"Estadia prolongada. A viagem durou dois dias e senti que foi tão bom na primeira noite que não saí. Embora o hotel esteja aberto há muito tempo, foi renovado e bem conservado. A sala é muito espaçosa e luminosa, limpa e sem cheiro, e os tapetes são muito limpos. Não há prédios altos ao redor. O quarto tem uma vista ampla e você pode ver a paisagem do Rio Tanjiang. Há também um pote térmico preparado no quarto, que é muito atencioso. Toalhas, roupas de cama e produtos de higiene pessoal são muito úteis. A banheira também está disponível para duas pessoas, o que é particularmente agradável. Há também uma piscina, ótima para relaxar e nadar durante a viagem. "Nice modern room with comfortable king bed, sofa, wardrobe and kitchenette. Bathroom was clean and fixtures new. Projector TV and wifi are excellent. There’s a big shopping mall across the street and lots of affordable food options downstairs. Also 7-11 right downstairs. I’d recommend the place to anyone."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk team was extremely friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. They were very proactive in solving any issues that came up, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. "A hidden gem. I don't even want to share this review to make this hotel too popular! As a person who doesn't speak very good Chinese, the staff at this hotel were very accommodating despite the language barrier. When you first arrive at the hotel, you are greeted by a creative garden complete with outdoor dining areas, swings, a fish tank, and more. On check in, the receptionist was very attentive to all of my questions and directed me to the places I asked about through wechat. It was very easy to follow the directions. I was also offered a spread of fresh fruit to enjoy before settling in my room. The room was spacious and clean and had the most advanced toilet that I have ever used! There was a wide open window for a beautiful view of the dialou across the pond. The suite of amenities was also much appreciated, including snacks, toiletries, and slippers. A highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. They not only provide the standard Chinese breakfast fare such as porridge and pastries, but also served local kaiping specialties. They also have food you can order off of a menu but I didn't have anything during my stay. Upon checkout I was also given a goodie bag filled with local specialties and treats which was much appreciated!"

"Lavande Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Kaiping. The hotel has been opened since 2018; still somewhat relatively new. We booked a room for three people, and we were provided with a two bedroom unit. Excellent condition; comfortable beds and shower facilities. Cleaning service was excellent as they provided extra bottles of water and tea bags to consume. Situated in a location with many restaurants and shops. A mall is within walking distance. Highly recommend staying at Lavande Hotel when staying in Kaiping"

"**Hotel Review** This stay was quite average. While the hotel's location is convenient and the staff are friendly, the overall value for money isn't great. The room and amenities were average, clean, comfortable, and the soundproofing was barely acceptable. The biggest issue was the breakfast: the selection was limited and the taste was subpar. The freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the cooking were disappointing, completely disproportionate to the price. Given the price range, I expected better amenities and service, but the experience was barely adequate. If you're not particular about breakfast or can handle the slightly higher price, you might consider it, but overall, I wouldn't recommend it and would likely choose a similarly priced hotel next time."

"The hotel was designed around a 1920s theme and was super interesting. The staff were super attentive via wechat and in person and made sure every element of the stay was great. The hotel is themed around a ****** mystery that you can opt into playing (or not)."

"1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice."
