辦理入住時我調換了房間，一個男孩增加了46元的預授權權，説退房時給個好評，會把錢退回來。我退房時前台的女孩要求先給好評然後才能退錢，感覺很差，而且我着急去高鐵站，最後酒店沒有退回預授權。

很滿意的酒店，客房、餐廳的工作人員都熱情有禮，房間設施挺齊全，也很新，房間空間也挺大。。床品也乾淨舒適。自助早餐也還不錯。周邊餐飲也很多。

基本的維也納裝修，但是幾點，隔音不佳，員工從不考慮輕聲細語，每天早上56點就開始做早餐很正常，但是連續2天早上，我都被阿姨叔叔都中氣十足的嗓音叫早了😓😓，早上還聽到是其他客人的要求讓他們輕一點，估計是老問題，一早上還用超吵的除濕機，另外酒店內也有淡淡的煙味，不止一次看到人帶煙出現，房間較大，有自動馬桶，問題是，進房間插卡，小度+電視的混合噪音和自動開窗不開燈這個功能，真不理解，大半夜也這樣，不覺得又吵又尷尬麼？總體評價很一般

早餐的菜，炒麪、炒蛋、麪條、餛燉都能把人鹹死，不想讓人吃可以不帶早餐，既然帶了幹嘛要這麼對待住客，存心讓人吃不下！生意想長久建議老闆你把各方便都做做好，真的是自己砸自己招牌！

地理位置優越，地鐵站一出口就到，環境挺好、衞生不錯，有送餐機器人，房間雖然無窗但有新風系統，沒感覺悶，另有PM2.5檢測，設施設備齊全，早餐也不錯。離銀泰城步行幾百米，逛街購物有去處。總體來説，商務出差、休閑旅遊的好選擇！
