立地は、坂の上にあるので、たどり着くまで少々時間がかかりますが、そのホテルから見える景色は素晴らしいです。
ホテルのスタッフも愛想がよく、宿泊中何度か雨が降ることがありましたが、傘を持ってきていない私に快く、傘を貸してくれました。可愛い猫と犬もいました^_^
非常に充実した2日間でした。

This was a fabulous hotel. It was in conveniently located for walking the town, fantastic terrace views for breakfast, morning balloon watching and sunset. Staff was so helpful and kind.

We booked there a budget room and that is what we get. Room and bathroom equipment was a really basic one. What this hotel makes exceptional is the staff, views from the hotels terrace and restaurant. I would like to mentioned the staff, especially the lady at reception who was helpful a lot with quite extensive explanation about the whole Cappadocia area. Her tips was quite valuable. The view from hotels terrace and restaurant was splendid. It was open to the whole Goreme valley and exceptionally fit to see it all over even with the Cappadocias highlight -＞ hot air balloons flowing over

Nice Place. No Frills. No AC. Had to ask for a fan. No Fridge. Fairly basic but it works. I think most of the places in Cappadocia may be like this unless you go high end. Staff was really nice. Close to all the restaurants and main area but it is up on a hill. So you do have to walk up an incline for a few minutes.
Otherwise, the only thing I really didnt like was that for my room, the washroom was super small. Too small. The faucet barely went over my sink. So I had to spit on my faucet to spit into my sink.

Everything is wonderful about this place, you feel like home with very nice couple at the reception. They were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it for sure and will be back again soon

We staged in the hotel for one night with a little dog and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a very cozy and nicely decorated garden inside. Clean and spacious room with a white sheets. Terrace is amazing and allows you to watch the balloons in a warm and cold weather. Location of the hotel is great, right in downtown and all the restaurants and shops are 2-3 mins walking distance. Staff (Leila) is very welcoming and helpful! We felt like home there, thank you for that! We were super impressed by the sunrise and the balloons watching them from the terrace, no need to drive anywhere at 5 am or walk to the view point! Tea and coffee were available for free at all time, so we had a great photoshoot with the balloons right there in the hotel! No regrets!

The staff at Elysée Cave Hotel were probably the best thing about our stay - they helped us book our hot air balloon flights and tours at a discounted rate, were always available when we had any questions about getting around Cappadocia, and were friendly throughout. Would definitely stay again!

We began planning 4 months before the trip. I sent the hotel a message and they answered quickly. After that, I exchanged information and asked a lot of questions. Leyla went above and beyond to answer all questions and accommodate us. She even arranged the balloon ride for us. She’s very friendly and would do anything to help you. We loved the property. The views of the area are magnificent. You can see the balloon event from their terrace. They have a very nice area to relax. Breakfast is good. The only thing was the road to get to the hotel which isn’t paved but it wasn’t a big deal. We’d stay in the hotel if we went back in the future. The customer service provide beats any other issue. Thank you, Leyla for your beyond excellent service.
