Primeiramente, uma avaliação objetiva: o processo de check-in foi muito satisfatório, e o quarto era bastante bom. A senhora da limpeza do hotel era muito simpática e educada, perguntando se podia fazer a limpeza. Ela trocou os lençóis e a capa do edredom para nós, o que foi muito atencioso e paciente. Ontem, o pessoal do quarto me recomendou entusiasticamente lugares para comer nas proximidades. A localização é bastante conveniente para se locomover com Didi Chuxing, e há três elevadores, então não fica lotado. No geral, é muito bom. Vi muitos comentários dizendo que os quartos são pequenos, mas o meu era ótimo, nem pequeno nem grande demais, e a TV podia espelhar o celular, o que criou um ambiente aconchegante. Hoje, na hora de sair, me deram água morna, o que é típico do Hilton – até a água é quente! Fiquei surpreso quando peguei. O principal é que elas são muito sorridentes e ainda nos ajudaram a levar a bagagem para o carro. O serviço é digno de aplausos 👍, muito bem feito. Até a próxima, Chengdu. Voltaremos.

O hotel é muito atencioso e oferece serviço de coleta de pacotes. O quarto é muito limpo e oferece produtos de higiene básicos e pasta de dentes e escovas de dentes descartáveis. A senhora da recepção foi muito simpática e o serviço de despertar foi pontual. O que mais me agrada é o vaso sanitário automático, é muito bom ter um vaso sanitário com assento quente em um dia frio. O pequeno pátio no escritório frontal é muito bonito, e vi muitos inquilinos sentados lá e conversando à noite. Embora não existam muitas variedades de café da manhã, o sabor é bom. A única pequena desvantagem é que não há geladeira pequena no quarto. A localização do hotel é excelente. É muito conveniente ir a qualquer lugar. Há também lojas de chá de leite/lojas de conveniência/restaurantes nas proximidades. Em frente está a Pastelaria do Palácio e o Jardim Wensu, onde muitas pessoas se alinham. Se eu tiver a oportunidade de jogar novamente, este hotel será minha primeira escolha.

The owner was genuinely kind and very helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make things easy for us. They even helped us carry our luggage up and down, which meant a lot especially since we were travelling with kids and had quite a few bags. What we appreciated most was how thoughtful they were in sharing local tips. They recommended several nice places to visit around Dujiangyan, including family-friendly spots, good food, and scenic areas that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Because of their suggestions, our trip became much more relaxed and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome, almost like staying with family rather than at a hotel. We’re truly grateful for their kindness and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

這次旅行入住這家酒店，體驗遠超預期，真心推薦給每一位來這裏的朋友！酒店地處市中心核心位置，交通便捷、出行高效，不管是商務辦事還是旅遊逛街都十分省心，周邊路網發達，打車、步行都很方便，對第一次來的遊客也非常友好，不用浪費時間在路上。 我入住的是高樓層房間，視野開闊，景色堪稱絕佳。白天能俯瞰整座城市的繁華街景，夜晚則坐擁璀璨夜景，躺在床上就能欣賞城市燈火，氛圍感拉滿。房間採光充足、空間寬敞，整體乾淨整潔、裝修簡約有質感，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也很好，一夜安睡，徹底緩解旅途疲勞。 酒店設備齊全且維護良好，空調、熱水、高速WiFi穩定好用，吹風機、燒水壺、衣架、洗漱用品等一應俱全，品質在線，無需自己額外準備。衞浴乾濕分離，水流充足、水温穩定，細節處都做得十分到位。房間內插座佈局合理，充電、辦公、整理行李都很方便，居住體驗舒適又貼心，讓人有回到家的安心感。 酒店周邊逛街極其便利，商場、特色店鋪、潮流商鋪步行可達，購物選擇豐富，想買的東西基本都能找到，休閑購物體驗滿分。附近美食更是種類繁多、選擇多樣，從地道本地小吃、家常菜到網紅餐飲、咖啡茶飲應有盡有，出門幾步就能開啟美食之旅，不用特意奔波覓食，對吃貨來説太幸福了。 最讓人滿意的是管家式服務，全程周到細緻、熱情貼心。從入住到退房流程高效順暢，工作人員態度温和、有問必答，任何需求都能快速響應、及時解決，不會有絲毫敷衍。無論是諮詢遊玩路線、推薦本地餐廳，還是處理房間內的小問題，都耐心專業、服務到位，真正做到賓至如歸，讓人倍感温暖。 綜合來看，這家酒店在位置、景色、設備、配套、服務等方面都表現出色，價格也非常實在、性價比超高，同等價位裏很難找到綜合體驗這麼好的酒店，花得值、住得爽，完全物超所值。無論是商務出行、情侶度假、朋友出遊還是家庭旅行都非常合適。市中心便利位置+高樓層絕美景色+齊全設備+豐富美食+貼心管家服務，再加上親民合理的價格，每一點都踩在需求上，入住體驗滿分。下次再來，這裏依然是我的首選，也強烈推薦給大家，住得舒心、玩得方便、吃得盡興、性價比拉滿，絕對不會讓你失望！

