Hotéis 2 estrelas em Hanoi

My family were looking for a comfortable and well located hotel for our last 2 nights in Vietnam. I have chosen the Silverland Yen Hotel mainly due to its modern design and I was not disappointing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to HCMC, cozy place, warm staffs and reasonable price. There were only two issues should be reminded that the restaurant here was small and a little crowded.In addition, the roof top pool was quite small and exquisite but it was clean and relaxing as well.

This was a fantastic stay with truly amazing staff. We stayed for 3 nights, the beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a waterfall shower which was lovely. But the best part of this hotel is the staff. Mrs Trang greeted us warmly, helped us set up a SIM card, arranged a wonderful day trip to Ninh Binh (highly recommended), was happy to arrange our transfers and do any phone calls needed. She was so incredibly helpful. She further provided us with home cooked breakfast which was lovely. I absolutely loved our stay here and it was close enough to the centre of Hanoi to get to everything but still quiet enough over night to sleep very well. This room comes with a fridge, water bottles provided (with charge for larger items), kettle, bathroom with walk in shower, balcony with cover, views of other buildings. Immediately opposite is a temple, and it can be accessed down a busy alley full of food vendors for traditional Vietnamese food. Easy access to turtle lake (15min walk). Great for backpackers.

In January of 2016 I stayed in Hanoi for a week, after completing a 29 days tour if SE Asia. It was Hanoi Family Homestay I. I loved my stay. This time, I am at Homestay #2. This seven story building tucked into a nice and quiet alley is much , much more modern than the one on Hang Vai. For starters, it does have an elevator. The rooms are large, with great air conditioning, WiFi, large screen, modern TV. The bathroom is in suite, private. Hot water all day. Drinking water provided, with clean linens, towels and even toiletries. Laundry service at a very reasonable price. But what REALLY makes this place stand out from all others, and I have been in two others in Hanoi for extended stays, is the AMAZING HOSPITALITY. Huong , meaning Perfume, which is her Western name, is lovely beyond what I can describe: Helpful, generous to a fault, most gracious. She will help with directions, maps, tours, reservations, transportation and suggestions. If she does not know, she goes out of her way to find out. She and p her guests have as close to perfect experience as possible. I highly recommend the place to anybody, no hesitation.

What a great place to be , right in the thick of things in the historic Old Quarter of Hà Nôi !! Rooms are spacious and well cleaned by friendly staff and the reception staff are fantastic ! Knowledgable and courteous and always with a smile on their faces ! I would highly recommend The Queen Hotel and Spa 2 as a economical and great place to be .

This hotel is perfect if you have a few hours to kill before a connecting flight. The hotel collected me at the airport and drove the short journey to the hotel without any fuss. The room was clean and had a tv, air conditioner and ensuite bathroom and a very comfortable bed. They have a few items on the hotel dining menu I ordered some rice with chicken and it was presented well and tasted delicious. I had a really good rest before my early morning flight to Delhi and then the hotel were ready to drive me back to the airport. It was absolutely perfect. You can literally see the hotel from the hotel without any of the noise. The experience was so good, I will always use this place for flights with a stop in Hanoi. Its more than you can expect from a budget hotel and the staff were extra friendly.

ハノイ観光する人にとっては良いロケーションだと思います。ただ、ホテルの場所が通り沿いではなく、Googleにのっていない家と家の間の細い道を通ってたどり着く場所なのでチェックインするときは見つけるのが簡単ではないです。ベトナム人の友達も見つけるのに苦労していたのでタクシードライバーとかに聞いてもわからないかもです。近くの人に聞けばすぐわかるかも。 まあみなさん優しい人でしたし子供もいましたし現地の人の生活を間近で感じられて私はこの場所が嫌ではありませんでした。 清潔感は日本のホテルや高級ホテルほどではありませんが、潔癖でない人にとっては十分でした。虫も2月に行ったからかホテルでは小さな虫を少ししか見かけませんでした。 サービスはツアーも申し込めるし、カードから現金にpaid outしてもらえるし(できればやめた方がいいかも)、Wi-Fiもあるし、スタッフのみなさん笑顔だし、チェックイン時におすすめのベトナム料理店やベトナムでの注意事項(乗ってもいいタクシーや偽通貨など)などが記載された紙をもらえるしとにかく全体的に良心的でした。案内した部屋を間違えたから部屋を変えてくれないかと頼まれて移動したり、延泊した時に姉妹ホテルに移動することを当日の朝に言われたりすることはあったのでそういうのがあることだけは注意してください。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、シャンプー、石鹸がついて困ることはなかったです。部屋を移動した際に求めてもないのにスタッフが笑顔で追加をくれたりしました。石鹸は泡立ちが良くないです。

This price also carries breakfast, don't ask too much, the pot of flowers in the room is quite fragrant, just in the 36-line ancient street, go to Hoan Kiem Lake

Stayed here with my partner during our time in Hanoi. Beautiful building with lots of character. The plants out front have grown loads over the last few years and the front reception area has become a lush, private jungle. The staff had been very easy to contact prior to our arrival to arrange hotel transfers and when we arrived we were greeted with wonderful hospitality. They are so knowledgeable and accommodating. Our plans had to be rearranged a little due to flooding in central Vietnam and luckily we were able to extend our stay an extra night, and the staff recommended a group tour with one of their partner companies. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with balconnettes to enjoy the bustling city views. Big bathrooms as well! Breakfast was fresh fruit, bread, yogurt, etc plus eggs cooked your way or traditional pho. Always came quickly! The hotel is in the old quarter, tucked down the side of an alleyway. Its central but quiet due to its location. Only 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and loads of shops and food options around. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The grab taxi driver is also very familiar with the address of the hotel. The owner and his family are very nice, the breakfast is very good, there are many choices, and it is hearty. The downside is that the room has no windows, the space is relatively small, the ventilation is not good, the smell is relatively big, and the quilt is a bit damp.

The lady at the reception were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were amazing for that price. The lady made amazing light breakfast for us even though we refused to eat as we weren’t expecting much from the breakfast with this price but they surprised us with fresh and warm breakfast. If you want to go from this hotel to hanoi old quarter, better ask them to book a taxi for you. There is a visible difference of 50,000-60,000 dong between their prices and grab. They are much cheaper
