Uma estadia perfeita! Viajo muito pelo mundo e me hospedo em hotéis 5*. Há muitos hotéis de luxo de alto padrão na região de Futian. Estou feliz por ter escolhido o Ritz-Carlton. Não só a localização é ideal – desde o momento em que entrei na propriedade até a hora em que saí, senti uma verdadeira hospitalidade calorosa. Especialmente a Miya (recepção) se esforçou ao máximo para tornar a estadia memorável – sempre com um sorriso caloroso, muito atenciosa e gentil – quase parecia ter uma assistente pessoal. Também foi útil o inglês dela ser muito bom. Ter uma grande piscina ao ar livre é fantástico depois de um dia agitado, e para mim também foi um começo de dia perfeito, depois de um café da manhã maravilhoso (boa opção também para europeus). Adorei o café do barista. O quarto pode não ter o design mais moderno (ao estilo escandinavo). No entanto, estava em um estado impecável, perfeitamente limpo, espaçoso, com muitas tomadas internacionais bem posicionadas (sem necessidade de adaptador) e muito confortável. E o mais importante para mim: com um ar-condicionado muito silencioso. No geral: eu realmente recomendo este hotel e, quando voltar a Shenzhen, com certeza me hospedarei aqui novamente.

I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. A temperatura do ar-condicionado era ajustável e o chuveiro tinha pressão de água estável. Cada detalhe foi cuidadosamente pensado. O hotel oferece academia e lavanderia self-service, além de uma área gratuita com fliperamas e áreas de trabalho privativas com isolamento acústico. O cardápio do café da manhã era extenso, com especialidades locais e clássicos ocidentais, todos preparados na hora. Lanches noturnos também estavam disponíveis. O hotel tem uma localização central, porém tranquila, a uma curta distância da estação de metrô e de shoppings, e cercado por uma ampla seleção de restaurantes e lojas de conveniência, o que o torna muito conveniente. É uma ótima opção para viagens a negócios, famílias e lazer.

The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Éramos um grupo de 7 amigos. Fiz uma reserva para todos nós juntos e paguei cerca de 8€, o que achei um preço muito bom. No dia da nossa chegada, o proprietário nos disse que o preço era por pessoa e não para a reserva inteira, o que foi estranho, já que a reserva já tinha os nossos 7 nomes, mas também razoável considerando o preço muito baixo. Após a nossa estadia, posso dizer honestamente que o preço original de 8€ para 7 pessoas é o máximo que eu teria pago por este lugar. Os quartos em si não são tão ruins e estão de acordo com o padrão chinês (com certeza, colchões futon bem duros e finos), mas também têm lençóis limpos e boa privacidade com cortinas. O verdadeiro problema deste lugar são os banheiros. Primeiro, há apenas dois para mais de 20 pessoas. Segundo, eles são simplesmente repugnantes. Um deles é um banheiro com vaso sanitário turco, uma pia e um chuveiro que cheira a urina pior do que um banheiro público. O segundo quarto tem um vaso sanitário ocidental com o assento quebrado e um chuveiro sem ducha (basicamente uma mangueira de jardim). Normalmente não reclamo dessas coisas, pois estou acostumado a viajar com orçamento limitado. Mas, como eu disse, são coisas que eu teria aceitado totalmente se o preço que paguei fosse o original da reserva. Principalmente porque, por esse preço (para um grupo de 7 pessoas), você encontra opções mais baratas e melhores na mesma região. Eu não recomendaria este lugar, a menos que você realmente não encontre nada mais barato ou melhor, ou se quiser ficar bem perto do centro cívico. Definitivamente não é um bom lugar para ficar mais de uma noite.
