No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

I loved the hotel! It’s new, very beautiful, and the rooms are modern, nice, and very clean. The facilities are also lovely. It has underground parking. The breakfast was also really good, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. We were also very happy with the price, especially for a brand-new hotel.

Best location for going to central market, Rundle mall or Chinatown. Lots of food around and right next to the tram station. Beautiful stay and my family loves the breakfast.

Hotel is on the beach front and has good views if you have a room that side of the hotel The bar had a pigeon flying around it was a little off putting also the breakfasts were below par I ended up eating out every day Room was clean but a little old and tired Heating had broken and took a week to be fixed

This is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

Nice and clean suit and very good price deal from this travel app. Location was convenient and close to the Randall mal, not too far from airport, easily accessible by bus to and from airport to apartment . Does not come with a balcony or view but that is fine if you're just looking for a view.

The hotel is generally nice And the staff members are super friendly. Facility-wise, it is a bit out-dated, but you can see this staff is trying the best to keep it clean. They also have an interesting buffet offering for 20 dollars, i haven't tried it out, but i heard it quite nice.

As duas coisas Mais importantes para mim em qualquer hotel são UMA cama confortável e um bom chuveiro. a cama era grande, mas a pressão da água no chuveiro era muito pobre. Além disso, houve outras questões que não esperaria de um hotel desta norma, que levaria os preços que faz. O botão de energia Da TV não funcionou, NEM OS botões de topo Da televisão. Uma vez que a TV FOI ligada Ao GPO e depois à TV, EU não consegui USAR o leitor de DVD conectado Como OS botões para mudar para ele Na remota não funcionaram. O pequeno-almoço era bastante pobre, principalmente cereais ou ovos esmagados com algumas outras opções, tais como copos de fruta, iogurte e bolachas. Serviu-me para ficar perto do Centro de convenções, MAS não tenho a certeza de que vou ficar lá novamente.

The room is very spacious and has a great view of the lake! The spa bath is fantastic!

Eu fiquei no Hotel Links muitas vezes sem quaisquer questões, mas esta vez foi diferente.Reservei através de um site de reserva para 2 adultos e 3 crianças, para 2 noites. A primeira noite estava bem, voltou o 2o dia depois de sair por um tempo, o ar condicionado tinha sido desligado, os limpadores entraram quando lhes pedimos para não fazer, fizemos 2 camas e deixamos a cama dupla, não limparam nada e só deixaram 2 toalhas. Quando questionei a recepcionista, ELA Disse que EU só reservava duas pessoas para a segunda noite, e ELA era bastante rude, MAS EU tinha confirmação no MEU telefone.A empresa de reservas enviou apenas duas pessoas para a segunda noite. Eles cometeram erros e eu não tinha desculpas dela ou qualquer explicação de porque a sala estava ”limpada” assim.Não estou feliz e duvido que vou ficar lá novamente! 😡
