"Arrived from East Midland at approx 20.50, flight ok but the EES experience was chaotic. Transfer to the apartments took about 30 mins, ref the drop off, the coach parked opposite the Sunwing Hotel. You have to turn right up the road, cross over and walk up the slight hill to the perfume shop on the corner. Turn left down the street and about 20 meters on the left is the entrance. Not well sign posted, yes there’s a couple of unlit boards saying ’Sun Sol’ but no direction as to where it is. Booking in was quite quick, our room- studio apartment with sea view- was just right. We were on a self catering stay as the restaurant was undergoing a refurb, all explained pre booking and info’d by our friends who were not long back. The room was as expected, good bathroom, kitchen and lounge with a nice sun terrace and a real sea view, not sight of the sea at a pinch like some! As the restaurant was under refurbishment they offered a sort of continental breakfast affair served in what we took to be the lounge bar, we weren't particularly interested as we were self catering. The lounge bar area in the evenings didn't appear to be a going concern as through the 7 nights we were there we saw no one in there, probably as the bar was basically a bare counter with a few bottles at the back. They advertised nightly entertainment which must have been at the pool bar area. The pool bar is a pool with a small hut, we didn't use it as the later afternoon siestas were taken on the roof terrace where there were an abundance of sun loungers though hardly used. The apartments were perfect for our needs, clean, pleasant and efficient staff, well equipped and with a great sea view and balcony. We would gladly revisit"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, however this experience was so utterly unacceptable, distressing and outrageously mishandled that I feel compelled to warn future guests before they make the mistake of booking this hotel through easyJet Holidays. From the moment we arrived, the standards of hygiene, professionalism and basic guest care were deplorable. The bedrooms were filthy, clearly neglected and inadequately cleaned, with bed sheets that were not changed once during our entire 7-night stay. The condition of the accommodation was revolting and fell drastically below even the most basic expectations of cleanliness and hospitality. The organisation and management of this hotel were nothing short of catastrophic. Despite our flight not departing until 9pm, we were forced to check out at 11am with absolutely no reasonable accommodation offered. We even offered to PAY for a room for the remainder of the day due to the excessively long wait, yet this request was dismissed with complete indifference and a shocking lack of customer care. Following further complaints regarding the wash room we were expected to use — which was unhygienic, hazardous and posed serious health and safety concerns — we were eventually allocated another room. We were explicitly informed that we could access this room from 2pm and were given absolutely no exit time or further instructions. Astonishingly, after being in the room for approximately 20 minutes, other hotel guests entered the room using their OWN key card issued by reception. This was an appalling invasion of privacy, an outrageous breach of security and an unforgivable display of incompetence from hotel staff. The fact that multiple guests had access to the same room is beyond negligent and completely unacceptable. The customer service throughout this entire ordeal was disgraceful. The assistant manager behaved in an aggressively hostile, intimidating and deeply unprofessional manner — screaming directly in our faces, refusing to allow us to speak and showing absolutely no willingness to resolve the situation appropriately. At no stage were our concerns treated with seriousness, empathy or professionalism. Instead, we were made to feel like an inconvenience for raising entirely legitimate complaints regarding our safety, privacy and wellbeing. To make matters even worse, after reporting both the hazardous washroom conditions and the shocking invasion of our privacy, the hotel’s “solution” was to instruct us to shower outside by the pool area in full view of other guests. This was humiliating, degrading and profoundly inappropriate. No paying guest should ever be subjected to such treatment under any circumstances. This establishment is unsafe, unsanitary, grossly mismanaged and entirely incapable of handling guest complaints in a professional manner. The experience was beyond appalling and significantly ruined our holiday. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here, or booking through easyJet Ho"

"Esta é a nossa segunda vez que ficamos aqui e foi óptimo.A localização é difícil de bater, porque esta parte de Tenerife tem muitos restaurantes bonitos. O hotel em si era limpo e a equipe amigável.Como sempre, há uma questão de toalhas em camas de sol, incluindo pessoas que reservariam várias camas para poderem mover-se com o sol ao longo do dia. A piscina era grande e a comida também era razoável."

"This hotel is very beautiful in appearance. The minimum services for a 4 star are there but nothing more. The rooms are very beautiful and very spacious but the materials are a little dated (vinil tiles on the floor which are peeling off, faulty air conditioning, broken wardrobe door, etc.). The staff is not really friendly or attentive to the customer. There is no entertainment for children around the swimming pool during the day. And finally the most disappointing thing is its location, still far from the beach, and the rooms do not give any view apart from the rooms of others, or other buildings, and finally the architecture of the building means that the swimming pools are very popular. The shadow."

"We stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay. The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed. The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected – and it was nice to have something to do after dinner without needing to go out. The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great choice for families and we would happily stay here again."

"Adoramos nossas férias aqui, principalmente porque tivemos uma semana inteira de céu azul, sol e calor. Há boas piscinas e bares, além de inúmeras espreguiçadeiras para escolher, tanto ao sol quanto à sombra. As áreas da piscina e da praia são vastas e excepcionalmente bem cuidadas. Nosso quarto no 4º andar era espaçoso, limpo e confortável, com todas as comodidades modernas e uma varanda com vista para o mar e para o sol. Os quartos eram arrumados e limpos diariamente. Os garçons não falam inglês fluentemente (nós, britânicos, temos o hábito de depender disso), mas recebemos um serviço muito bom e amigável. Os cardápios de bebidas e vinhos podem ser acessados ​​por um código QR. Este hotel está em uma localização excelente à beira-mar, perto de lojas e bares, desde Los Cristianos até La Caleta. O buffet de café da manhã e o buffet de jantar eram extraordinários, com comida de alta qualidade e muitas opções de culinária.
