O melhor hotel que já vi 🥹 100% certamente vou visitar novamente.Para localização, é um pouco longe da cidade, mas você Pode pedir-lhes para conduzir você para o local que você quer. Nunca é um problema para a localização e ajudar a poupar tempo e custo de viagem!! A sala é maravilhosa, é muito grande e você Pode obter tudo o que você precisa Na sala. A melhor coisa para este hotel é a comida! Todos são deliciosos. Uma vez que há apenas 4 quartos no hotel, você pode desfrutar de sua refeição calmamente e lentamente no restaurante, nunca se preocupa com os outros. Estou tão surpresa que não paguei muito por este excelente serviço, quarto e qualidade de comida.

We took a taxi to this location because it was a little too far by bus, and we had all of our luggage with us. The location is beautiful. If you're only staying for one night like we did, then you should check in at the earliest (3:00 pm) so you can explore the local area. There are some really nice shrines nearby. We were only able to do this after breakfast the next morning. We also had to be out by 10:00 am, which surprised us because it was listed as 11:00 am on Trip.com. You will be served traditional Japanese cuisine for dinner and breakfast. They do an excellent job of presenting all of the dishes, and the service is also incredible. But if you're not used to eating raw fish, or traditional Japanese cuisine in general, you should definitely bring your own snacks to eat in your room! We stayed in the Garden view room with tatami mats. The staff will actually rearrange the room for you during dinner and set up your beds if you select this room. That was a very nice touch, so make sure you don't leave your room a total mess before dinner! I have added a picture of the beds after they were set up. The garden view was well worth the money we spent for it. Very relaxing and beautiful. And surprisingly enough...the tatami beds were super comfortable and warm!

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, mesmo em Shijo Kawaramachi. A villa tem entrada independente e elevador. Ao sair, vire à direita e você encontrará trilhas que levam ao rio Takase e ao rio Kamogawa. Além do último andar, um dos banhos públicos também tem vista para o Rio Kamogawa e para a Torre Kiyomizudera/Kodaiji/Yasaka. Os quartos da villa estão bem equipados, com varandas independentes para relaxar, e existem fontes termais nos quartos, para que possa tomar banho a qualquer hora, o que é muito cómodo.

My Kyoto trip was particularly satisfying with this Kyoto townhouse. It had a garden, a private hot spring bath, and was brimming with Japanese charm. The breakfasts were especially delightful, with a wide variety and different dishes each day. After breakfast, there was also a traditional Kyoto matcha and carefully selected sweets; the owner even patiently explained the proper way to drink the matcha. It's a bit far from the subway, but there are several bus stops nearby, making it quite convenient. Strolling along Kyoto's charming streets and discovering hidden gems of little shops was also a delightful experience.

This was an absolutely amazing place, very well located and it has a lot of included services. The only thing that disappointed me a little bit was that men and women have different times for the onsen, and men get the whole night (from 23 to 7am). It would be more fair if the schedules alternated. But overall it was still amazing and they deserve 5 stars

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional design and comfort your property offers. Kengo Kuma’s architectural brilliance, with its use of natural wood, thoughtful lighting, and integration of art pieces, creates a stunning and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the comfort of the rooms, the quality of the materials, the size of the beds, and the premium linens were truly impressive. In terms of design and comfort, your hotel sets a remarkable standard. However, I did encounter several service-related issues that I believe could be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. I would like to share these points in the hope that they are helpful for future improvements: 1. Breakfast Lounge and Sushi Area: The proximity of these two areas creates a strong odor upon entering, which can be unpleasant. Improved ventilation could easily mitigate this issue. 2. Food and Beverage Service After Breakfast: The lack of food and beverage service after breakfast hours was inconvenient. At the very least, providing a space for guests to enjoy tea or coffee would be a welcome addition. 3. Room Service Availability: After a long journey, I was surprised to learn that room service was unavailable and that only rice balls could be provided. Expanding room service options would greatly improve the guest experience. 4. Flexibility with Breakfast Hours: Due to the time difference, I arrived slightly late for breakfast at 10:10 AM and was informed that nothing could be served. Even my request for tea did not receive a clear response. Greater flexibility in accommodating guests dealing with jet lag would be highly appreciated. 5. Lobby Services: The inability to offer anything to drink or even host a guest in the lobby felt restrictive. This could be improved to make the lobby a more welcoming space. 6. Spa Experience: I was unable to experience the renowned Banyan Tree spa as it was fully booked. Expanding spa reservation availability would help meet guest expectations for this signature offering. In summary, while the hotel excels in design and comfort, the service offerings seem to be constrained by rigid rules and limited hours, which can detract from the overall guest experience. I strongly believe that adopting a more flexible, guest-centered approach would significantly enhance satisfaction. If the above issues were addressed, I would certainly consider staying at your hotel again during my next visit to Kyoto. Este é um passeio de carro, a cerca de 90 minutos de carro do Aeroporto de Kansai diretamente para o hotel, que oferece estacionamento gratuito. O hotel fica a cerca de 10-15 minutos de carro da Estação de Metro de Quioto. Reservei um quarto para 3 pessoas, incluindo 1 estacionamento e 2 refeições; O café da manhã não era tão rico quanto o jantar, mas a porção estava deliciosa. We stayed at this guest house in early March. We were delighted! The guest house is located near the bus stop, you can walk and enjoy the views of the village. There is also a transfer. The dinner was simply gorgeous, delicious miso, a large selection of vegetables and broths. Breakfast was also good, although not so varied. Very beautiful garden. The guest house itself is in a traditional style 😍 the owner gave us instructions and a tour, was very polite and friendly. The guest house has some rules, for example, keeping quiet, which creates an atmosphere of complete relaxation. The room itself is clean, the bed linen is fresh, there are instructions on how to lay out the futon. We were given yukatas and warm sweaters, towels and accessories for washing and brushing teeth. There are hair dryers too. There are two onsen, male and female, they alternate to visit each. When we were there, the onsen opened on schedule, but there is enough time to stay. The barrel with hot water is simply gorgeous, in the open air, around the forest. It is forbidden to take photos and videos on the onsen territory. Sorry for breaking the rules, but I wanted to capture this beauty at a time when no one was there. The only thing I missed was some kind of bench next to the onsen in the open air so that you could cool off and sit in the hot water again. But this is probably a purely Russian habit. We were very pleased with our stay in this guest house.

We loved our stay at Hotel the Mitsui. Super nice and zen design . Absolutely adore their lobby area, which I think is designed by Andre Fu. Always drawn into his work somehow. Breakfast food was okay, but the view really made up everything l. Super relaxing & beautiful Service was great. Most of them were able to speak English proficiently. There’s a thermal spring at their basement, which you have to call the reception before you go to ensure there’s enough space. Everything was well prepared, including swimwear, disposable underpants, towels, water, etc. Since they control the # of people, everyone has their own space and it still feels very private. Room is nice with many details. Love their huge selection of pillows available for guests. It’s not huge, but the space is well used. Location wise, I wouldn’t say it’s the most convenient, but if you take a cab, everything is reachable in 20 mins max, so it’s not too bad. There are still good restaurants and touristy places to go that are in walkable distance, so it’s not middle of nowhere. Overall, fantastic experience which I will recommend for others!
