Park Hyatt Hotel (Harbin West Railway Station Hasi Wanda Plaza)

We are family of 2 adults and two kids 10 and 15 years old stayed for two nights. Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and it’s about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesn’t have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!

It baffles me how Trip.com could allow such a disgrace to carry the esteemed Park Hyatt name. This establishment is simply not worth the money, and I urge fellow travelers to steer clear. First and foremost, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that there was no hotel counter. This oversight made it nearly impossible for taxi drivers to locate the hotel, as it's housed within a commercial building converted into hotel rooms. The lack of proper signage and guidance only added to the frustration of trying to find this elusive establishment. Once inside, any hopes of a luxurious experience quickly evaporated. The room was reminiscent of a run-down motel, with outdated furnishings and a noticeable lack of cleanliness. The linens appeared used, and the bathroom amenities were far from satisfactory, failing to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were a complete letdown. The promised amenities were either unavailable or in such poor condition that they were practically unusable. From the nonexistent service at the non-existent hotel counter to the lackluster dining options, it was abundantly clear that this was not the five-star experience I had been led to believe. In conclusion, my stay at Park Hyatt Harbin was a monumental disappoin**ent, and I'm appalled that such a subpar establishment is allowed to tarnish the reputation of the Park Hyatt brand. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this so-called "hotel" at all costs. There are plenty of superior options available in Harbin that offer genuine luxury and hospitality, none of which can be found at this sorry excuse for accommodation.

The hotel is really convenient to go the train station of Harbin west (哈尔滨西). Not really for everything else in the city. The room was really spacious and comfy, with a nice view on the train station. In our room in the bathroom door someone punched it and there was a hole (not see through) in the door. The receptionist does not speak English, but still helped us a lot. The room was too hot (at a certain point we opened the window), but for one night just to catch a train it was a deal. We weren't able to locate where to go for the reception in a first moment

房間床品很乾凈，整體都挺乾淨的。就是熱水器不給力，三個人洗澡，一個人洗完了就沒熱水了！下個人怎麼也要等上三四十分鐘.哈爾濱西站下高鐵走過去説近也不近，本來圖方便找個挨着近的，想着走過去就行了！大晚上的挺冷的，還不如住個遠點兒的地方打車過去呢……大樓門口的冰糖葫蘆超極難吃……

房間很好，維護的很新，衞生乾淨，主要距離哈爾濱西站真的近，溜達溜達就到了，很方便。酒店還能夠開發票，很合適有機會還會再來的。祝老闆生意興隆

環境非常好，現在屋裡，看窗外，對面就是哈爾濱西站，坐地鐵也非常方便，下樓大約有三四分鐘就到地鐵站口了

①在網上訂單的時候加了延遲退房到下午兩點，但是要求我們一點走 ②隔音特別差，電視放到25的聲音，外面來人敲門説小點聲，在他們房間都可以聽到 ③這個床，沒有刻意緩慢坐下會有響聲，就那種床墊子和牀板碰撞聲音 ④浴巾什麼的有臟的圓點 ⑤衹能説位置很好

設施挺全，窗外風景非常棒。床墊軟乎，唯一缺點看這挺近比較難找。建議直接打車
