極度不好的體驗。 1、這次去日本訂了這麼多的酒店，都不用先付定金，這家酒店需要付款近4000的定金。按照道理，定金在離店時就返還，這筆定金一直拖了很久，還是我打電話才退給我的。 2、等住完酒店離店時，需要付款近4000的房費，我用招行信用卡的銀聯付款，店家盡然説沒有收到這筆錢，手機短訊以及打電話諮詢信用卡中心，均表示這筆費用已經成功付款。店家不同意我們離家，説沒有收到錢。一直僵持近一個多小時。我們還要趕路。 3、打電話給攜程，攜程説聯繫第三方機構，我被告知：這種情況經常發生，完全不用擔心，衹要我用現金或者其他信用卡再付款一筆4000元的費用離店，之前付款的那筆就會退給我們。我們當時身上沒有這麼多日元現金，也沒有別的信用卡。所以就嘗試用這張信用卡的VISA第二次付款，很幸運，店家告知成功。在僵持一個多小時之後，可以離店了。 4、離店後，我再次打電話給攜程，問客服這筆錢到底什麼時候可以收到，這時候客服話鋒就變了，告訴我：這筆錢就要問信用卡中心了。也就是説不是攜程的事情了。 5、回國後，就開始和信用卡中心聯繫，一直到今天8月10日，近一個月，這筆錢還沒有處理結束。招行給的反饋是酒店收營系統落後，銀聯是沒有問題的。 6、我是在攜程訂的這家酒店，請問這件事情什麼時候可以處理結束。你們是怎麼選擇酒店、選擇第三方機構的。 7、這一家酒店前前後後，相當於扣住了3倍的房費。 8、攜程客服通話都錄音了音，客服工號為“712388” 9.當然了，店家沒有收到錢，那個蠻橫的態度就不用説了。店家反覆和我們強調，他們和攜程沒有任何關係，沒有簽訂任何合同。

하코네에서 너무나 행복한 시간을 보내게 해주었던 만족스러운 료칸입니다! 버스정류장 바로 앞에 위치하고 있어 하코네패스를 이용하는 뚜벅이 여행객으로 찾아가기가 좋았는데, 저희는 기차역에서 폴라미술관행 직행버스를 타고 미술관에 들렀다 다시 버스를 타고 숙소로 이동했더니 딱 좋더라구요- 도보거리에 편의점도 있어 체크인 후에 먹을거리 잔뜩 사와서 먹었어요 ㅎㅎ 저희가 입구에서 걸어올라가는데 직원분이 밖으로 나와 마중해주셔서 처음부터 환대받는 기분이 들었고, 전통 료칸이지만 노후되었다기보단 정갈한 느낌의 객실도 마음에 들었고, 특히 야외 노천탕은 정말 최고였어요!!! 첫날 저녁에는 공용 노천탕 이용했는데 이용객이 적어 저희끼리 조용하게 즐길 수 있었고, 다음날 아침엔 미리 추가요금을 내고 프라이빗 노천탕 예약해서 이용해봤는데 너무너무너무 행복했어요! 후기 적다보니 다시 가고싶네요 ㅠㅠ 이 료칸 후기가 별로 없어서 저도 예약할 때 고민했던터라 열심히 후기 적어봅니다. 가격이 비싸긴 하지만 값어치는 충분히 하는 곳이라는 생각이 들어 추천해요 :)

Great experience at the ryokan. The place itself is very nice and quiet and they have some really nice hot water springs which you can book for private use. The rooms are very spacious and staff is great. The food in the evening was really tasty and filling. Would not spend more than one day here if you do not have a car to explore during the day, as there is nothing to do in the area.

We payed almost 600€ per night of the experience in a Japanese styled room with a private onsen and a meal plan. The description said that there would be a bar and a restaurant as well as a beautiful garden path to take a stroll in the yukatas provided by the premises. There were also high reviews on the quality of the meals. It turned out there was no bar, no restaurant, no karaoke, nothing. The garden path was a boring forest path around the premises with no other landscape other than the industrial-like facilities of the ryokan. The minibar only had a few overpriced beverages, so we had to go to the Family Mart nearby to buy drinks and food. But why did we want drinks and food if the reservation included a dinner and a breakfast? Because they were BAD. They were beautiful visually but there was absolutely no flavor. Everything was bland, cold and mushy and the only drinks were one small glass of wine in the dinner menu and one tiny glass of juice in the breakfast menu. We were aware that the menu would be a traditional Japanese one, but already being aware of what a good one tastes like, that was not it. Mushy, bland, cold seafood, including a whole fish with its bones and bowels intact, fish babies, clam soup, frozen vegetables etc. The best dish of all was the warm pot of rice. If the meals used to be good, I assume the chef has changed. We asked for some kind of a compensation due to the false advertisement of entertainment, but were blatantly denied. We feel extremely robbed. For comparison: with the same amount of money we were able to book a luxurious room in the 41st floor of Kabukicho tower in Shinjuku Tokyo with a very tasty meal plan. The staff was friendly, the private onsen was fun and the futons were comfortable, but those are the only pros I can give. Do not book a room here!

美しく白濁した、かけ流しの温泉が魅力であり　箱根の外輪山が広がる眺望絶景の貸切露天風呂は　一人でも家族でも　ゆったり楽しめるのがとにかく嬉しいポイントですね。湯船に浮かぶ湯の花などは　外国人の方も驚くし喜んでくれるでしょう。　季節ごとに全く違う景色を楽しめる美しい庭園 と散策路は　朝の気持ちの良い時間帯が特にお勧め。カメラを持ち歩きたくなるスポットが沢山あります。食事も上品な懐石料理を堪能できますし　露天風呂付客室など　ひっそりと喧騒を逃れて滞在する喜びを体験できるかと思います。

Det var underbar personal! Rummen var mysiga och hotellet låg nära kombini. Det absolut bästa med hotellet var frukosten/middagen och onsen!

箱根湯本でランチし、路線バスで仙郷楼までスムーズです。部屋数も少ないので，くつろげます。美味しい料理と温泉でまったり。ただ、朝イチの露天風呂(女性)が熱すぎて、入れませんでした。水を入れ、かき混ぜ努力したんですけど…。何とかならないのかしら〜。

노인분들이 여러 계셨다(일본인). 찐 온천이라 생각들었구 시설 모두 만족스럽습니다. 다만 대욕장-야외온천이 연결되어있지 않아 약간은 번거롭습니다. 이 부분만 빼면 매우 만족합니다.

生後3か月の赤ちゃんと3世代の家族旅行で使わせていただきました。 宿泊したお部屋はエレベーターを使っても階段を通る必要があり、 普段車いすの祖母は少し大変そうでした。 和室で部屋食も選べたので朝晩ゆっくりとすることができました。 家族風呂を使いましたが赤ちゃんには泉質が強すぎるように思えたので手足だけにして、 あとは空のベビーバスに横にさせて大人だけで楽しみました。 一点残念なのは子連れだったためかロビーラウンジの案内が無く、 せっかく広々としてゆったりできそうだったので残念に思いました。
