Crystal Orange Hotel (Harbin West Railway Station Wanda Plaza)

Good location, Everything is good except no Aircon. Very hot after shower although now is -15 cold.

All in all a decent hotel but perhaps a little expensive for what you get…

This is a nice hotel close to several malls and a subway station. However, it wasn’t close to wear I ended up spending most of my time, so that was my own mistake. This hotel is able to receive foreigners, and will try to speak English with you if they can. The breakfast is mostly hot Chinese style, with some cold Western options like toast, cakes, cereal, and yogurt. There is also a coffee machine for you to make your own. If you are looking for other food options, as a solo traveller, the mall is probably your best nearby option, for individual portions, but there are other dishes style restaurants surrounding the restaurant to eat family style. There is also a cute little cleaning robot that will chat away in Chinese if it joins you in the elevator! 😆 I stayed on the 12th floor, and it was very hot in the winter with the standard central heating. (It made me wish I had packed summer pajamas.) I was told by a friend later the lower floors tend to be cooler in the winter months, so if you are sensitive to the heat when you sleep, you might want to consider that. The one thing I wished I had in the room was a flannel/washcloth. I tend to assume those are provided with the linens (and maybe they are if I had asked), but they aren’t normally in the room, it seems. Overall, good stay. Location was my issue, but if the situation was right, I would be happy to stay again.

第一晚放熱水刷牙時放出很長時間的鐵銹水，洗澡也不敢洗了。洗臉用的是冷水，發現擦臉的毛巾也沒有，第一次碰到這麼糟糕的窘境！ 平時好壞都懶得評價，這次太過分了！ 要給差評，差差評！！

酒店在哈西，離高鐵站1公里，相比起老區，交通便利，路況好，乾淨，門口就是地鐵站，打車去各景點距離也都適中。百米附近有兩個商圈，萬達，西城紅場，吃飯方便，酒店有機器人送餐，外賣也可以。帶着孩子出行，最注重的就是環境和衞生，酒店服務人員服務很貼心，特意為我們選擇了不臨街的房間，舒適安靜，衞生打掃細緻及時，連住幾天感覺在家裡一樣放心。房間裏暖氣很足，燈光有語音智能控制，而且滿足不同場景需要，一鍵切換很方便，配有小冰箱和免費飲品。離店前把屋內整理還原成最初的模樣，這是多年的住宿習慣，好的環境也特別願意讓人去維護。説走就走的第一爾濱之旅完全無後顧之憂，相比起市中心酒店性價比極高。

酒店就在地鐵口，公共交通出行很方便。小朋友很喜歡酒店的機器人送餐，為了讓機器人送餐我們特地點了兩次外賣。酒店服務人員很親切，特別要説下酒店的早餐很棒，新年期間很多店都沒有開門全靠酒店的早餐了。退房的時候前台小姐姐還送了我們一袋美味的巧克力，非常感謝。下次如果還來還會選擇桔子水晶酒店。

今年哈爾濱旅遊很火，住的地方選擇比較重要，這家酒店的地理位置非常方便，出門就有地鐵，去哪裡都方便，離哈爾濱火車站西站也比較近，訂了他家的親子房，房間佈局沒拍照，內部雙人床加一個沙發床，房間比較大，還有個按摩椅，嘿嘿！小童的床其實夠睡2個孩子的，電視也有2個，整體住的很舒服。

酒店房間設施齊全舒適，房間智能語音控制很方便。臨近西站位置很好找，周邊很多商場購物方便，前台王夢圓服務很好。一家不錯的酒店
