Staying here was amazing. Really make me feel at home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place. I will give 5 stars any time.

路過時臨時決定住這家五星級酒店 確實也是超乎想象的好 從一進大堂就感受到了工作人員的熱情、周到 前廳工作人員也真的很nice！有需求會第一時間響應 房間設施設備也很新 房間有一個獨立的陽台 可以欣賞到整個小鎮的夜景。總的來説，此次入住的體驗感超棒！

We stayed at this hotel during a cycling trip and absolutely loved the mountain location — perfect for scenic rides and fresh air. The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished, offering a comfortable retreat after long days. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness. Breakfast and dinner were traditional Chinese, tasty and authentic, though western options were missing. Overall, a great stay for nature lovers and cyclists!

Devido a problemAs de plataforma, o quarto reservado não TEM café Da manhã. Depois de ter SIDO informado sobre a recepção e a irmã, ele adicionou o café Da manhã com determinação. Depois de ficar, descobriu que a cabeça Da cama estava colocada EM um livro, e virou com a mão, e descobriu que a ”estação Da Vida do coração” escrita pelo Presidente do Grupo, porque UMA Palavra lá dentro GOSTA de um livro, porque um livro e um pequeno-almoço Na recepção GOSTAm profundamente de um hotel de toda a temporada!Tem de ser elogiado por Cinco estrelas! ”Por exemplo, o MEU treinador de Prati me Disse recentemente que Faria a Melhor Ação com a menor força.Ele me acordou de repente.Uma boa ação deve ser feita com a menor força. This is our family’s second stay in a row in such a warm and nice place in a modern and historic city Luan. We absolutely enjoy everything the city and Wanxi hotel has offered us. It’s another memorable experience that we’ll cherish before we come back soon.  Sharing a couple of photos from the hotel as a part of our experience and memory. We really enjoyed our experience at Fengduo W Hotel. The hotel is very well situated (in front of a food market and near Century underground mall). Lobby (5th floor) is massive and clean. Our room (7th floor) was spotless and spacious. The hotel was evidently recently renovated, the detailed finishing work is nice. Our breakfast was a chinese-styled breakfast (eggs, stir fry, congee, dumplings, treats, espresso and juices). Check-in and check-out was seamless, and overall a good experience.

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely stunning, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the dining experience was both prompt and mouth-watering. I'm still awestruck by the sheer beauty of the hotel and the room. Highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

O único desvantagem é não ter um eléctrico!Outros são bons, e o pequeno-almoço não é Muito bom..Em geral, é bom. E há UMA mulher no outro Lado Da recepção, Como EU a devo por um milhão. Uma atitude Muito má. Uma louca pressionou para a recepção. Ela me pediu para IR para a recepção e perguntar, não é UMA família?Ou a irmã Da senhora Ao Lado está entusiasmada.

服務層面：老闆和老闆娘都熱情，如果有需求，可以和老闆或者老闆娘商量，他們會幫助我們的！基礎設施：設施完善，不論是吹風機，還是浴室和衞生間都相當達到家用標準！衞生安全：這樣的酒店而言，衞生相當可以。交通方面：給個小建議，出行一定要提前。 當地公交車發達，完全不用擔心不方便。解決吃飯：老闆家就是做飯的，完全不用擔心餓肚子，也實惠！
