I’ll start with the pros. Extremely friendly front desk staff, parking on site( with a fee unless you are a hyatt member), clean room large room. Cons- nothing is more disappointing than hearing we are renovating at the time of check-in. It should be a requirement for the hotel to let guests know before booking that they are going thru renovations. Nothing was mentioned at the time I booked. They have no restaurant or store on site for snacks/food etc. You have to order room service. There is nothing really in walking distance and once you park, check-in to this massive hotel- the last thing you want to do is get back in your car. The room service was delivered with plastic cups/plastic plates. Another “Covid” excuse. Time for these establishments to get back on track with amenities and services. The excuse is getting old.

Glenia and Genesis helped us coordinate the room block for my wedding group reservations. They were very attentive and knew what they were doing! They provided updated room block PDFs regularly and even took notes on the shuttle service we hired to the bring guests back and forth to the venue. They also helped us coordinate events at the NoMa Social on the 1st floor such as rehearsal dinner and send off breakfast. They also have the option to store your gifts for your guests to give out when they check in. This really is a great hotel for your wedding guests needs! The outdoor seating area is perfect in the summertime! And our guests seemed to enjoy the pool (I personally did not go there). BUT MY BIGGEST RECOMMENDATION is when you book your room, REQUEST A HIGH LEVEL FLOOR! My husband (the groom) ended up on the 2nd floor right above the NoMa and it was beyond loud most of the night!!! Honestly, they shouldn’t even have rooms directly above the NoMa and use those rooms for a different purpose such as storage or a bridal suite. He got this room because he showed up a few days early before we had the suite booked. The suite itself is 2 conjoining rooms and nothing special but does the trick with plenty of space. The hotel itself is very nice, and beautifully updated. Although the exterior is very old and outdated (as most Radissons are), they did a nice job remodeling the inside. Don’t expect something super over the top fancy though, it’s literally enough to suit the purpose. If you’re looking for something high class, go to a hotel in White Plains.

In general, it is attracted by the photos on the hotel page of Ctrip.com, and it is too great to exclaim the photographer after arriving at the hotel. Just a small roadside hotel, this price is not worth living.

The hotel looks old, but it is well maintained and belongs to the HILTON hotel. The room has no way to open the window, it is a bit wet. The hotel front desk Xiaohe is quite willing to chat. It was very convenient to book the airport where Red Dot’s car went.

Room 218. On entering the door I was met a very clean suite. The bedroon area is in/out door carpet, with the bathroom and hallway a tile like material. A comfortable king be with five pillows. On the left side is a shelf with a digital clock with a small yet very bright light. On the right side is a wooden bench, with a phone. Facing the bed is a combo cabinet with a medium side flat screen, micro and fridge. Didn't have time for the micro or tv. A deck with lamp, two outlets & one charing unit. A comfortable swival chair. In one corner is a floor lamp. I counted three usable double outlets. Room has a luggage rack. Bathroom. A tub/shower combo. Hot water for shower in five seconds, good tome for a three story facility. Plenty of towels. Two small bars of soap for sink & shower. I suggest bring your own bars of soap.Good size mirror. Hair dryer. Bottles of shampoo, conitioner, body wash, antibacterial hand sanitizer and for the lady guest makeup remover. The bathroom's only drawback is that the door must be shut to use the toilet, bathroom is short in length. The closet has a double sliding door-each door has a full length mirror. Closet has iron & board, five wooden hangers with a tubular shelf. The desk is the room's coffee maker with Rainforest & Premium select Decaf. Room's A/C is contralled by a wall unit. On arrival at 4:00 PM, a/c was on that needed to be shut off. There is no blakout curtains, instead a grayest white to block any outside lookers. Breakfast. Hours start at 6:30. Two waffle maker. Hard boiled eggs, pasties, cooler for butter, yoget, bowl for apples & oranges. Three dry cereals. Drinks are coffee, apple & orange juices & cold water.Sitting were 4 route tables & 5 square tables and two childred's high chairs. Lounge chairs are available watching the morning news. Guests are greeted with a ste of automatic sliding doors. There is an indoor pool & fitness center. Being on the second I heand NO from the third floor. Plenty of parking mostly in back.. The nearest service/convenient station is an Exxon right across Saw Miill River Road.Two elevator are available, each being quiet & smooth. I would say four guest at one time would be best. Checkin/out was not a problem. The only staff member I learned was La Crista. I recommend a stay. I stayed in another Batmont that had taked over another chain that ended being at most a B. This Baymont had recently taken over another chain, however this facility is an A. The only drawback was the small bathroom.

I haven't been here since before COVID so I'm considering that in this review. I think they have made zero improvements since 2019. I checked in to find out that there were no bottles of water. It was a good thing I brought my own and I'm a Gold Honors member. The front desk worker was very nice and pleasant. But the rooms are getting very old and are in a dire need of a makeover.

