"We had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!"

"We stayed at the Radisson on its opening day. They even upgraded our room when we checked in, and since we had a child with us, they gave us a kids' breakfast voucher. The service was impeccable, with none of the usual chaos you'd expect from a newly opened hotel. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with a kids' club and a swimming pool, which my child absolutely loved. On the day we checked out, after we'd already returned the room, my child was still playing in the pool. Ms. Anna at the front desk thoughtfully arranged for us to use the bathroom in the yoga room for a quick shower, which was incredibly considerate. Even today, my child is still talking about wanting to stay at the Radisson again when we visit Qiandao Lake next time."

"酒店還挺驚艷到我的，住過那麼多網紅酒店了，這家酒店絕對超乎我的期待。 設計：酒店外立面是清水混凝土風格，造型錯落有致。特別是晚上的燈光下，暖色的燈光和燈光陰影所勾勒出的線條，行程了冷暖的對比，便利超級出片。 環境：酒店造了很多精緻的小景，瀑布+鮮花+鞦韆+躺椅，每一處景色都是設計師精心佈置的。現在是梨花、桃花、綉球花盛開的季節。我還看到了琵琶樹、桔子樹和楓葉，不同季節都會有不同的景色。 服務：還沒入住，就接到了酒店管家電話，建了微信羣方便溝通。訂餐、定DIY小活動、提示注意事項都很方便。 設施：酒店客房內的設施超級棒，洗護用品是最近很流行的大牌網紅。mini吧是免費的，有椰子水、依雲、各種豐富的小水果（超級甜很新鮮）。最重要的是沒有任何新裝修的味道，入住的很安心，這個太難得了。 DIY活動：可以預約DIY披薩、DIY麪包，很有意思，很適合帶小朋友，情侶之間DIY互動下也很不錯。 風景：千島湖邊的山頂，在酒店房間內拉開窗簾就能看到千島湖的美景。好多個打卡點，最推薦餐廳邊上的無邊洗水池和整棵樹都是亮燈的大樹，傍晚在這裏拍照超級美。還有大草坪盡頭有網紅的鞦韆，用變焦鏡頭拍攝，彷彿人就融在了不遠處的千島湖內。"

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, my amazing journey began. They greeted me with refreshing fruit tea and drove me to my room. Thanks for the upgrade! The view from my room is incredible. And let’s not forget our amazing housekeeper, Miya. She made everything so smooth and always met our needs. She booked cars for us, arranged a spa day, took care of our food, and did everything else. The spa is a must-try! Room number 2 has a truly amazing view. But the most incredible experience was the firefly release ceremony. As we walked to the center of the island, they provided drinks and food, and the music played. We released all these beautiful fireflies, and it was an unforgettable moment. I’m so sorry I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the other activities and explore the whole island. I’ll definitely come back and explore next time. This place is truly deserving of a longer stay.

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

Mas no último dia Da nossa estadia pagamos por verificar atrasado porque o MEU Menino Queria desfrutar Da piscina no dia antes de sair, só para descobrir Mais tarde que a piscina está fechada nesse dia. (Eles não nos disseram nada quando fomos à piscina o dia anterior).

房間都在獨立別墅裏，整個環境安逸舒適。房間給免費升級的，很大，有獨立陽台。冷氣和熱水都很好。 前台衹要有一個人，旅客多時需要等。早餐比較豐盛，可以去露台或草地上吃，非常貼近自然。入住後可在湖邊欣賞夕陽，酒店湖邊是一個自由營地，草坪很大很開闊，漫步時有英式莊園感覺。附近有熱氣球基地，啤酒小鎮也不遠。

The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel. The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos). The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift. We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price. The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough. The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal. We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!

The hotel is near the qiandaohu central boat port, and it is convenient to walk to the port, which takes only about 10 minutes to walk to the port. On the way to the port, there are streets that sell food and ice cream. The room is clean, and the service is good. However, the toilet is a bit small.

We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.

We had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend
