"對於這個價格的酒店來説，房間整體設施是匹配的，也非常乾淨。上午到店後給提前辦理了入住。酒店前台的小哥哥和小姐姐服務也非常nice。晚餐外帶回酒店忘記拿筷子，正在和前台聊天的工作人員（忘記問哪個部門的了😅）馬上主動幫我從2樓取來，非常感謝這位不知道姓名的帥哥。1樓餐廳服務和菜品味道都非常不錯。温泉館水質還是比較乾淨的，但是功能池偏少。自助水果果品新鮮，種類也挺多的。度假村工作人員整體的服務都是很好的，但美中不足的是有個別服務員的服務態度有待提高，泳衣商店的工作人員在客人問路的情況下，頭都不抬，張口就來，讓倆個七十多歲長者來回爬了兩遍樓梯，希望改進。這次的遊玩整體體驗感還是很棒的！"

"我想説：它重新定義了什麼是“寵物友好” 之前去張家界旅遊因為行程安排沒有住上未遲，當在網上看到在咸寧開了新店從武漢開車衹要一個小時左右就馬上領着小狗來了！在武漢附近的寵物友好民宿住過好幾家大部分都差強人意，所以同時報着忐忑和期待的心情過來，管家會提前加聯繫方式發送地址及貼心的告知一些關於寵物入住的注意事項，一到店就看到了很火的小狗管家✖️1，意外的是我家的兩衹狗狗平常都是更親近人，但是跟✖️1玩的特別好，期待下次來也能看到小狗管家！下午我們去了小紅書上很火的大草坪，滿足了我家狗狗的嗅聞和奔跑體驗。因為提前做功課知道這附近吃飯的地方比較前所以定的他們家的雞湯火鍋晚餐，很新鮮，份量兩個人吃也完全足夠，環境足夠安靜，也種草了餐廳的球燈。晚上去了他們自帶的威士忌吧，因為酒精過敏，趁着管家還沒打烊讓管家幫忙做了一杯維也納咖啡，對於常喝咖啡的人來説在民宿能喝到這樣的咖啡屬於意外之喜。一直到第二天離開坐在車內我仍然能感知到“幸福”的情緒，不僅是雲夢澤織就的短暫的“夢”，管家貼心的服務，也來自於在城市的壓力在這裏得到放鬆，小狗也擁有了它的快樂激素生產地，不衹是簡單的“允許進入”，而是基於理解的設計 “善意永遠比豪華的設施更重要”，這是我住過這麼多家民宿的底層邏輯，真正的友好不是寫在規則裏，是流淌在人的笑容和氣息中。我期待着下次再會，作為住客，同樣也感謝這個民宿的管家們的耐心和周到，希望你們能一直有輕鬆快樂的心態，好的氛圍會傳染給同樣真誠的顧客服"

"酒店大廳就在路邊，餐廳就在二樓，都很便利，那麼我為啥衹給2.5星，從度假區二樓就開始像探險一樣，一個人工連接的走廊，向上就是個大院子，對，別墅區就是個超大的院子，以為是從大鐵門進，哪知道拐到旁邊的小樓梯，一羣人拖家帶口搬行李爬樓梯，爬一半，拐個彎，拐角不是很安全，走一小段路拐彎又是一個大樓梯，我們在第二家，説是別墅，我覺得連私房都不算，廣告有點虛，中午入住，酒店是兩張大床和兩張單人床，三個家庭，我們選了單人床的房，但是床頭太大，根本不能併攏，所以還是擠着睡的，但是移了下床，地上都是垃圾，衞生我算是見識了，再來説下設施，比較老舊，所有的門鎖都快壞了，廁所私密性差，房間可以看清裏面人在幹嘛，所有的東西都是中央控制，熱水，空調，wifi，下午和上午都是沒有的，衹有晚上才開，你能想象一樓大廳的空調是一個燈的開關嗎？房間倒還是最新的那種，私湯除了個池子還挺像樣，那個開關真的很原始，説實話如果加300是豪華型的住宿，那我下次一定加300，唯一可圈可點的是服務，前台全程入住幫我們搬行李，找不到一樓空調打電話立碼有服務員阿姨來幫忙開個解釋，所以服務是滿星，奈何巧婦難為無米之炊，所以趕緊升級吧，？不然可能會被淘汰，加油！"
