"Very good choice for accommodation which is conveniently located and not too noisy. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of the bed and cleanliness. When we reached the hotel, we were very early and had thought we would we’d thought we would need to deposit our luggage with the concierge. Much to our surprise, the room was ready for us and the key cards were issued readily! The hotel lobby was tastefully decorated and has amenities that catered to guests’ needs. I chose to upgrade my room to one that provided a comfortable mattress (梦百合0压床垫). It’s comfortable for me. Unfortunately for my aunt who is a petite old lady, the bed was too tall for her and she struggled to get onto the bed. There was some electrical works carried out on the night we checked in. The hotel staff took the effort to inform us personally aside from placing a notification letter in our room. Overall, we had a good experience staying here and would definitely consider the hotel if we return."

"Grande localização, ONDE está perto Da rua de andar, ONDE está a comprar, e algumas lojas. Reservámos 4 quartos num piso não fumador, no entanto, em 1 destas quartos, encontramos botas de cigarro no canto do WC ao check-in. Quando dissemos ao recepcionista, ele não parece ser desculpado pela situação. Pedimos que a limpeza de quartos fosse feita depois, e as janelas de todas as nossas salas não estavam fechadas, o que era um pouco perigoso, porque tivemos um filho, e então lhes dissemos que tinham-no fechado para fins de segurança. A sala é sábia - é geralmente limpa, temperada e suficiente. Além do incidente de cigarros, penso que este Lugar é adequado para as famílias ficarem."

"As a third-generation Mauritian Chinese who has never set foot in China, I return to Meizhou with anxiety and anticipation, only to search for my grandfather's lost loved ones. Before checking into the Atour Hotel in Meizhou, language was my biggest concern, but the fluent English greeting from the front desk manager instantly dispelled my anxiety. At the beginning of my stay, I felt the warmth of home. At midnight snack, the restaurant learned that my trip was a journey to find my roots, and specially prepared authentic Meizhou pickled noodles and Sanji soup. The familiar and unfamiliar flavor of my hometown bloomed on my tongue, as if awakening memories deep in my blood. The attention to detail of the housekeeping lady was even more touching. While doing laundry, she noticed that one button was missing from my clothes. Not only did she silently find a matching one to sew, but she also left a playful and warm note apologizing for her ”reckless” behavior. What impressed me the most was their unwavering support on my journey to find my family. Faced with the dilemma of my grandfather's old address disappearing due to the changing times, I am helpless, and without a mainland phone number, I cannot use ride hailing apps, making it difficult to travel. Just when I was at a loss, the security manager took the initiative to lend a helping hand and offered to personally drive me to the police station during his off work hours to search for clues; The front desk manager also expressed without hesitation his willingness to serve as a translator throughout the entire process. From patiently reviewing files at the police station to enthusiastically inquiring door-to-door at the neighborhood committee, they tirelessly accompanied and guided me. This unreserved enthusiasm ultimately paved the way to my loved ones - I successfully found the descendants of my grandfather and brothers! Blood and family ties cross mountains and seas, reuniting with time at this moment. This fulfillment cannot be separated from every angelic staff member of Meizhou Yaduo. And this emotion sublimated again upon leaving the hotel. The hotel specially prepared a large bag of carefully selected Meizhou specialties for me, and when it was handed to me, the sincere words' often come home and take a look 'instantly moistened my eyes. Their meticulous care, empathetic consideration, and selfless dedication not only illuminated my path of seeking roots, but also made me truly experience the sense of belonging to 'home'. Yaduo in Meizhou is not only a stopover on my journey, but also my eternal 'home' in Meizhou. Next time I come back, this will definitely be my top choice."

"Receptionists were very helpful, efficient and friendly, Location is very convenient and surrounding environments were beautiful.Room were clean and Bed were hard and good for my backache. I will no hesitations to recommend my friends to stay in this hotel"

"One of our favourite stays was at White Swan Guest House. We had the most amazing experience from the staff. September 2024 We traveled to Meizhou from Shezhen. Being from Australia with limited communication we struggled to get a DiDi not realising we were in the wrong town wanting a long trip. We contacted White Swan hoping they could help us get transport. The lovely ladies Alice and Anna made every attempt to get us a DiDi so late at night and they had a friend who was able to get us from the train station. Once he was at Meizhou train station and couldn’t locate us. Alice suggested we share location on WeChat. it was then that we all realised we were in the wrong town. We had accidentally got off the train at the station before Meizhou, Xingningcun Alice & Anna were so kind and offered to help find us accommodation for the night as it was already midnight. We didn’t really want to because it will interfere with our schedule but there were no more trains.  The ladies understood and  said they could ask her DiDi driver friend but no guarantee as he had finished work for the night. She asked if he would be willing to travel the 1.5 hours to Xingning South Railway station at 1am to come get us. Which would actually have him driving for 3 hours for us. It was a late night but we are so grateful that they tried so hard to communicate with us and make us feel safe and cared for. He was wonderful and because of his kindness we reached out to him many times during our stay. The staff especially Anna and Alice were amazing. Thank you for making our first visit to China a memorable experience. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. September 2025 Because of the 2024 experience, we have chosen to stay at White Swan Guest House. They continue to go above and beyond, and it was great to reconnect with Alice again."

"I choose the Japanese Tatami room and it was super cute and very clean However the insulation needs to be improved a lot . I could clearly hear the vehicle moving on the street all the time The staff can speak some English and are very attentive"

"Esta é a segunda vez que venho a Meizhou Ketianxia. É a primeira vez que venho aqui para desfrutar da atitude de serviço, comida e diversão. Após a epidemia, muitas lojas fecharam e existem apenas algumas lojas no lanchonete. Durante o período do primeiro de maio, há apresentações à noite, o que é muito bom. Espero voltar ao estado anterior o mais rápido possível, e o preço desta vez é mais barato do que alguns anos atrás. É realmente díficil."

"My first visit to Meizhou City, home of the Hakka people. Stayed in Days Hotel. Supposedly a 4 star hotel, this place offers great value for your stay. The room is large by comparison. The hotel has a laundry room on the second floor and all you have to do it to pop your laundry into the washer and leave a note with your room number and type of wash. An attendant will finish off the wash and dry cycle, fold your clothes and deliver them to you packed nicely in a laundry bag. Free! My travelling friend complained about the smell of smoke in his room. Hotel was apologetic and arranged a nicer (larger) room for him immediately. Manager on duty gave special attention to us and chatted with us whenever he saw us. Talk about personalised service. Location wise, I find Days to be rather close to all the sightseeing and food places I earmarked. As the city does not have a subway and the bus comes in rather long intervals, the location becomes more important. Fortunately, ride hailing is easy and cheap in Meizhou. I plan to return to Meizhou again in the future. Definitely staying in Days again."

"Voyage solo, j'ai voulu me faire plaisir et j'ai pris cet hôtel et je ne regrette pas du tout, très propre et technologique ! Je trouve l'emplacement pratique pour visiter la ville, le bus à côté et/ou le didi qui prendra peu de temps ! Le petit-déjeuner est très bon aussi."

"Our family of 6, stay from 22-24/02/25. Good location, Walking distant for eateries & shopping at Wanda Plaza.  Free pickup for max 4 person to & from train station's but we did not able to have the pickup cos they have lunch break. We had the transport to train station, after dropping off one of us realised that his backpacks with passport was missing. The train security officer was very helpful, contact Lisheng Ruixuan Hotel for us & found that it was left in the hotel room. Immediately Lisheng Ruixuan staff send the backpacks to the train station for us. We were very grateful for their extended service. We enjoy our days in Meizhou, nice food & thanks to those helpful people we met!"
