Uma boa opção para famílias, casais e amigos Há também supermercados e restaurantes nas proximidades O ponto chave é que a vista da piscina exterior é muito boa É também um dos poucos novos hotéis na Baía de Halong. Altamente recomendado, considerarei ficar neste hotel novamente na próxima vez?

O hotel será inaugurado em 2023. As instalações são novas, limpas, arrumadas e confortáveis. Morando no 24º andar, tenho uma vista de grande altitude da Baía de Halong🥰. De manhã, posso ver a bela paisagem da Baía de Halong. À noite, é outra atmosfera da Baía de Halong. É realmente lindo~😍! A piscina infinita e o bar de alta altitude no 25º andar proporcionam uma sensação diferente😍! Recomendo ficar por uma noite. O pequeno-almoço é mediano, seria ainda melhor se os pratos pudessem ser mais ricos! O pessoal de serviço fala chinês, o que torna muito conveniente viajar livremente👍! Ansioso para ficar novamente na próxima vez😊!

Foi bastante complicado, mas fiquei satisfeito com tudo. Instalações internas, simpatia dos funcionários, limpeza e instalações envolventes. Não sou do tipo que deixa comentários, mas estou deixando um comentário de propósito. Gostaria de expressar minha sincera gratidão a todos os funcionários que tornaram nossa viagem ótima.

Overall wonderful experience, incredible service! Amenities like the spa were great and the gym is a decent size. Incredible views from the rooftop pool! The food at the restaurant was also great!

My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. The room offered an amazing view that truly enhanced my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

A great hotel, amazing service and the location was very convenient with an awesome view, the pool and food were on top.

This is a great little hotel, the rooms are quality, it's clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. It appears to be in an area that's still under a fair amount of development, so if you're reading this in the future, might be worth it to check out, otherwise, expect to use some taxis to get around
