Checking in felt great! Hygienic and clean, complete facilities, friendly staff, rich breakfast. The hotel is 2-3 kilometers away from the main commercial street, and the private beach is only for hotel guests. It is said online that the hotel is relatively old, but in fact the quality is there and can be ignored for the most part. The price/performance ratio is also high. It is recommended to choose it!

We received a warm welcome at the hotel and this continued for the whole two weeks that we were there, all of the staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. We did not have a refurbished room but it was kept spotlessly clean every day (thank you Hassam) with a nice view of the beach. We requested a room near the main facilities because my husband cannot walk very well and this room (235) was ideal for reaching the restaurants, beach and pool. Each time we entered the buffet we would be greeted by Nada who was always cheerful.The food in the buffet was ok we managed to find something at each meal for us which is rare as we have one plain only food eater and a vegetarian in our family. It would have been helpful if there was a label indicating the suitable for vegetarians options though. When my husband was struggling to carry his plate and walk to our table one of the waiters would rush to help him even Yasser the manager helped him on many occasions and was very friendly and kind which we were grateful for as he was very busy every day checking that everything was perfect in all of the restaurants and bars. Thank you to Gerges too and shkran lak to Mostafa Salah for the Arabic lessons. We visited the Elia restaurant a couple of times the meals were very nice so thank you David for making our visits there so enjoyable. I couldn’t sleep very well because for some strange reason people in the rooms around us insisted on slamming their doors shut at all hours so I used to go to the beach early each day before breakfast,Taha and Muhammad would put up a couple of wind breaks around a pair of sun beds for me and I was able to lye in peace in the shade listening to the waves instead of the bang, bang, bang of the doors. There was never any trouble getting a sun bed at the beach throughout the day but it was January so I’m not sure what it would be like in summer. Similarly around the pool there were usually beds free throughout the day, the pool itself was nice and warm and we enjoyed sitting at one of the tables enjoying the view and having a drink at the pool bar. Unfortunately I managed to get a heat rash even though the temperature was only in the 70s I was chatting to Gomaa who works to keep the grounds looking so lovely and he advised me that the pharmacist across the road from the hotel would be able to help me and thankfully they did. We had three massages each at the spa during our stay the price was very reasonable, we also used the sauna and hot tub which was free. We used the gym which was well equipped and the staff helpful. We also enjoyed playing pool each day on one of the three pool tables at the hotel. A couple of days before we left we used the laundry offer Amear did a fantastic job our clothes were washed, ironed and folded so beautifully that we just put them straight into our cases. It was our first time at the Sunrise but now we know why so many people return here we had a wonderful time despite the door

Facilities: I booked a stay-in package with meals. The hotel staff will help you wear a black wristband when you check in (don’t take it off during your stay, the button is disposable). Generally, you don’t have to pay for food and drink during this period. If you want to know more, you can Ask the on-site staff! The hotel also has activities and facilities for children and adults, which are very good! Hygiene: The hygiene of the room and surrounding areas is no problem! Environment: There are many hotel rooms, which are large and very comfortable. They have their own beach and there are piers on both sides of the beach. If you go out to sea, you can use these two piers, which can save a lot of transportation time! The only thing that can be improved is that you can find tools to remove the larger stones on the beach to make it more comfortable for guests to walk on the beach! Service: The hotel staff are very kind and the service is very good! Summary: After checking in, you can have peace of mind and enjoy your vacation. Anyway, I like this hotel very much! I didn’t take too many photos, you can check them out on your own 🍠!

First of all, we must admit that the hotel has a good all-inclusive meal, and the swimming pool and beach facilities are also very suitable for vacation. On the first day, the hotel refused to check in without receiving confirmation. Under the adjustment of Ctrip, there was no balcony standard room (the original order triple room had a terrace or balcony) and promised to replace the original room type the next day. The stay took 2 hours. Rejecting the extra bed, Ctrip adjusted again, and barely added the mattress after 5 hours. The next day at the front desk, the front desk manager refused to change the room type again. The attitude was extremely bad. I claimed that I had already given you an extra bed. What else do you have to do, and I don’t recognize the order. Once I complain, I will shout and go to your Chinese agent. After checking out, Ctrip Helping the rights to send a photo proof, the hotel still refused to admit that the first night room type does not match Thanks again to Ctrip customer service, nearly 25 calls, from the check-in to check-out, I have been actively contacting, helping the rights, negotiating with the hotel to solve the problem, suggesting Ctrip and honest hotel cooperation

