I have stayed at this hotel countless times solo and with a group as big as 30 plus people. NEVER AGAIN. My organization(s) have in the past used exclusively Best Western through the USA and around the World again...NEVER AGAIN. WE HAVE BEEN IGNORED The anti American Night clerk who was not German but Middle Eastern that did not understand English that was rude and yelling at myself and two women when all we were trying to tell him is that we needed to pay. I was there for a sporting event and was wearing a loud USA Jacket basically and American flag. He ask me why I was speaking English, then told the women as they were explaining to him what we needed ...he stated that he is ”MASTER and this is not America and they need to be quiet.” They were not even talking to him. He offended them, scared the children that were there and angered myself and another man that was there again trying to pay our Bill. Ileft due to the fact he obviousky was upset that we woke him up from his slumber at 1115pm. I asked him for his name said it was none of my business. I reported this to Bookings tried to get a person to talk to and as I got to send part to talk to someone it blocked and lock me out of talking to someone. This I am taking to corparate and letting everyone and anyone know of this. 90% of the Guest at that hotel were there for the same event as us. And we do this several time a year. I have stayed at this hotwl several times through the decades BUT NEVER AGAIN. THE PEOPLE That I talked to this am about this basically did nothing and blamed it on a different entity company that runs the hotel at night. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. In his regard and in their regard in rectifying this. The Gemtle man was not German but middle eastern decent with very broken English amd obviously did not understand what we , I was trying to do. I told the day people what happened even left a message for management. It has been 4 nights 3 days since this has happened and I have yet to get a reply to my complaint inquiry. The other 6 people there that witnessed this have heard nothing either. I guess it is not important so BestWestern has lost my business from andy and all possible Hotel stays throughout the World.

We needed to spend the night near the Frankfurt airport since we had a very early departure the next morning. I chose the Best Western Hotel Airport Frankfurt since I am a rewards member and I like to build up those points. When we arrived, we were very impressed by the clean sleek decor of the reception area. Check in was easy and quick, and we made our way up to the room. The hotel rooms in Europe are generally a bit smaller than those in the U. S., but I was expecting this. We were pleasantly surprised by the room. Just spotless!! This room had a mini-kitchen with a 2 burner stove top, even a small dishwasher. There were dishes for 2 along with the cutlery. The Krups coffee pot with 6 coffee pods was a nice touch. The shower was perfect. I sure wish we could have stayed here longer, but we had to grab a taxi at 3:30AM to get to the airport. The hotel clerk called for a taxi for us, and the wait was only about 5 minutes. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the price. The price was one I haven't seen in a long time. This location is hands-down the best Best Western I have stayed at in years. I highly recommend it to all who need to stay in Frankfurt.

I needed a hotel for one night near Frankfurt Airport and this hotel was a perfect match. It’s about 10 minutes by car from the airport and I was met with a friendly smile at the reception. The check-in went smoothly and I had my room ready in less than 5 minutes. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, I had a good night sleep. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but it is available if needed. Overall it’s a good quality hotel at a great price point.

Wir waren mit 6 Kindern in hôtel achat 2wochen In einer wohnung drin mit wohnzimmer,kuche und Bad.Es fehlte uns an nichts. super grosse Auswahl an Fruhstuck Buffet Sèhr Sauber gehaltenes Hôtel Mitarbeiter Kompetenz auf hohen Niveau Praesenz von Hotelleiter und immer bereit Loesung zu finden .Allés in zu Fuss erreichbarer Naehe ,rewe,aldi markt ,schwimmbad, restaurant.Flughafen nicht weit. Wir kommen seit Jahren her und werden es wieder tun. Einziger Nachteil ,keine klimatisierte Zimmer Aber hatten mehrere Ventilatoren bekommen. Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team Achat!

The location is great, only 5 minutes away from the central station, and most of the staff were friendly and uncomfortable throughout their stay. Cleanliness is also good. But it seems to hope that GYM can exercise.

We are very satisfied with the service. Will clearly highly recommend it! It was a great rest! We waited a whole day for our boarding but our flight got canceled eventually and the hotel is the best thing that happened to us!

Stayed here on a stopover. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and clean.

Budget hotel, which doesn’t currently accept new arrivals between 2300 - 0600hrs!! Not great for a airport hotel as we arrived on a late flight and was going to be turned away at 2315hrs by staff. Thankfully we managed to convince the staff to let us in or we would have been sleeping in the car. This information about their arrival check-in times isn’t posted on their webpage or made aware when you book a room!! Disappointing indeed. Room wasn’t of a very good standard either. Bedding didn’t fit the duvet and the duvet was a disgusting yellow colour (see picture). Definitely one to mark and avoid in the future for us. I would suggest to others to seek alternative better accommodation in Frankfurt.

Excellent stuff and good breakfast the room is clean and comfortable just I half one comment regarding the TV channels there is no English Channel I hope if the hotel management they manage to add English channels nearby that is a Turkish supermarket and also another big supermarket 2 restaurants very close to the hotel approximately 10 m away Italian and German restaurant Bus station is approximately 200 m away to the city center and main train station

Fast check in, polite stuff, very clean and near by train station. Only thing i noticed but not it didnt affect on my stay here is not so good inside isolation, i can hear other people talking.