Opened in 2023, the Holiday Inn Express New Rochelle is a great accommodation choice in New Rochelle.Traveling to the hotel is easy with New Rochelle Train Station located approximately 700m away and New York LaGuardia Airport roughly 25km away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Vanda Gallery, Neptune Island and New Rochelle Public Library.In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This New Rochelle hotel features parking on site.

Came to Sonesta to rest the night after having a terrible day and my day immediately became better off of two interactions with the staff. Danaya and a bartender who I saw from 6-7pm. I was on line ready to check in with a down look on my face since I wasn’t able to return home after working a double at the hospital. As I go up to check in I’m greeted with this amazing energy, positive attitude, vibe and aura that can immediately make you smile after just a couple of sentences. This person is Danaya. She made my day so much better after just a small conversation. I did come back down later to drop my girlfriend off to her car and again me and her both were greeted with the same energy that I had received a couple of hours earlier. I do believe that every job and every place deserves someone like Danaya! The amount of joy I received after checking in truly made my night so much better and I wish her all the best! I wish I had asked for the bartender’s name who made me a Caribbean rum punch! I sat down after speaking with Danaya who told me about happy hour, and ask the bartender for his favorite drink since I had just turned 21 a week/ 2 weeks ago. He immediately went to work on the first drink I’ve had out of the many I’ve had in this short time that I enjoyed. I’m not big on Alcohol since I’m just now exploring it but the one he had made for me was amazing. With his cheerful attitude and quickness of the drink I was definitely grateful for him being there! Wish him all the best also! The room was amazing and something not many people realize is how important it is to have such good water while showering. I feel like it’s always overlooked but my shower was fantastic here. The king sized bed I had was like sleeping and a cloud and the channels they had were great to watch. Tv was amazing and everything was clean. The window has an amazing view! This hotel is amazing. From the rooms, to the guest and to the staff that do their best to provide nothing but the best service you can receive. Any hotel can offer a bed to sleep on and a happy hour but none do it better than Sonesta! Thank you to all who work there and I wish you the best in life. And another personal thanks to Danaya, the bartender who served me, and to whoever cleaned my room before and after my stay! I wish nothing but great things for you guys! We arrived and found our room wasn't the one we had booked. We went downstairs after going out for dinner and asked if we were in a Wellbeing Room. The receptionist said no, we had only booked deluxe. We were able to show her our booking.com booking which clearly stated Wellbeing Room. She said 'well you can move if you want' I said yes please, and specifically mentioned the mirror that was supposed to be in the room and how we were looking forward to it. We moved and the room had only one feature of the Wellbeing Room - an air filter. No ”the Mirror” or Wellbeing pack. There was also only one towel for 4 people. Upon questioning where the other things were we were told only Suites has mirrors and that the Wellbeing packs ”weren't ready yet” Why sell a product you can't deliver. Please amend your advertising material. The shelves in the room were broken, the drawers didn't close because the unit was so skewed. Even when we asked for more towels they gave us 2 for 4 people. The plug didn't work so we couldn't bath our children until they sent a new one the next day. The floor was filthy and we couldn't let the kids touch it, they had to play on the beds only. Some staff were brisk and cold but some were lovely. There is a club lounge on level 10 that is dirty with a fridge full of old food and drinks, maybe the staff use it? I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you get a good price and expect a 2 star hotel

+Lobby staff & management were very friendly, efficient, and negotiable with our extended stay. Always quick to address any concerns or questions. +Cleaning staff came daily unless asked otherwise, keep rooms very clean and tidy. +Close to downtown area - around five minutes driving, around 15 minutes walking - with lots of parking space available. +Free breakfast in the morning! +Good, strong WiFi connection available - very briefly lost Internet once in two weeks. +Dog-friendly with reasonable rates! Hotel, as a whole, seemed dated as others have said. My partner and I made many a joke to it looking like The Shining. We didn't mind, but something to note. The free breakfast had a limited selection. Don't expect full buffets, just something to get you through the morning 'til lunch. We didn't get the chance to use the facilities (laundry, gym), but they were offered. -The beds were hard and were uncomfortable to us. We needed to purchase a foam mattress to make sleep more bearable, as our hips and backs started to hurt after the first two nights. -The elevators broke down more than a few times during our stay. Thankfully they worked on check-out day, otherwise we would have been in trouble! OVERALL: For the price and location, we were very happy with our stay! Love the staff, attentiveness and consistency. Just wished they had better beds and less temperamental elevators. Even with the dated appearance, if you need a place to stay, this place does the job for a price that won't burn your wallet. We recommend!
