Harbin Central Street Huate Hotel (Sofia Church)

Fiquei muito desapontado após o check-in. Está marcado como um hotel cinco estrelas, mas na verdade não é tão bom quanto um hotel econômico de rede. 1. Cheguei em Harbin no primeiro dia, reservei um quarto familiar, a temperatura do quarto estava muito baixa, não ousei trocar de roupa, não pude fazer ligações no quarto, vários quartos no mesmo andar relataram o mesmo problema, não consegui ir até a recepção para trocar sozinho No quarto, arrastamos nossas malas e levamos nossos filhos para trocar de quarto depois das 12. Nesse período, nenhum garçom apareceu para ajudar a carregar as malas. 2. A temperatura do novo quarto é adequada, mas o saneamento é muito ruim. Conforme mostrado na foto, a água da torneira é amarela. Demorou muito para voltar ao normal. O lençol ficou amarelo e foi encontrado um cabelo comprido. Era tarde para trazer a criança. Não queria fazer barulho, então borrifei álcool para desinfetá-lo eu mesma. Como resultado, a criança brincou na cama e disse que havia algo sujo. We were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant a**osphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel is located just 150 meter far from the walking street. We are not happy with the room we stayed. During booking, we found that the room has a window. We then understand that there should be a view to be seen. The view is completly blocked by other big building which is located just 2 meter far from windows. The hotel should clearly indicate that. As foreigner, we need 3G 5G signal to connect to google facebook youtube using international sim. Unfortunately, rhe signal is very poor. Wifi is ok. Using wifi, google is blocked in China. We not happy with the room. Not recomend for foreigner.

Great location to the central street… literally just walk down. There are some mini mart and malatang restaurants opposite of this hotel.

Last minute booking 👍 and a very good stay. Close to what we wanted but in a quiet location. Seem less check in and the room is fully equipped and well decorated. The free afternoon tea is a nice touch too. Overall there are no negatives. The price is the same as other larger hotels in Harbin but offers a more relaxed feel. My wife said the breakfast was good 👍

Great hotel, near the main attractions, but not in a busy street. Our room was very confortable, sometimes the noise from people talking in the hall disturbed a bit, but not a problem. I recommend to add in the complimentary itens a body cream, I forgot to bring from home and would be awesome if it was available in the hotel, considering that it is a 5 star hotel. The weather was super cold outside and my skin was cracking. My overall experience was good, I recommend this hotel.

The location is near central street, very convenient, it was second time being in there. Don’t ask for tours from the tour office in there their info misleading us, was closed some area while they mention it is open!!

The Hotel is quite okay nice rooms, unfortunately a bit smelly siphon as often could happen in China, the staff is very kind but not english speaking fluently, paying with credit card is possible, because of the Corona situation a lot of things weren’t open but the time in the hotel was relaxed. The hotel is very close to the historic Main Street you can walk 10min and in the middle of Harbin Downtown live with bars malls shops restaurants etc.
