"If you're looking for a vacation, just go for it! The butler contacted us a day in advance to ask about our needs and stayed in touch via WeChat. Since it was the off-season, the guest relations manager upgraded us to a lake-view balcony room. The 2.03-meter king bed was more than enough for us and our child, and they even installed bed rails before our arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful. The pool water was a good temperature and clean, and it was great for a swim when there weren't many people. We stayed for two nights, and the butler, housekeeping staff, and front desk were all very friendly. The hotel's amenities were excellent; everything from the linens to the disposable toiletries was impeccable, and the mini-bar was thoughtfully stocked. Every corner of the hotel offered picturesque views, making it perfect for couples. For families, the fish tank at the entrance will captivate kids for a long time. It would be even better if the parent-child activities were a bit more extensive and engaging. Located in Cambria Town, on the northeast corner of Fuxian Lake, the hotel is within a 20-minute drive of all popular attractions, except for Xingxing Fish Cave. The parking lot is also very convenient. The only minor downside was that the breakfast was a bit sparse. The spring set menu was very photogenic, but since it was prepared in advance and left out for guests to pick up, it tended to be cold. Overall, for a vacation, it's highly recommended."

"The hotel is quite large, and the overall environment is clean and beautiful. Although it's been open for some time, it's still very well-maintained. The rooms are tidy, and the cleaning is thorough. From the doormen to the front desk and room service, everyone has a great attitude. During my stay, the hotel even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot. The makeup artist was lovely and very polite, doing a meticulous job. The photographer was professional and taught me how to pose. Even the lady helping with photo selection offered helpful suggestions. It was a fantastic experience. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance."

The staff service is particularly intimate, and the response speed of any needs is super fast, and the work is neat and worry-free. The hotel is newly renovated, the decoration style is very stylish, the hard materials are solid and elegant, the focus is that the whole house has no smell at all, and it is especially safe to bring children to stay. The overall comfort of the room is full, the bedding is soft, and the space is clean and bright. The family's birthday, they helped to decorate after informing the hotel, very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant window view is so beautiful, and the film is out, breakfast is particularly comfortable. The most poking of us is the small comb with the sink. The shape is cute and easy to use. We opened several rooms together. Everyone checked out and brushed the small comb to take home. The details are too extra points. The first choice for parent-child travel. Come back next time. "It was a pleasant stay for us here as we were welcome with tea and Fruits platter once we checked in. The room was clean, with great entertainment system (projector which allows us to stream movie). The sound system was great and we really enjoyed the our time inside the room sipping tea while watching a movie. The hotel is also near a food street nearby (attached pic). Overall, would recommend!"

"春節帶母親來雲南玩，在澄江住了一晚，超預期！首先酒店位置很好，在兩條大路的交叉口，開車出行很方便；酒店有地下停車場，兩層停車位，車位充足，即便過年旅遊旺季也不用太擔心車位不足，我還看到酒店後面也有一部分停車位，而且配有充電樁，電車出行的朋友們也可以無憂入住！其次酒店的工作人員們都非常友好，熱情指引觀看煙花的地點，我們的那間房因為日照時間長，屋裡會有點熱，工作人員也提前告知，並且幫忙提前開窗散熱，非常nice！還有就是酒店衞生情況很不錯，房間很乾凈，雖然不是近兩年新開業的，但是設施保持的很新，洗澡水很大，熱水來的也很快！最後就是酒店的早餐也很不錯，種類足夠多，中式西式現煮類應有盡有，水果蜜餞什麼的也種類不少！總之就是一開始説的很超預期的一次入住，推薦自駕來撫仙湖玩的朋友們入住，到湖邊也就是開車“一腳油”的事！沒來及拍酒店的照片，基本上和展示頁面一樣的。強烈推薦！"

這是一次非常有質感的入住體驗。酒店雖然是傳統的四合院，但硬件設施一點都不含糊，智能馬桶、高品質床品，住起來非常舒服。最值得一提的是服務，管家式的貼心照顧，從入住時的熱毛巾到晚上的晚安甜湯，每一個細節都讓人覺得很尊貴。在這裡能感受到中式 hospitality 的精髓，強烈推薦給追求品質的客人。

節假日難停車，房間隔音差點，大年初二晚上衹有一個妹子值班還要兩頭跑，老闆多少考慮不周了。既然是療愈酒店，就應該注重隔音問題。 吹風筒是戴森的，日用品都是歐舒丹的，品質很好，總體還是很好的。

酒店位置超好，絕美，就是24k純美～環境安靜又避世，管家服務沒得説，有求必應，無可挑剔。本來想住多一晚結果衹有其他房間沒那麼好。要私密性的話定四樓最好。一切都太美好了，除了那個假馬歇爾音響，假到不能再假（老闆自己買個真的你就知道假的多離譜了🤣），簡直讓人大跌眼鏡，塑料材質塑料音質，這真的好拉低酒店檔次，我住過八九百的民宿都是配的真馬歇爾。你可以不配馬歇爾或配個其他品牌的，但配個假貨真的挺low的….希望下次來的時候老闆能換個真的，或者換個能和這美景相得益彰的音響～總之我推薦朋友了，因為其他都很好，希望你們能經營的更好！ 另你們描述還特意寫了馬歇爾音響這碰上較真的客户真的可以投訴你們虛假描述了🤣

Vindo para o Hotel de viagem de lago de Chen, localizado Na Cidade Da Montanha do Sol, UMA Casa de paisagem do Lago super bonita, o Hotel está EM meia-slévia, a visão é Muito boa, e o filme é Grande.A sala é Muito higiénica e limpa.A principal coisa é Muito silenciosa à noite, dormindo até o amanhecer. Não é Muito longe para cadA Ponto de atracção, UMA excelente escolha para auto-conduzir.O serviço do gestor do hotel é Muito bom. Adicionar microcarretera especial para enviar a Ataque do Lago de Liuhu e recomendar comida próxima. Quando fiz a estadia, quebrou OS itens com cuidado. Quando o Chefe tinha SIDO informado do preço, MAS não me deu compensação. Muito obrigado. A Cidade Vermelho Na proximidade do hotel também é bonita. Pode IR para o hotel.Em suma, é Muito recomendado ficar no hotel.

依山而建的度假小區，環境優美，房間乾淨，床品舒適，陽台俯瞰撫仙湖和度假區美景，日落更是美不勝收。從房間步行十幾分鍾到半山小鎮，有不少餐飲和超市，還有個無邊際泳池。其中山谷食堂的早餐口味豐富，喜見咖啡更是賞景最佳位置。遺憾沒能趕上週末的演出和露天電影。來這裏自駕最為優選，沒有自駕車的也可以乘坐四十分鐘一趟的穿梭交通車。非常好的度假體驗！

酒店位置在景區進門左轉不遠，酒店中規中矩，整體來説挺乾淨，能從窗户看到日出，就是祿充景區有點讓人失望，晚上海邊非常吵，全是擺着大喇叭唱K的大排檔，根本沒法安靜享受一下湖邊的沙灘，索性這家酒店離那些大排檔還比較遠，想來祿充住的朋友也注意不要選離湖太近的酒店。

前台小哥很熱情，幫忙拿行李跑上跑下的，下午茶和乾果也很好。裝修風格很特別，樓頂特別出片，房間設施齊全，衞浴用品確實符合描述，洗頭水沐浴露都很不錯，總體很滿意。
