"I never expected such a high-end hotel in town! I'm so glad I booked it; it was absolutely perfect!!!... It's just as good as hotels in big cities, a truly delightful surprise!!!... Parking was convenient, and the front desk and restaurant staff were all very polite, courteous, and smiling. The lobby was beautiful, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and fully equipped with amenities. They even provided four bottles of mineral water and laundry detergent. Breakfast included butter tea, tsampa, watermelon, and stir-fried dishes!... Overall, I felt this hotel was very thoughtful, attentive, and comprehensive. There's even a separate oxygen room on the first floor. It's definitely a first-class hotel. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍"

"What stood out the most was the extremely friendly staff. It’s a newly built hotel. Very comfortable and big rooms and very close walking distance to the temple and the old town. Would definitely stay again next time!! 👌"

"Full score of 5 stars, from the heart of the praise, the whole process was moved by the staff's care and sincerity, 317 self-driving long-distance, here harvested full warmth. We took the 317 National Road that day and encountered road construction. We were in a traffic jam all the way. When we arrived at the hotel, it was nearly 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. We thought that we would be very rushed to the store late at night. We didn't expect the staff Qu Jizhuoma and Sisi to wait for us to check in. I was not impatient. Worried that we were tired and had altitude sickness for a long time, two people took the initiative to help us carry all the luggage to the room; In advance, the stove in the house is carefully built, the oxygen generator and the air conditioner are turned on, and the room is full of warmth when we enter the room. At night when the high altitude is low, this warm prepared in advance is particularly healing. The next morning, the county power outage, I thought that the breakfast would be greatly discounted, but I didn't expect the staff to do their best to send us warm sweet tea, carefully take care of us for fear of the plateau discomfort, the details are everywhere. After the meal, we also enthusiastically took us to visit the hotel's exclusive Tibetan Culture Museum, patiently explained the local humanities and history, and the whole process of hospitality was meticulous and thoughtful. I really felt at home and the fatigue of the journey disappeared instantly. Quji Zhuoma and Sisi are gentle and enthusiastic, the hotel has a strong Tibetan atmosphere, complete hardware facilities, complete oxygen supply and heating facilities. Long-distance self-driving 317, it is really rare to meet such a store that treats guests attentively. I strongly recommend all self-driving friends who pass by. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Ganzi!"
