"一入住去廁所，發現馬桶坐墊上有幹了的黃色尿漬，我立馬撥通前台手機號（沒有座機），説明情況，看前台怎麼説，她衹是説給我送個馬桶墊，我要求他們給我重新消毒一下，他們説沒有消毒的😳😳我一臉呆住….當一個小哥給我送來馬桶墊，我讓他必須給我擦乾淨，僅此擦不見了，而已！後來我套了半天，馬桶墊大了套不上，我又打電話前台，來了一個老頭子又給我一個馬桶墊，我讓他套，也套不上，後來又來了一位看着像老闆一樣的女人，一臉要高姿態，我讓她套，結果當然套不上，我説套不上給我這個幹嘛！我再次要求消毒！才不情不願拿咖色的84給我搞了一遍！我自己很無奈，拿燒開的熱水燙了一下！不是矯情，主要是看這個酒店態度，我記得當初訂酒店打電話前台是一個小哥接的，入住又是他，送馬桶墊還是他，就可着一個人用！想象一下服務能多好！再就是空調了聲音大到影響睡眠！其他都還不錯！早餐的餃子很好吃！"
