He visitado, algunos 5 estrellas de la isla y sinceramente no hay ninguno igual. Nada mas entrar al lujoso hotel, hemos recibido un trato muy bueno por parte de las recepcionistas. Tiene una piscina infinita preciosa y una decoración increíble. Cuando entré a mi villa, con piscina privada; me quede impresionada de lo bien que olía, lo limpio y cuidado que estaba cada rincón. La villa es muy amplia, me dijeron que eran 140m2; con una cocina totalmente equipada. Una muy buena nevera, minibar muy completo… Los muebles de la villa, son fabulosos. Me he quedado impresionada, impactada… Venir a este hotel, ha sido cumplir un verdadero sueño! Si tuviese que elegir una parte favorita… elegiría la habitación ya que consta, con una cama enorme que te envuelve y hace que descanses, sin limites. La zona del salón también tiene una televisión, con un buen tamaño que reproduce el youtube y más aplicaciones desde tu propio movil. Lo que mas me ha llamado la atención de este alojamiento es como miman, cada detalle; haciendo que mi ultima estancia haya sido increíble e inolvidable! Un 100/10!!! No hay otro igual!!!

I have come away from this break with mixed thoughts. There are many positives but also many areas of improvement needed. Booked a preferred club junior suite and had to be moved three times because the air con wasn’t working in the rooms. They didn’t feel special, they were nice rooms, but by no means did I feel I was in a suite. Small Balcony overlooking the car park and just a standard nice room. Lovely big comfortable bed with great bedding. Wasn’t overly clean, hairs in the bath, used slippers in the wardrobe, stained mugs in the room and stains on the bedside cabinet. Food was awful except for breakfast; tough meats, undercooked meats and the snacks in the preferred club were pitiful with no explanation as to what any of it was. When one snack was black pudding on toast you kind of want the heads up! It was all nice enough but wouldn’t stay here again.

Deveríamos estudar essa coisa sobre estrelas novamente. Hotéis superlotados a 400 euros/noite nunca podem ser considerados luxo. O sol e a proximidade da praia não são méritos do hotel. A demanda também não. O hotel não é luxuoso, 5 estrelas… mais como 4 estrelas superior. Preço excessivo para o que oferece (sem contar o sol)

Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs). Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!

Já estive em Tenerife em várias viagens e gostaria de ter descoberto o Sunset Harbour na minha primeira visita, pois não teria me hospedado em nenhum outro lugar. Equipe excelente em todo o complexo, recepção, piscina, limpeza, bar e restaurante, nada que fosse demais. Nós realmente aproveitamos nossa estadia de Ano Novo.

Большой, уютный отель, но достаточно старый. Для меня это 3* отель, никак не 4. Очень приятный персонал, welcome drink сразу же при заезде, к стафу нет претензий совершенно. Очень маленькая парковка, нужно бронировать место заранее, 10 евро в сутки. На 9, 10 и А этаже номера «привилегий», но по сути ничем не отличаются от остальных. Была разве что кофемашина и огромная кровать. Вид с балкона на город чудесный, но ночью очень шумно. В тренажерке нет гантелей, хотя куча другого инвентаря, что странно.

Lovely hotel big and spacious. Breakfast really tasty and all round very clean. Staff provided fizz, sweets and nuts on my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Not much atmosphere and no entertainment at night. Very good location with lot’s of bars and restaurants nearby. Would book again.

La experiencia fue bastante positiva en general. La comida muy buena y el personal muy amable. Repetiría sin problema!! Recomendado 100%.

Great staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it. The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall. The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service. I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy). Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable.
