Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

Overall: For a family trip, the family members said that the price-performance ratio was average. It was an enhanced version of a chain hotel with average environmental facilities and services. The hygiene was good. The breakfast was not delicious. It had no characteristics of Cantonese cuisine and the variety was pitiful. Environment: The door of the room is very soundproof and lightproof. The corridor was noisy from 23:00 to 0:00 for two consecutive nights, and the hotel management did not stop it until the customer couldn't bear it and called to complain. The light isolation is also very poor. There is serious light leakage from the crack of the lower door of the room, and it becomes bright when the lights are turned off. Facilities: The room's air conditioning control and various button controls are anti-human. If you don't get out of bed for a long time, you won't be able to complete some of the simplest operations. The outermost part of the curtain cannot be opened, and the inner side operations are speechless, such as the master control. As soon as I opened it, the curtain automatically stuck, scaring my wife half to death. Service: The only things worthy of praise are the waiter at the gate and the food delivery robot. These two are responsible for their duties. The others are no different from transparent people. The breakfast waiters are even more outrageous, like a group of outsourced people.

Our order has 2 breakfast everyday but the hotel record only shows 1. We have to show the trip.com confirmation (luckily husband has printed it out, we can't find it again from the order) and they checked that their record is wrong. Billy at the reception doesn't smile and I think he should ask me to add 1 more breakfast (because there is discount to add in advance) but he didn't do so and make me spent half hour to prove I should have 2 breakfast in the next morning. The manager Yannes has apologized and let us have breakfast in the VIP lounge (also free for tea time and happy hour). The food is only average. The waitress asked me if the food okay, I said the bread of the egg benedict is too soft. Then she answered usually people dont' eat the bread. Do you think her answer is so strange? The hotel is grand, the garden and pond is beautiful, room is cozy but you can hear the noise in the next room. The cleaning lady has good smile and polite. Very close to the MTR station and the restaurant Dim Dou Duck.

The hotel is in a good location near the river and many restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance and just next to a bus station and 3 minutes from a public bus station hub. The rooms are nice and clean and have all of the necessary necessities. However, when I made my online reservation for the room I selected, there was no mention it did not have a window. Instead, it's a fake glass window with curtains and no view to the outside. Also, online it said breakfast not included, but can pay extra 38 yuan for breakfast. When I arrived and checked in, I asked about breakfast and was told the hotel has no restaurant, I can order online with **. However, it turned out using ** was convenient because downstairs in hotel lobby there is a ** drop-off cabinet where you can pick up your order. For only staying 2 days, it was okay, but I would not ever come back to this hotel for any long stay periods, even though the price was very affordable.

The room is clean and tidy, and the staff is civilized and courteous. The internet in the room is very good and the sanitation is very clean. The hotel has convenient transportation, free parking, and the subway station is 500 meters away. The hotel itself is in the old city, very close to Zhujiang and Beijing Road, a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and a 10-minute drive from the Zhengjia Plaza business district. The bathroom is quite large, separated from dry and wet areas, and very clean. The facilities are a bit old.

If you stay at the Kaifeng Hotel inside Sun Yat-sen University, you can freely enter and exit the campus countless times without making an appointment. The TV in the room plays short films of the school, and the magazine on the desk is the academic calendar, which is full of humanities. The atmosphere, the river view room also has a balcony, and you can vaguely see the upper half of the Canton Tower. From the school entrance, follow the pedestrian walk along the Pearl River, all the way to the Canton Tower. I am impressed by this hotel. Good for single person going Guangzhou for business short trip. Location 5-6 mins walk from mrt station. This station also easy to travel to Guangzhou popular attractions such as Beijing road, Chen Jia Zi, Guangdong Folks Arts Museum. Nearby hotel you can find 7-11, Starbucks, Mac within short walking distance. Opposite hotel portion of Yang Zhi Jiang for your walk or jog. If you like old canton style food such as roast pork, roast goose etc, there are restaurants nearby or you may sit at the local small eatery shops and enjoy these canton food. However, don’t expect a big room with fridge from this hotel. Also the breakfast provided don’t expect too high. But I like the staff there - they are helpful and cheerful. Know how to guide us here and there as this is my friend and I first visit to Guangzhou. Special thanks to this receptionist girl Shen Meng Jie 沈梦洁 for her warm service to guide our trip here

The room has a beautiful environment. The 1.8-meter large bed is very comfortable to lie down on. You won't want to get off the floor when you lie on it. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and has good service. They answer all your questions. The check-in is fast. The room is spotless and clean. All bath towels and toothbrushes are provided. It is individually packaged, and the lobby looks very exquisite. The price/performance ratio is definitely high based on the surrounding area. I have stayed in several hotels in the surrounding area, but this hotel is the only one with comfortable beds and cleanliness. The rooms are generally relatively large, and the hotel is okay. A series of courier collection services are very safe. Delivery people are not allowed to go upstairs, which gives us a full sense of security.
