房間實際與照片相差太多，浴缸根本沒清理乾淨，接浴缸的水，需要用花灑，更換的地巾是臟的，打掃房間全是糊弄，客户的態度也是絕了，全是藉口。

這個房間在商住樓，裏面也是被不同的民宿給承租了，房間比較分散。這一間裝修相對新一些。拍照效果不錯，實用的話，有幾點建議。第一個門口浴室。沒有擋水條，洗完澡開門水會溢出來。第二冰箱的聲音太響，所以不得不把電拔掉，否則影響睡覺。第三，熱水器是那種電加熱的，淋浴問題不大，還有一個很智能的淋浴龍頭能顯示水温。泡浴缸，放一半熱水就不夠了，後面得用電熱水壺，加熱蓄水。等電熱水器的水燒熱還得四十幾分鍾。 還有打掃房間得提前預約。有時候客服也會漏看訊息。所以清潔這塊就自己多動動手。其他還都不錯，房間很暖和啊，床啊，被子啊也挺舒服的。房間如果太熱的話，晚上可以開點兒窗。畢竟價格有優勢，我覺得整體還是不錯的

環境衞生極差，設施老舊，臭氣熏天，想要退房聯繫客服不回，打電話過去又説超過退房期限，就差了10分鐘，進屋看了一圈就不想住了啥都沒動過

小土豆帶娃來入住，房間環境不要報太高期望，位置就在火車站旁邊比較方便，樓上走廊裏沒信號，做好入住拿到入住密碼再上，不然大冷天上上下下很折騰。叫外賣需要到一樓外賣櫃取餐～

優點：房間衞生還不錯，床單和衞生巾看着挺乾淨的。
缺點：①早上八九點起開始有裝修噪音，早上想睡懶覺的人不建議訂這棟樓的民宿。
②房間門不好開，不好關，每次開關門得反覆推開關上嘗試幾次。
③房間可能是地暖？但是基本感受不到，真的很冷；想用空調補救一下，但是發現空調不能吹熱風。除了睡覺時，得一直穿着厚衣服才能待的住。