O quarto estava muito limpo e os funcionários, Xiao Li e Xiao Lai, foram muito acolhedores. O café da manhã era farto e o sistema de automação residencial era muito prático, especialmente o assento sanitário inteligente 👍 A localização também era muito conveniente para se locomover.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

O quarto tinha um secador de cabelo Dyson, sanita automática, chuveiro com excelente pressão e volume de água (tal como em casa), jarro elétrico, máquina de café e um sistema de som na cabeceira da cama que eram fantásticos. O design do abajur, do candeeiro suspenso e do biombo de vidro laminado era excelente. Os azulejos do WC eram coloridos, vibrantes e tinham um padrão 3D, criando um ambiente relaxante e agradável. As almofadas (de trigo sarraceno e látex) também eram muito boas. Pequeno-almoço: Havia uma variedade de sumos frescos, chocolate quente, milkshakes de morango e outras bebidas no menu. O ramen de peito de yak era picante e delicioso. Havia também muitas frutas cortadas para os hóspedes se servirem. O pequeno-almoço foi melhor do que nos hotéis Niccolo e Hyatt Regency.

O hotel possui excelentes ligações de transporte, a 5 minutos a pé da Saída A da Estação Tianfu Square (Linha 2) e da Saída A da Estação Jinjiang Hotel (Linha 1), e a menos de 10 minutos a pé do Museu de Chengdu. A Rua Pedonal Chunxi e a Rua Taikoo ficam a apenas uma estação de metrô de distância, e o hotel está localizado em frente ao distrito comercial central de Chengdu. O hotel não fornecia roupões de banho, mas depois que liguei para a recepção, alguém imediatamente me trouxe dois conjuntos. O café da manhã do hotel era apenas razoável; a falta de macarrão com carne foi uma decepção, mas o guokui de carne (um tipo de pão achatado) estava muito bom.

(For context, I was a black female solo traveller) Location On a long street with many restaurants and shops along the street and a self service ATM 5 -10 min walk away, including a small market in the mornings. It is a residential area, so you will most likely be the only foreigner, but people are extremely friendly and helpful, albeit the stares. The entrance faced the main road and was well lit. There is a flight of stairs that you will need to go up to get to the hostel area. If you have not tried hot pot, I would def recommend going to the Haichiniu Xianxianqie Beef Self service Hot Pot place which is around 5 mins walk down the road. Quite far from the centre of the city however it is extremely easy to get to. During the day, there is a close proximity to the underground around 10 min walk, and there is a bus that I took from the city centre to right outside the hostel door where the bus stop was. If you are going through the night/early morning, it is extremely easy to catch a taxi through apps and it is quite cheap (around 40- 70 yen) and the road is very well lit. I felt completely safe in the area. Service Chu, the hostel aunty is warm and helpful, and gives you a sense of being home away from home. This included being made some home made dumplings to celebrate Golden Week which tasted delicious! She gave recommendations on places to go and made sure that I kept safe when out. As another review said, it can be a bit difficult communicating if you don't know Chinese as no English at the hostel or around the area is spoken and it can get quite draining/ mentally challenging at times for us, however Chu still tried her best to communicate regardless and I really appreciated the effort. To get around this and to make your stay more enjoyable, I would be sure to have WeChat set up prior so you can use the chat translator and have your google translate app out ready. (N.B Make sure you are able to set up the account and get the WeChat validation/security text through your HOME sim/data roaming as opposed to attempting to set up your account on your E-sim which won't work). Facilities It is a hostel that provides what you need. The things that took my British head some time to get around was the shower situation and the bed; namely the shower as it was more typical of an advanced bidet than standard shower. However, it was kept exceptionally clean after my first day there and I did my part of keeping it clean by bleaching it down. The bed is quite sturdy, typical of Chinese beds, so I would recommend bringing a blanket or similar to lay on the mattress so you can get to sleep. There is an upstairs area where you can use the washing machine or wash your clothes by hand and an open area to hang dry your clothes. Make sure you have some cash ready to give to Chu to use the machine. There is a vending machine that you can buy snacks for using the your WeChat pay. There is a seating area at the top where you can sit down and eat, smoke and chat. Once you are used to the different products used (i.e remembering the slippers, using the shower etc.), it becomes second nature and a very comfortable stay (funny story: I was sitting on a desk chair outside my room and being use to the chairs in the UK being quite heavy, I swung myself around and ended up falling off the chair LOL!). Cleanliness Like I mentioned above, the hostel is kept exceptionally clean and I had no concerns around hygiene once I got used to the shower situation. The cleanliness is what I can say was a huge benefit to the hostel. Considering how large the place is and Chu is the sole host, it is kept evidently very clean and Chu will be sure to tell you to tidy up too lool. People in China are not a fan of strong smells/ fragranced things so you will not smell bleach or such products but after seeing a storage room, I can assure they are being used! The photos in the other reviews capture it exactly so you will not be surprised when coming to the place.
