The welcoming was very good. The staff was friendly and they even helped with the bags because the room was on the bottom and there are a lot of stairs to get to the top… I struggled a bit to get my laundry that was handed in. They were supposed to return it at 5pm the latest, and by 8pm I had to go ask in person by walking all the way to the top, after numerous calls to reception. The guy working in reception when handing in the keys and getting ready for the airport was not friendly. (Also the same guy who said to wait the whole time for the laundry). It’s as if everything was too much trouble for him. He was also supposed to give breakfast to us leaving early morning for the airport, but he never did - although it was arranged and paid for in the reservation deal. Overall a good stay as the room was clean, private, big and very beautiful. Unfortunately it was too hot at night and I had to sleep with the windows and door open because the water heater could not switch off, even though I asked the, (not friendly) receptionist to assist. He only said turn the knob to the left but it didn’t do anything. I would recommend the hotel 100%, just the receptionist taking over from the welcoming receptionists would make me think twice before staying there again.

Aza cave exceeds my expectations! we had the WOW moment when we arrived in the morning. the hotel exterior garden and every single staff at Aza made me feel welcome and they truly deserved a 5star Hotel rating instead of 3star . They paid full attention to the guest, It was my Bday trip and they made the effort to decorate the room with rose petals and wine. Really appreciate this! We got there early morning by Bus, they let us have breakfast even we weren’t entitled on that day. The breakfast was amazing! The hot air balloon was so close it felt surreal , and you could also go to sultan cave rooftop for pictures taking. I can’t think of a better hotel in cappadocia than aza!! A little tips; choose suit room / above as it is located in the main hotel building.

We stayed in Goreme for five days, and this was the most enjoyable scenic spot and hotel for us. 1. The hotel is located in a place with the most hot air balloons. In the morning, you can go up to the hotel balcony and watch the sky full of hot air balloons. When you go out of the hotel and walk for five minutes to the left, you can also chase and watch the hot air balloons taking off and landing. 2. The hotel is located in the middle of various attractions in Cappadocia. The far attractions in the east, west, north and south are about a 10-minute drive from the hotel and about an hour's walk. For example, Cappadocia National Park is the Elf Chimney, Pigeon Valley and Utopia mentioned on the Internet. Chisisar Castle, etc. 3. The old hotel has a great taste and atmosphere, and the facilities and services are old-fashioned, comfortable, clean and elegant. 4. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, with basically all Turkish food available (except for the barbecue dinner). 5. The hotel is located in the Goreme transportation hub (that is, buses and minibuses) and a ten-minute walk from restaurants. If you take the bus out of Kapa, ​​you need to take the minibus to the attractions in Kapa. 6. The WiFi signal in the hotel lobby is good, but the accommodation is poor.

The location is fantastic, great restaurants near by walking distance and a MUST see balloon sunrise view point aswell walking distance. Rooms have a fusion touch of rock and modern touch to it. The service! One of the best I have experienced; from welcome drinks and assisting you with tours or any miscellaneous info you require. Staff have a warm smile and welcoming attitude! Felt at home from the start! Other hotels are in the town where its quite inconvenient and noisy but Hera gives you your privacy and relaxation that is a must after a long day! The breakfast they serve is a must! A diverse range of local cheese and olives , bread to pastries fruits and especially Kaymak and honey comb! You cannot go wrong! Wifi ofcourse available, welcoming cats is a plus! You can store your luggage with them after you check out before you leave for your flight. I've said enough and there isn't more to explain why I recommended Hera Cave suites! Thank you all at Hera Cave Suites!

We stayed in Caveland hotel for 3 nights in early June. Everything was great. Ibrahim and Mehmet took care of all the little details including transfers and tours. I highly recommend letting them do all the arrangements. You will not only get the best price but the best experience as well. Ibrahim is a balloon pilot himself with ton of experience and is very knowledgeable about the industry. It was a pleasure discussing the evolution of the industry in the area, and how Turkish aviation is taking care of the safety of everyone involved. We stayed in a 2 level Cave suite, which worked out great for us, and came with a sumptuous breakfast served on the terrace. The hotel itself is a short walk away from the Sunrise hill where you can see the balloons take off. It is also a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the city of center, where there are numerous cafes and restaurants. All in all, we had a great trip staying Cave Land hotel. Highly recommended.

1. The cave for more than 400 years has a very historic basement tunnel, and of course a new hotel has been built on this basis. The basement can be spa and massage, which is very special. 2. The interior is spacious, the bed and quilt are very comfortable, and the air conditioner is not required to be turned on at night. The yard outside is also very comfortable. 3. The breakfast is great and the choice is rich. And the little brother will prepare you a very good fresh hive and cream, stirred and coated on the dry noodles white slices, very delicious. And the baked pancakes - similar to brown sugar sauce. 4, before leaving also presented a box of Turkish soft candy. 5, insufficient: the road outside the hotel is still under maintenance. 6, regret: the weather caused the hot air balloon to stop flying in the past two days.

Is like in the picture. beautiful key centered location, great breackfast buffet, all tasty and fresh. Clean, nice director/reception, improvable the attendants of the buffet, a little rude, once I asked a cola for breackfast, they scolded me, I paid 700 euro to be here, if I want a box of cola u just give it to me, or charge me, no comment needed. Junior Suite looked less fancy than Superior Room I must say, the wood roof was not really cool like the rock cealing. Prayer time is pretty loud, insulation can be improved. Beautiful balcony (the common one). My room Balcony was on top of the entrance stairs, not really a balcony duh. Apart this two details all good. Good value for money.
