I have to say the hotel is excellent,very clean top of the line but the service not so great as soon as we got there we didn’t feel welcomed it was a hustle to check in and Oscar in the reception wasn’t very friendly. Some of the workers are amazing but others not so great is if like they don’t want to serve you, sometimes doesn’t feel like an all included, because food and drinks are rationed by the employees. It can be so much nicer if this little things can be taking care off overall it was a good experience the hotel is impeccable but some of the workers didn’t make my experience or my family the greatest!!!

Many, many thanks to Henry, Pedro, Yilena, Susanna, Angel, Cesar, Odys, Cheilan, Miguel and Yairina - and of course DJs Alex and Arley (Chino). I can't wait to dance with them again! Housekeepers Eno (sp?) and Tamara are spectacular! Servers Dany, Aray, Betty and Margia make you feel like family. Big thanks to the Customer Service team - Angel, Fernando and Madelaine for making my stay a memorable one! There are so many more people whose names I don't know but please know that each and every person I came in contact with has made my stay at Brisas a memorable one! Thanks to everyone for another wonderful vacation!

I have visited this hotel 28 times!!! best keep secret!!! Because it is not very busy and the service is excellent, the rooms are comfortable stayed at CLUB section, the food even though there are shortage are good. the desserts very good 🍰🧁, many tanks to Miguel the rereception manager, Leo, Michel, Jerry from the bar🍺🍹🍸🍷and Special thanks to the public relations Manager Yuniet she is a wonderful person, she always takes care of me on every trip, the beach is beautiful and a lot of papalas for shead no need to go early to take one. and it's good for snorkel, the pool is very clean, the service and attention of workers 👌

I have to say the hotel is excellent,very clean top of the line but the service not so great as soon as we got there we didn’t feel welcomed it was a hustle to check in and Oscar in the reception wasn’t very friendly. Some of the workers are amazing but others not so great is if like they don’t want to serve you, sometimes doesn’t feel like an all included, because food and drinks are rationed by the employees. It can be so much nicer if this little things can be taking care off overall it was a good experience the hotel is impeccable but some of the workers didn’t make my experience or my family the greatest!!!
