The Element is well appointed, a picturesque hotel & convention center complex. The staff are helpfully & friendly. I had many meals at Marriott within the complex and the food is excellent & the chef as well as the kitchen team deserve much praise for their service. I would have liked to see at Element a washer & dryer facility for a long stay hotel brand just like they show on the website, but alas this Element did not offer such facility. For a new hotel many maintenance issues from doors broken, water leaking, mold, broken windows, just to name a few things that need to be addressed immediately. As the staff seem very concerned the management seems to be preoccupied with their own business and not the business of hotel operations and owner property protection. The attitude of management is “I am busy” therefore these small details are not of concern. But in fact it’s a complete reflection on poor management from the top. I hope management can make changes and improve the quality and efficiency of doing repairs maybe even have the proactive approach to maintaining the integrity of the property. I understand the property is new and the construction team is still working on their list of things that need replacing or repaired. They need to have a MOD on call 24/7 and available to come to address issues as they arise. Management needs to be a leader and coach to the staff. The staff are eager and looking to leadership for a good team environment. I hope management is willing to change their mindset and focus on the details because the details matter. Overhall I look forward to staying at the hotel and look forward to seeing the improvements unfold day by day.

The hotel was newly opened in 2023, so the hardware must be fine. The lobby is grand and the environment is very good. The W Marriott is opposite. The room is spacious, clean and hygienic. I particularly like the sink. It is long and very suitable for women. All kinds of cosmetics and toiletries can be lined up. Great! The amount of water in the bathroom is also very large, making it very comfortable to take a bath! Just outside the gate is the subway station. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area. I will stay here next time if I have a chance!

I must say that the overall service quality and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding… as I was travelling with my wife & daughter, the front desk staff ( named Yan) was very thoughtful and attentive. I requested for a rope for my daughter and Ms Yan also brought me baby slippers & toothbrush which was a pleasant surprise… I would surely book this place again for my upcoming trip to Guangzhou later this year

Overall, it was good. After staying for three days, Ctrip was much more expensive than offline. There is a bus stop right outside the door, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel environment and services are okay, it is relatively quiet, and I slept better. Mainly because there is a free swimming pool, which is good for children to swim and play in. Adults can also exercise, and breakfast is okay. Disadvantages: When we checked in after three o'clock, the room had not been cleaned yet. We were still mopping the floor when we entered the room. We may have been in a hurry. There were no paper towels. We only found out when we needed them at night. We called the front desk to get them. Three people were staying. There are only two bottles of water and two sets of toiletries including towels and bath towels, but they will be replenished after telling the front desk. The service is not bad. The only thing that the front desk couldn't do was that the bath water was running hot and cold. I called the maintenance staff to check it, but they said there was nothing they could do. The weather was cooling down, so even a slight adjustment didn't work. They could only adjust the water flow to a small amount, which would not cause the problem when it was suddenly cold. too cold. In addition, since we stayed for four days and three nights, which was a long time, we put our things more casually. We put a do not disturb sign before going out. When we returned, we found that we still had to clean it. It was easy to wash it and dry it, and prepare it for three days. Towels were taken away. . . Overall, everything is good. I just wish I could respect the customer's requirements more.

Life only lasts for more than 30,000 days, why not be kind to yourself, check in on New Year's Eve, work out in the hotel, drink coffee, watch the Spring Festival Gala, watch live fireworks, play games, take it easy, be grateful ☺️, I hope Marriott will get better and better, Happy New Year. The reception staff was friendly, very clearn and tidy room, good water pressure on the water, breakfast was decent for a quick stop, smooth check out. I would recommend anyone to come here for business trip or for a quick stay. The location was very ideal also, with pharmacy, restaurant, Burger King and Starbucks on the next block, nice place.

It is really comfortable to spend a weekend here during the Lantern Festival. The lady at the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe king room for free. The room was very large and you could see Baiyun Mountain when you opened the curtains. It was very comfortable. The seafood buffet dinner was very good, and the hotel also thoughtfully prepared sesame dumplings and lantern riddle guessing, which was very special and appropriate for the occasion. In addition to the regular grilled seafood and salmon sushi, there are also Guangzhou-style pork trotters, ginger and radish beef brisket. The cakes are also quite complete, and the yogurt is delicious. The hotel has a Yunguang Passage that leads directly to Baiyun Mountain. You can climb Baiyun Mountain by swiping your room card. It is very convenient, but the door to the passage closes at ten o'clock in the evening. You have to go back to the lobby to return to the room. The breakfast is also good, there are not many people, and the experience is very good.

We wanted to stay close to Bai Yun Mountain but also wanted the convenience of the mall and coffee shops. Jinjiang hotel was just right for that. Rooms were comfortable and soundproofing worked. Did not have any noise interference.

The hotel is located near Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area, surrounded by squares and complete facilities. The transportation is convenient. Opened in 2020, the decoration style is currently fashionable, and the room space is the most cost-effective I have ever stayed in. There are squares and snack streets near the hotel, which are suitable for all ages, which is not bad. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also quite good. I highly recommend everyone to try it. Their service attitude is really good.

I went to Guangzhou on a business trip and chose this hotel with high ratings. When I entered the lobby, I really felt a good atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was very warm and said hello. Although the room was small, I liked the projection screen. It was also very clean and tidy, and all the bath towels were provided. The package is very clean, the corridors are beautifully decorated, the gym and the laundry room are all necessary for business trips. They are really thoughtful and comprehensive. The bed in the room I stayed in was next to the balcony, and the air conditioner was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. , there is no TV, and the Internet is still broken. After repairing it for two hours, it was said that it was too late to change rooms and check out. It is simply unreasonable!

The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The check-in desk is located at Level 5. There were no signage to indicate that. The check-in and check-out process were completed smoothly. As had to stay there for quite a few days and managed to received help from a few staff. Would like to give special thanks to a few staff for their excellency services rendered to me - Frey, Amy, Joseph. Will recommend to friends and family.
