"Very well equipped, good storage in the rooms, very comfortable beds, I was very pleased that the showers had shampoo conditioner and shower gel as well as having a toilet within the cubicle was an added bonus. The staff were helpful and although I didn’t take the free meals the option of dinner and breakfast was welcomed. Only downside was that the room was excruciatingly hot with no aircon or fan and the ladder to get onto the top bunk was quite dangerous with only a handle on one side. Other than that a great stay"

"Tbf most reviews were bad, but the place was alright. The lady who taking care of the building seemed harsh at first, but she’s actually very kind and friendly. The building is unique, especially the hallway and bathroom. My 2ndfloor room had wooden pieces on the floor like they were still fixing something, but it looked pretty cool. FYI You also get warm clean towels filled up all the time!"

The odd thing was when I called to ask about the availability of shuttle AFTER HOURS the person Who was obviously receiving a diverted phone call had no idea with regard to transport from the airport to an airport based hotel. Just lack of coaching. They were pretty useless. Definitely some more training is needed on that front.
There is no reception in the evening, so it’s feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel / Motel.
Would I stay there again maybe if it was real need for it but otherwise not. But I must admit the bed was fantastically comfortable!

However, I would hesitate to recommend this place due to the dates bathroom facilities. The use of a curtain instead of a proper door was a disappointment, and the overall appearance of the room was worn, with noticeable old carpet odors and cigarette stains/burns. Given these factors, we will not consider returning to this motel for our next trip.

Mmiweekend Janice BehThe overall experience swings to both extremes — some things were very good, while others were quite disappointing.
Good:
New and Modern interior design, especially impressive for a motel-rated property.
Spacious room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.
Wide variety of in-room beverages.
Concierge staff were very friendly and helpful.
Free parking for motel guests (unlike the sister hotels, which charge $15 for 24 hours).
Bad:
No self-service laundry — a major drawback for a motel. I had to walk 480m to a public laundromat on first day.. then only learned that we can use laundry service at sister hotel.
Poorly designed shower area. The shower platform is higher than the toilet section, causing water to flow out into the toilet area instead of towards the drain — very odd design.
Internet is weak, unstable, and slow. If your child wants to play Roblox… forget it.
Housekeeping needs significant improvement. They didn’t wash the mugs and glasses, didn’t clear used plates, didn’t sweep the floor, and didn’t replace the trash bag — they only changed the towels.

Um clima quente com alguns elementos de ”Art Deco”.

UUsuário convidadoI had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable.
One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again.

UUsuário convidadoThe motel is located near ”King William Rd” where you can find shops, cafés and restaurant so pretty nice and the bus for the city center is at the corner so pretty good overall. I only had to ask twice to open the laundry to pick up my stuff because it was closed after 6pm and i came at 6.10pm, the reception didn't want it at first even if it took 30 sec.

UUsuário convidadoLocation was fine for what we wanted, to be close to Gillman speedway. Pool was lovely. Spa was very slow on pumping bubbles & area around pool could be cleaner but maybe there had been heavy rain. Didn’t use the food service.

그러나 화장실 청결상태와 방에서 꿉꿉한 냄새..
그나마 이 지역에서 싼 모텔이라 이해 하려고 했지만
화장실은 너무 별로였다. 조금 찝찝한 느낌의 모텔.
돈 아낄 사람은 여기 추천. 돈이 좀 있다면 다른 모텔 가시길
주차시설은 모텔내에 있지만 간격이 너무 좁다.
수영장은 나름 깨끗했다.
