When we arrived, we didn't really get a great energy instead we were welcomed by a lady who greeted us like as though our arrival was a disappointment to her. We feedback to the manager and she changed her attitude. But the experience was sort of tampered with because of that. They also have costumes below that you can wear around the lobby or even in your own room. Note that many costumes are not in good condition (Torn, Zipper not working). Overall the experience was still not too bad given its a historic hotel, and the elevator was cool.

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Special thanks to Ms Nalisa Ni- she is amazing. One comment for the hotel,They really need to renew the rooms,Especially the AC,It smelled of mould or something similar

Excellent hotel! Superb location for visiting attractions! Spacious rooms with great bathrooms! Excellent Breakfast spread!!! Housekeeper placed humidifier in our rooms without us requesting when she noticed that we were affected by the dry weather ! She even wrote us a note to express concern! Wow! She gave us extra oolong teabags when she noticed that we favoured this tea! Peter , F and B manager and chef Dean deserve special mention for going out of their way to meet our request during our last breakfast today! Thank you Ritz Carlton Harbin!

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in December. The rooms were standard. We were allocated rooms that faced the main st. So, it was noisy with cars honking and people talking. There was a beef noodle shop within walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant is close to a 7-11. I recommend guests to this hotel when visiting Harbin. Breakfast was good enough. However, there were not enough tables during peak hours of breakfast time. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Harbin. It's affordable, close to tourist attraction, and staffs were willing to help although their English was limited.

We were very fortunate to have booked this hotel for my first retirement adventure with my wife. The hotel’s location is excellent - walking distance to the Zhongyang Da Jie, the St Sophia Cathedral and the esplanade for the winter fun games which is a short distance from the cable car to cross the river. Just a short drive away DiDi drive away from the Ice and Snow World. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and and went out of their way to help us find our way around the city and made sure our stay there was so very comfortable. We paid for the buffet breakfast which while simple but had a fairly good local range and was wholesome and pretty tasty. The room had a full range of amenities including bedroom slippers water kettle and bathrobe.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

The location is very good, quiet in a busy city. It is close to the Ice and Snow World and Diamond Sea. It takes less than 10 minutes by taxi. It is 15-20 minutes from Central Street. The hotel service is also very good, and everyone is trying their best to meet the needs of the guests. Full of sincerity and warmth. I just want to make a suggestion. If the suite has executive privileges, can the minibar charge be cancelled? In fact, the minibar in the room is basically the same as what the executive lounge can provide. The Shangri-La executive privilege rooms in Ningbo and Hangzhou have cancelled the separate charge for the minibar.

The service at Boran, Xintong, Tianshun, Yangqi, and Xiaoda is friendly and considerate. If only 5 hearts is a perfect score, then they would be 6 hearts. Whenever they see passengers entering and exiting the lobby, they always greet guests cordially, help open the door, and finally call When the car was about to leave, I thought it had already arrived. They helped push the luggage out and waited outside with us in the cold weather. However, the car didn't show up in the end. They used their mobile phones to help contact the driver and also stayed with us. In the end, I feel bad for them, their service is definitely more than 5 stars.

The location is ideal. Very close to the zhongyang pedestrian street and the river where you can partake in snow activities. The size of our room was perfect for a family of five and the floor heating worked great. Lots of places to eat nearby and convenient waimai delivery straight to our room. If visiting the harbin ice festival would recommend staying here rather than in songbei where there is nothing nearby.

The room is as clean and spacious as the picture. It is up to 10 minutes from Central Street. It is waiting for two red lights. It is also very close to the Daoli Vegetable Market and Sophia Church. The location is very near zhongyangdajie, and you can easily walk to most attractions within 1 km distance, the most popular morning market is also just a short distance away. The owner are very friendly and helpful, they are always ready to help, my glasses broke due to the harsh temperature, the owner offered to help with abit of super glue, and it works! Save my trip from being blurry all the time.
