"辦理入住的時候，前台看我媽媽年紀大了，特地給了比較下面的小木屋，少爬一些台階。也給升級了帶私湯的屋子，省得需要爬上爬下才能泡到公共温泉🥰去小木屋的路上碰到工作人員，也會很熱情的打招呼並指路。
小木屋乾淨整潔，空調温暖，也備有另外的取暖器，放在衞生間用正好。
但是吃飯需要沿度假村外面的大馬路往上再走一段路到温泉大酒店才行，不是特別方便，要是能提供小木屋的送餐服務會更好😄"

"Wonderful hotel and wonderful view. I strongly recommend visiting this place, specifically the foreigners, who are tired from heavy traffic to the city. It's the best place to relax. I also got a gift for personal pictures, and I got amazing pictures for myself. The all stuff of hotel so kindness and respectful people they really care about guests. The hotel is so clean and has very soft blankets and pillows. For sure I will come back again and again. Thank you all!"

"large cozy room, polite staff, I bought a ticket with a visit to the hot springs. It is better to go here by car, the hotel is located near all the beautiful places, you can walk to them, but it will be more convenient by car. But there was no buffet for breakfast, but they brought food in beautiful packaging"

"I have to give a huge shout-out to Ninghai Holiday Resort! This hotel just opened on April 30th this year, so the facilities are brand new, and the experience was fantastic.
The entire hotel is designed with standalone villas, offering great privacy and really giving you that vacation vibe. The environment is simply gorgeous; the landscaping is meticulously done, and the back garden is beautiful – perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The room interiors were equally satisfying: spacious, clean, and stylishly designed.
A special mention goes to Coco at the front desk and Alice from the F&B department. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel completely comfortable from check-in to inquiries and every meal. They truly enhanced our stay.
With the added bonus of the hot springs, this stay was truly perfect. New hotel, great environment, and excellent service – I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Ninghai; you won't be disappointed!"

"這次入住體驗可以説是喜憂參半，有值得稱讚的地方，但也有非常影響核心體驗的硬傷。
值得肯定的優點：
1. 服務態度好： 從前台到餐廳的工作人員，服務態度都很好，響應及時，讓人感覺親切。
2. 環境優渥： 酒店位於温泉旅遊景區內，周邊自然環境確實沒得説，綠樹環繞，空氣清新，這也是我們選擇這裏的主要原因。
3. 就餐環境不錯： 餐廳的環境整潔舒適，用餐體驗良好（但是有蟲子）。
亟待改進的不足：
1. 嚴重的蟲患問題（核心痛點）： 這是本次入住最糟糕的體驗。晚上睡覺時，房間裏頻頻有蟲子飛舞，感覺像是睡在“蟲巢”裏。最嚇人的是，時不時會從天花板上掉下來臭蟲！我們一晚上基本沒睡，光抓蟲子就抓了20多衹，實在令人難以接受。這對於一家主打自然環境的温泉酒店來説，是致命的衞生和管理漏洞。
2. 部分收費項目提示不明： 入住時未主動告知，後來走後，在消費內容上寫着一次性浴巾需要收費。這類額外收費項目應該在辦理入住時由前台明確告知，或者在更顯眼的位置標註，避免給客人造成“隱形消費”的不良感受。
3. 餐飲細節可優化： 餐廳的雞湯味道本身是不錯的，但確實偏鹹了一點，希望後廚能稍作調整。
總結與建議：
為了體驗温泉而來，最終卻因為蟲患問題一夜無眠，非常遺憾。酒店在軟性服務上做得不錯，但在客房衞生（尤其是蟲害防治）和收費透明度這些硬指標上，還有很大的提升空間。如果能徹底解決蟲子問題，這裡會是一個不錯的休閑選擇。目前來看，暫時不會推薦給朋友，也希望管理層能重視並儘快改善。"
