Tainan Inns

Stayed for two nights. Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved. There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl. Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

The hotel is located in a central location with easy access to famous attractions like Chikan Tower, Hayashi Department Store, to name a few. The service staff was professional. I was unable to open my luggage, and he immediately contacted a local luggage store and booked a taxi for me to go there. The food was good, and they even serve night snack! ********* local biscuits are also provided until 10pm, see my photo. They also provided a map with key places of attractions at the lift lobby, see photo. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Escolhei este hotel Como recomendado EM xiaohongshu.Não estava desiludido com a qualidade do hotel.Só o fato de que se quiser caminhar Da estação de trem Precisa de Cerca de 15 minutos. Além disso, o preço é competitivo

The hotel is old and it shows. There are many pools in the onsen area and guests are required to wear swimsuits and swimming caps. The rooms look like they have to renovated but all public area and pools are aged and cleanliness can be improved. The selection at breakfast is basic but it is fair for what we were charged. The receptionists at the front desk are very nice and helpful.

The room was spacious with places to put our luggages. The bed was oddly off centered but that created space for the luggage :) There were international electrical sockets so I didnt have to use my adaptor. The toilet has an odd configuration. Instead of a shower curtain, u get a ”toilet seat curtain” that u are supposed to pull to keep it dry when showering (water still gets splashed on it if it is not pulled well). The most inconvenient part of the room was the lack of a dry area to wear clothes after showering. Water pressure and temperature are great. Location wise, the hotel is very near the western market, shen nong street. We were also able to walk back from the Tainan TRA station when the buses had ended at night. There is a free shuttle bus to the THSR Tainan station which stops about 3mins walk from the hotel. We only discovered this on check out, so good to enquire with the hotel before checking in. The staff were generally friendly, when asked, they gave some suggestions about where to eat nearby. They look slightly unsure, possibly because it was ***** new year period. They were also helpful in booking taxi, massage and sending up additional clothes hangers. I did converse in mandarin though. We can get bedroom slippers and bottled water for free at the lobby, so that was very nice.

Spent 3 nights 2 rooms with family of elderly people. Although it’s a bit old style design but the rooms are clean. Ceiling is low and lift is small. Location is convenient with 15 minutes walk to Tainan train station, and lots of restaurants nearby. Price included breakfast and tea meal. We are impressed with great varieties of breakfast food including ********* food, love the sweet potatoes, different kinds of fruits, soy milk and rice milk. Appreciated a staff kept cooking the eggs and delicious egg pancakes! Love the ********* snacks provided for tea time. Staffs refilled quickly and rotated different dishes everyday!

We cannot stop our praises for this hotel! We intended to just stay the night and explore a little of Tainan before heading to Kaoshiung. The friendly staff engaged us in conversation and shared so passionately about Tainan that we decided to stay an extra day/night in Tainan. They even planned our itinerary for us. We are thankful for the value-added service of helping us warm up our food (we bought food as our stomachs had limited capacity) in the mornings/nights. We got the double room with no window but hardly felt suffocated as the room was spacious, spotless and sooo comfortable. The carpark was a short 3min walk away. We enjoyed the facilities, but what caught our hearts was the heartwarming service from the staff. We do not have the habit of asking to take a photo with hotel staff, but for this hotel, we asked to as we wanted to remember the wonderful experience we had here.

My overall experience at Yoai was great. While the hotel is a bit far from the train station, it is very close to a shopping center, and YouBike rentals are conveniently located just outside. The hotel was very clean, and the lobby was fantastic, with hot water and comfortable seating. The front desk staff were somewhat less friendly, but still polite and helpful.

Localização boa, mas o hotel é puro cigarro. Assim que chegamos no quarto, sentimos o cheiro terrível de cigarro e também do cheiro forte de esgoto que vinha do banheiro. Ficamos no quarto, mas no dia seguinte foi terrível. Depois de um dia inteiro fora, quando chegamos, tinha alguém no quarto ao lado fumando. Apesar dos sinais dizerem: PROIBIDO FUMAR 🚭. Imediatamente liguei para a recepção que me colocou em outro quarto, mas, o quarto não era nas mesmas condições do que eu tinha pago. Logo liguei para eles me colocaram em um outro quarto, que era mto melhor que o primeiro. Eu não indicaria para ninguém, prefiro evitar aborrecimentos durante as férias.

The location of the hotel is quite far, especially from the HSR station. The lobby is beautiful but check in staff are not around in the evenings. If you miss check in time, they’ll just tape your door cards to the front door (a bit odd for me). The rooms are very small and sound proofing is very poor.
