I would have appreciated from the management an email before our arrival to let us know because in this case we would have chosen another hotel. After a very cordial exchange with the owner on this fact, he admitted that indeed there was not a very good website and that he should have mentioned it. the free breakfast as a commercial gesture was appreciated. the staff is very very pleasant and very smiling, the house is magnificent. the breakfast remains correct for the price of 5 euros. we still left disappointed because for us the price of the night is far too expensive without the services offered on the site.

There is an Arab bath on the first floor of the hotel, but I didn't go. The underground parking lot is 12 euros a day, which is very convenient. Ctrip's description is wrong, there is no indoor swimming pool, only outdoor, not open in winter. We're in white swimsuits...

Very good restaurants within walking distance and perfectly situated for our visit to Alhambra and the center of Granada. Our group of four plan to return and we rank it in the best of three star accomodation .

I read many criticisms, but we were good, it is true, in one of the two rooms we booked there was a little bad smell, I think waste waste came from the bathroom, but the rest respected the expectations of a 3 stars. The reception was very friendly and available, even to get us a taxi quickly when we needed it. We were comfortable with free parking in front of the entrance, even though it was not very big and after a certain hour it was easy to find it full. The bus that takes to the center (I think S2) is a few minutes away from the hotel. Cost ticket € 1.40. We were in 4, so € 5.60, and with the same or just a little more you go in taxi. Then from the center if you want to reach Alhambra there is to take another bus, or to take a climbing foot (with the hot August), or to extend the taxi race. A lot of varied breakfast. Not bad even dinner in hotel. Fixed menus with three first and second choices at €11 or on paper. Unfortunately, the lady only speaks Spanish. Even a word of English or Italian, which is strange, could make the simpler concepts understand.
