Hotéis em Ha Long

Halios là một trong những lựa chọn khiến mình hài lòng nhất trong chuyến đi du lịch Hạ Long lần này. Xe đưa đoàn mình tới khách sạn vào 12h30 trưa. Đoàn mình được hỗ trợ check in sớm hoàn toàn miễn phí. Các bạn nhân viên đều thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Nhà mình có đi theo gợi ý các quán ăn ngon mà bạn lễ tân chỉ. Đồ ăn đều ngon, giá cả phải chăng. Phòng ốc hiện đại, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Điều hòa 2 chiều, Nóng lạnh 24/24. Mình không nghĩ với mức giá tương đối thấp mà chọn được phòng ở một khách sạn chất lượng như vậy. Nhất định mình sẽ chọn Halios cho chuyến đi tới Hl lần tới

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

We arrived after 24:00. にあった Phone number に Phone すると The woman immediately opened the lock and accepted me. It seemed that if there was one motorcycle, it would be put inside, and it was two. It was outside, but it was chained. The room seems to have been renovated in 2022. It was very beautiful and there were two small balconies. The shower was a little bad. It was wide 々 and the towel was beautiful. There is also a dryer. Location is close to the port of Halon Bay cruise. Arrived in less than 10 minutes 々. There was a pharmacy in front of the hotel.

This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

Beautiful and modern hotel. I received top notch service and will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It recently opened and everything is new. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is in an excellent location, about 6 kilometers away from the port where you can visit Halong Bay. The living functions nearby are also good, there are good seafood restaurants, traditional food markets and barbecue restaurants. The waiters are also very friendly, especially the rich breakfast is full of praise. The swimming pool The gym and gym facilities are complete, worth recommending to everyone….

I stayed with my parents at @flc.hotelsandresorts in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam and here’s my feedback ⬇️ 👉 Truly a luxurious stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a really nice view of the golf course and part of Ha Long Bay. 👉 You have to visit the Sky Bar on 21st floor & Bamboo Restaurant. they both are top notch! .👉 Swimming pool was great but we didn’t use due to cold weather but they have indoor temperature controlled swimming pool as well which was equally wonderful 👉 Hotel staff left no stone unturned to make our stay memorable. 👉Only few staff speak English but that won’t be any issue 👉 Overall, if you planning with your parents/family, you should Consider this one..

On our tour through Vietnam we stayed in this hotel. It is central, nearby are several restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and maintained and the staff were also quite friendly. Due to the Corona pandemic, few guests were present, so breakfast had to be ordered on the day before. The continental version, consisting of roasting, spice, small sausages, salad, bread and fresh fruit was sufficient and delicious. We had a pleasant stay in any case.

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

We came just for two nights and were a bit irritated on the first evening. The pool had loud Vietnamese kids without an adult around and the hotel staff wasn’t interested in either handing out towels or calming down the kids. One of our rooms had a problem with the lights in the bathroom and with the switches. At the end of the day we wanted a drink at the bar but even though this is a four star hotel, there is no bar. Unfortunately the lady at the reception didn’t really understand us. The next day the manager took note and had fixed what could be fixed. They apologized and really took our problems serious. We felt appreciated although some things cannot be changed. The rooms itself are new and clean. We had inside lying rooms which blocked off the noise from the streets but but not from the screaming Vietnamese kids playing inside the staircase.
