Love our stay here .. everything is perfect.. staff are welcoming around all the hotel. Room very clean and comfortable.. the location near cdf mall .. 10 mints drive. The resort is big and perfect for holidays .. just we stay during a rainy and little bit cold weather. Breakfast having a lot of variety.. we enjoy also the dinner at the hotel.

I came to this hotel during the summer of 2022, and they were working on the beach, but we still had access to it. I wanted to return because it was a very relaxing experience. I returned for the 2023 Spring Festival, and it was even better because the beach had been renovated. This trip was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would return to Haikou Shangri-La because the staff and other guests were friendly and helpful.

It was a new hotel with good facilities and equipment. There were chairs on the balcony. It was very comfortable to watch the sea. The scenery is not said, the balcony door is the first-line sea view, the hotel also has an open-air swimming pool and beautiful garden, and the scenery is all at hand. The front desk clerk introduced the gym and laundry room very warmly. It was useless to stay for a day temporarily. I saw a suitcase and helped to deliver it to the room. The service was very good. Chen Lina was very patient and meticulous from check in to check out. The experience was perfect. The hotel also specially arranged a shuttle bus for the New Year's Eve concert. Although I didn't take it, I still thought it was very considerate. After leaving the hotel, I was given a souvenir from the hotel, and the color happened to be our IBO’s favorite Yibo support color, green. All in all a very nice stay. Welcome fruits and afternoon tea are also arranged.

It was almost 4 o’clock when I arrived at the hotel’s navigation location. It was hard to find the hotel location, and no one answered my phone calls. I parked in the underground parking lot and walked around for a long time. I found the front desk, washed up in the room and went to bed. The sanitation facilities were pretty good, but the location was not easy to find.

The smart toilet, electric trash can, washing machine are also equipped with laundry detergent, hand-held garment ironing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric cooker, Xiaomi TV, etc... Home is no different, very comfortable; In addition, parking is convenient in the community where the apartment is located. The opposite is the Yuanda Shopping Center. There are various large and small restaurants and shops, which solves the problem of three meals a day. The coastline is 1.5 kilometers behind the community. You can also drive to the Holiday Beach. In just ten minutes, watching the sea blowing in a daze is also a kind of tranquility; Hygiene is the responsibility of the husband and wife cleaning, and the cleaning is very clean. However, during the National Day, the room may be too busy and the cleaning aunt failed to clean it in time. In addition, we could not book the original room on the last night and needed to change room, but The last guest did not check out on time, and the sanitation could not be cleaned. This location can see the sea and you can see the beach for more than 20 minutes. The room is on the second floor. Although the roof is a bit low, it is very comfortable to sleep. I personally feel more comfortable than the hotel. It is also very convenient to go out and take a taxi. There are fewer residents around and it is very quiet. If you can provide chaos spring water, Liu is perfect!
