地摩託超級酷 🌟香蕉氣墊船 還有一些沒玩因為滑雪太有意思啦哈哈哈哈哈 阿姨很年輕，還和我們聊人生，阿姨做的飯菜也很好吃

The soul of this hotel is the owner himself. He really had make the stay memorable and also exciting! The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication. Also, we can do the 泼水成冰 （splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner. While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel. For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍

Recommending a Hotel in Snow valley for Your Consideration Rating: 10/10 Advantages: • Conveniently located near major attractions and a smoke-free environment. • Exceptionally clean rooms with large Highlights: • The reception staff cannot speak English, but they went out of their way to communicate via WeChat with automatic Thai translation. They assisted with carrying luggage and showing me to my room, which was excellent service. Take a look at the real photos to see just how good the room is!

Acomodação é UMA Pequena casa.A casa de banho é simples, Como a família.Há um banheiro e água quente que funciona bem.Há um pequeno sedimento Da água no tapete.A cama é Muito dura. Por isso, tenho de pedir Mais tapetes ou é dor de Volta.Não há instalações de banho.Recomenda-se que você também se prepare.Mas está tudo bem. O preço do alimento é bastante elevado. Viemos sozinhos, então ordenámos que as larvas comessem. É delicioso. Não posso terminar com isso. Posso Mantê-lo para outra refeição. O proprietário é bonito, amigável, fácil de falar, mas tem de perguntar pormenores claros, como o local de atividade, o quanto vou jogar 200 ¥ atividades, vou para o quintal, gosto disso.No outro dia, vou levar um carro para arrastar a sled para a montanha Leymus. Se você VAI levar um carro para Leymus Hill, você VAI se arrastar para a aldeia. Infelizmente, não houve atividades no alojamento no Dia do Ano Novo, e esperava que teríamos atividades para fazer, como espalhar água quente, fazer desperdícios, etc., por isso foi bastante solitário. Globalmente não muito bom, mas não mau, média de acordo com o preço, porque este lugar é muito barato ☺️✨
