"Really nice hotel in the center of Fuyun. If you like Doubletree Hotels, you will love this one! In fact it is the grandest Doubletree I’ve ever stayed in. It is right on the river, there is a lot in walking distance and everything was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a river view. Staff was lovely, especially Vito who gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast buffet was mostly Chinese and very good.
The only disappointing things was we didn’t get the trademark cookies! 🍪"

"雖然是新開的酒店但是一點異味都沒有，全季房間裏床品沒的説，躺久了也不會腰痠背痛，酒店的早餐也很豐盛，來不及吃的也可以打包帶上山，最驚艷我的還是洗衣房，都是全新的智能設備，半小時洗半小時烘，一點都不潮，拿出來都能直接穿，這個雪季來可可還住這裏。"

"The Sevice from the Staff is wonderful, there’s no doubt about on staff services, especially the handsome staff 德克 helping me to collect my courier 2 times from other place, and he was well keeping my stuff for me, and do inform me regarding my courier that he was collected and sent to my room, another handsome man called 小林 also very helpful and really nice. Just one things I can’t accept that is no air-con for this hotel (winter), I humid and hot in the room, they provided me a fans (only one fan in the hotel), then I only can sleep. If they can provide air con during the winter I’m sure will not come back, if they do I will definitely come back to stay again. Thank u."

"The hotel is ideally located and conveniently connected to the ski resort in the centre of town. The bus was so convenient to sit outside the door, the room was spotless and the smart toilet was warm and especially sweet. Bottom line, brag about a waterfall shower. Getting back from skiing for a hot bath is super stress-relieving! The boss and the waiter were so enthusiastic that they would offer to help plan the route. The waiter even helped clean the skis. The most wonderful thing is lying in bed can see Rizhao Jinshan, mobile phone casually shoot postcards! Take a photo after clocking in, and what is more touching is the free laundry service in the laundry room -- dirty clothes are handed over to the cleaning lady. The next day was stunning and sent back to the room. Skied for seven days without worrying about changing the wash. Breakfast was so good that it wasn't repeated every day. Pastries, fruits, hot and cold vegetables, tomato and egg noodles were a huge favorite. Madness to all friends!"

"This was a last minute booking due to a change in our itinerary. We arrived after 8pm and were pleasantly surprised that it was such a nice hotel. Check-in was speedy. Reception offered us a free upgrade, the room was spacious and clean. The streets and the buildings were all lit up which makes the town looks like Disneyland at night. There were supermarkets and eateries within walking distance. The reception staff on duty were very helpful in giving us (foreigners) directions on how to find them. Although we only stayed one night, the impression was good. Not a bad choice to stay a couple of nights to explore Fuyun. Highly recommended."

Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

UUsuário convidadoThe resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

UUsuário convidadoEverything was nearly perfect — the property is elegant, the room spacious with a bathtub and a smart room system. However, I booked this hotel specifically for its floor heating, and was very disappointed to find the room freezing cold. The staff explained that central heating in the city can only be switched on by the government starting October 1st, still a few days away. Although they provided a space heater, it could not replace the comfort of proper heating. To avoid disappointment, the hotel should clearly inform guests in advance about the heating policy.

晚上到的，酒店很漂亮。
設施：有兩台洗衣機兩台烘乾機！對長途出遊很友好。門口很多停車位，自駕方便。

位置：在可可託海雪場山腳下，風景優於鎮上的酒店，但同時民宿也會更遠一些，周邊啥的沒有還是在鎮中心方便，如果不是自駕，離鎮中心越近越好，上山接駁車就在鎮上
房間：和圖片視覺感觀上確實有差異，圖片10分真實入住視覺感官大概6-7分左右，房間比較簡樸，加加分項有加濕器，其餘的沒啥特別的，房間佈置和陳設沒啥設計可言吧，還是會比預期要低很多，窗外景色好看但談不上驚艷。另外前台超級大，餐廳也在一塊佈置上堆砌位置沒啥風格特點
服務：民宿服務人員不多，印象中2-3名女生，會幫忙拿行李，會提前加微信，有啥需求都可以聯繫。中規中矩，服務亮點沒啥記憶點
整體而言，奔着民宿榜第一來以及網紅熱度但真實感受還是差不少，作為普通民宿看待沒啥大毛病，但期待和價格與實際體驗差距不少，尤其在目前可可託海住宿可選擇酒店大把的情況下，體驗不到溢價空間和價值。
建議：如果對民宿抱有很大期望的不建議入住，過去咖啡廳打卡還是不錯的。

UUsuário convidadoWas pleasantly surprised how big and clean the rooms were, very good value for money and extremely kind staff. Hotel breakfast was also great, with good dining options within 5-10 mins walk that can give you sufficient dining options for the whole week. Only con is that as of November 2025, many of the surrounding hotels have yet to open for business, so it can seem very quiet at night compared to the adjacent Hebei town.