What a fantastic hotel. Very Clean, Very Quiet. These rooms are like apartments. The ones in the photos are the exact room I had and it was great. I did see some other rooms and they were very big with nice big living rooms and bathrooms. The location is great too. A block from the beach and good restaurants. Saeed the manager was awesome. He is so friendly and heartfelt. I can’t convey how kind this man is. He helped us carry our bags for a block to get us to where we needed to be. He truly goes above and beyond. I will stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

It was absolutely great there, the staff is VERY friendly there, at the recepetion and also in the restaurant. absolutely well done from the hotel, nice food and also relaxed atmosphere - was great to be there at Christmas and new years eve. Everday super service even at the beach mashrabya! We absolutely book that again! Couldn´t have been better - to be recommendet fully! very polite in the restaurant Mr. Muhammad Jaber ( Mohamed Gaber), exzellent service! also at the recepetion, she was very polite! with very good english. Price-performance ratio = genial!

Нам очень хотелось ощутить весеннее настроение, поймать теплые лучи солнца и получить как можно больше положительных эмоций. Да и просто отдохнуть душой. Хочется отметить, что с момента нашего пребывания и до конца отпуска,при любой возникшей ситуации,вся команда отеля готова была помочь, есть русскоговорящие сотрудники. Хочется сказать спасибо Веронике, она может подсказать советом или более подробно рассказать вам о специфике пребывания в городе или о интересных местах в отеле, чтобы вы не скучно проводили свой досуг. Да и она просто классная=) Так уж получилось,что нам понадобился осмотр у доктора. Ничего серьезного не произошло, но было приятно, что в отеле работают квалифицированные специалисты. Привет, доктор Сэми, Спасибо большое!)) Для любителей вкусно покушать, тоже будет комфортно. Повара готовят великолепно, делают работу с душой. Для сладкоежек отдельный рай, особенно в вечер восточных сладостей. (Ваще балдеж)) Радует, что ежедневно отель улучшают. Потихоньку делают ремонт,шумных работ нет, но в любом случае, это не отражается на отдыхе окружающих. Территория небольшая,но очень уютная. Отдельно хотелось бы выделить анимацию. Команда небольшая,но очень сильная, активная и подвижная. А вы знаете, как определить хорошая команда аниматоров или бомбическая? У хорошей команды аниматоров танцуют дети и подростки. А вот у бомбической команды дети плачут, когда анимация закончилась на пляже, потому что умеют заинтересовать и найти подход. Моему удивлению не было предела,когда все пенсионеры активно танцевали на любом мероприятии-обычно не заставишь)))) Спасибо большое Нуре, Мухаммеду, Надиру,Кате,Линде и Адаму за живые эмоции. The hotel is apartment-style, the location is good, you can go shopping when you go out, there is a big store on the first floor of the hotel, the tourist souvenirs inside are quite complete, but you have to bargain hard, grind more, and leave if you can't talk about it. He will call you back 😂 Basically, you can cut half. The hotel will not be cleaned every day after check-in. We provide water and towels for one time. We have enough, so there is no additional service. The room is very large, divided into 2 inside and outside, the hotel is surrounded by shopping and eating supermarket pharmacies and the phone card business is basically solved within 10 minutes walk. If you don't pursue the resort experience, you need to solve the problem of living, it is convenient here. By the way, there is no restaurant here, because it is a hotel apartment, so there is no breakfast, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, oven, etc. in the room, there are many tableware and kitchenware, you can simply process a little food yourself.

bella vista is the best hotel in the world! the best personal, animation team (rahma, mona, rahem, moo, adriano) , cats and everything!!! personal and animation team are funny and not lazy! was a fun everyday and everynight. food was soooo delicious , room clean and cozy and beautiful. love thiiiissss!!!! bella vista is the small hotel, but cozy and prettyyyy and clean. sea is refreshing and ritch for underwater life. view from room was beautiful and indescribable !!i dont know better hotel then bella vista. we will back again in october🥰😻🇪🇬💕💋I am happy that I could spend 21 days in this wonderful hotel and meet so many new and nice people🐈😻 I look forward to my next visit😍thank u so much for everything , my lovely EGYYYPT!!!
